• Jan (3/5): The "host" and company need to learn that Austrian tourism is better than they are. - The apartment was very close to the main train station as well as a tram stop right outside the door. Thus getting anywhere one wantd to go in Vienna was very easy. The "host" was nice until we arrived and were let into the apartment. After arriving we discovered the electric blinds had no remote. The response of the "host" was "the remote is lost. Lower them manually, but do not break them; and I cannot accept phone calls anylonger on What'sApp." When we asked how to lower them manually, there was zero response from the "host." We found extra blankets and improvised by making our own curtains. We also discovered the front burner on the stove did not work, and the light above the table did not work. We contacted the apartment company in several ways but heard nothing-zero-total quiet until we left. We would never expect this lack of care and service from an Austrian tourist business. Even though the "host" knew the remote control for the blinds was lost, he still placed in the apartment along with the other defects. Our advice? Do not stay in the apartments of this company.
• Robert (6/5): Einmal ist genug - Das Appartement am Standort Erlachplatz war groß mit einem bequemen Bett. Die Oberlichter sorgten für ausreichend Helligkeit und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar. - Probleme beim Zimmerbezug (wurde morgens noch per Mail geändert aber falsch geändert), Zimmer konnte erst nach längerem Telefonat bezogen werden. - Dusche mit Kabelbindern befestigt - Besteck nicht vollzählig - Kein Stadtblick wie im Text versprochen, sondern Blick in den Hinterhof - Toilettensitz kaputt - Toilettenpapier verdreckt - Im Schrank nur Platz um Jacken zu hängen, keine Mäntel - Dreckiger Herd, Backpapier noch in der Röhre - Gegend wird als „Brennpunkt“ bewertet, Nachts würde ich als Frau nicht mehr rausgehen.

• Yvonne (3/5): - Die Lage, direkt vor der Tür war die Straßenbahn Einlass in die Wohnung hat gut geklappt, zwar alles auf Englisch aber machbar. Die Wohnung war mal eine richtig schöne Wohnung, leider ist sie total runter. Keine Wand ist mehr sauber, der Raum mit Kleiderschrank war zugestellt, dafür wurde dir neben der Wohnungstür ein offenes Regal zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist neu, aber Spüle schon defekt. Das gesamte Geschirr war naß, zwischen Tellern lief das Wasser raus. Gläser, Tassen und Teller aus Schrank räumen und abtrocknen war die Beschäftigung der ersten Stunde. Die Jalousie war zur Hälfte zu, die Bedienung dazu fanden wir bis zum Schluss nicht, also nachts im 9.Stockwerk im hellen schlafen und tagsüber gebückt auf Balkon gehen war die Lösung. WLAN gab es nicht und Fernseher war defekt bzw hatte wer das Antennenkabel abgerissen. Dann eben 5 Tage ohne WLAN und Fernseher. Die Esszimmer-Lampe ist auch defekt, abends praktisch zu der Jahreszeit. Die Badmöbel und Dusch-Abtrennung würden sich auch mal über Aufmerksamkeit freuen. Ein kleiner Löffel und 2 Kaffeetassen runden alles ab. Dieses sollte wohl ein Update sein, hätten gerne einfach nur das gehabt, was auf den Bildern und Ausstattung angegeben wurde. Vielen Dank
• James (4/5): I will not use this company again. They promised more than they delivered. - I had some difficulty, even with the help of an Austrian lady who tried several times to get the door code to work, and finally had to go. A postman came to the rescue and helped me contact the reception on my phone. The door code took several tries to get in, but I finally got the main entrance opened, and with the reception person on the phone, into the studio and to the keys. The location was convenient, and the studio was clean and mostly comfortable. the kitchen area was up to date. I had written the property via Booking.com to ask for the same place I had before, and someone wrote back saying everything was in order, but they still put me in a different location, and in lieu of a sofa was an extra bed in the middle of the room. Quite useless and an obstacle for a solo travel. The large, metal blinds on all the "Landmark view" windows were stuck at eye level. The remote was missing from it's wall mount, and the reception told me they would get housekeeping to come and find it under the beds. Three days later, a housekeeping person came in, looked under the beds, saw the empty wall mount, and said, "you're right. It's not here." I also showed him a lighting problem I had mentioned to the reception contact. The light over the kitchen table was not working, so he tried all the switches in the studio, and also confirmed that it didn't work. Reception said it would take longer than my stay to fix any of this. I showed the housekeeping man the closet which had five large sacks filled with used towels. He took four of them to the hallway in front of the studio door, and they stayed there for the entire two weeks of my visit. I also had to take out the fifth sack, which he had left in the closet. The Booking.com description promised a sofa and a toaster, neither of which was available. The Reception was available only by phone, not locate in Vienna, and actually admitted they had no idea who stayed there before, and also that there was no one in Vienna to remedy any of the problems. He said he would look into some king of recompense for the problems, and that never happened.
• Ian (8/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment - Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Convenient for tram routes. Supermarket nearby. The communication by email was thorough, although there were two links given to the location of the apartment. We were not given an address to the apartment or told which link to use. We used the wrong one first and then when we could not find it, clicked the second link and discovered we were a 30 minute walk away. I was surprised to be charged a damage deposit of 150 Euros two weeks before our arrival, although this was eventually returned one week after we left.

• Patrick (5/5): Plus de précision sur l'emplacement et un entretien plus sérieux auraient rendu le séjour agréable. - Les équipements sont tous fonctionnels, salle de bains et toilettes sont propres. Ne pas savoir à quel endroit précis est l'appartement, sur booking l'appartement présenté semble top et proche de Wien Hbf, celui qui nous a été attribué est à plus de 10 minutes de la gare, et éloigne du centre. La propreté globale de l'immeuble n'est pas satifaisante, le processus de récupération des clés anxyogéne (il faut sonner et attendre que quelqu'un ouvre la porte, sans même se présenter!) puis rejoindre un local technique pour accéder au coffre (instruction fournie par mail). La propreté de l'appartement lui-même est insuffisante: le mobilier du balcon était trés sale, le couloir n'est lavé qu'au milieu, les cotés sont sales, le sol de la pièce de séjour devrait être changé. Nous avons regretté ce manque de transparence pour l'annonce, et d'entretien pour un appartement qui, bien entretenu, pourrait être très agréable.

The host gave the instruction how to enter the apartement since the automatic entrance key was broken. the entrance couldnt be opened at all till one of the people who lived in the apartement wnet out to throw the garbage, fortunately we could sneak in to the apartement. Found the key in a tecnic room like the instruction. Next problem come that we couldnt open the apartement room. It s a real scammers. We coildnt contact the admin. They just took the 2 night stay money and we could never stay in this apartement. Never ever booked and stayed in this apartement or ÿou ll loose your money just like me.

• Wendy1970 (3/5): - Wohnung laut Beschreibung: Apartment mit Terrasse und Parkblick - Wirklichkeit: man hat einen Ausblick auf Hausdächer, nichts mit Park. Die Terrasse ist dreckig, es liegen unzählige Kippen und Müll auf dem Boden. Zwischen den Terrassenplatten sprießt das Unkraut und im Aschenbecher liegt noch der Stummel einer Zigarre. 2 separate Schlafzimmer - Wirklichkeit: eines davon ohne Fenster und ohne Tür direkt am Wohnzimmer und so klein, dass neben das Bett nicht einmal mehr zwei Nachtschränke passen. Nachtischlampe oder Ablage von Brillen o. ä. nicht möglich Bad mit kostenlosen Pflegeprodukten (Shampoo, Duschgel) - Wirklichkeit: man sollte sich nach einer 8stündigen Anreise bei 30 Grad am Sonntag besser nicht auf eine ordentliche Dusche freuen. Check in ab 15:00 Uhr - Wirklichkeit: wäre nicht zufällig jemand aus dem Haus gekommen, stünden wir wahrscheinlich immer noch draußen, weil der Code an der Eingangstür nicht funktioniert. Am Wochenende gibt es auch keine Rezeption, die man kontaktieren kann. Auch um die Wohnung betreten zu können, braucht man Glück, weil der Schlüssel did Hälfte der Zeit im Schloss freidreht und man nur reinkommt, wenn von drinnen jemand die Tür öffnet.

Está en un barrio tranquilo y humilde, un poco alejado pero bien comunicado con el centro. Hace mucho calor en el apartamento, hay que dejar las ventanas abiertas del cuarto y entonces entra el sol desde las 5:30am. En la cocina no hay persianas por lo que no se puede dormir bien en el sofá cama. Avisamos al personal, pero no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. En general, tardan mucho en responder y durante nuestra estancia no respondieron. Las almohadas no son cómodas. El WC huele a cigarrillo. Estaría bien que dejasen una escoba a mano. Las zonas comunes están bastante sucias.

• Mackay (8/5): The apartment itself was nice, but the location was not. - The aparment was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked all storage space in the main bedroom. We were much further from the train station that we thought we'd be when we booked. Apparently they show you a location on the map, but that is not necessarily the location your apartment will be in. So we were very far from the train station and from the city center. It was a 10 minute walk to the subway, and then a 10-15 minute subway ride, followed by 10-15 more minutes of walking to get to any of the main attractions in Vienna. There weren't restaurants or cafes near the apartment, so you had to travel to eat. Also, the small fold out bed my son slept on kept collapsing and was not very good.

• Yusuf (1/5): Bad - The house is clean. They have three locations and they pinned the one close to the railway. But we stayed in a very far place. They did not even cancel the reservation even if I told them that we have baby and stroller.

A local person helped us by tram tickets as the train station was two tram stops away after a 10 minute walk from the hotel

Overall good value for price. There is a potential to increase cleanliness of the place, as there were a lot dirty stuff like fans, some of the dishes, even the oven was dirty which is surprising. I tried to do an early check in or to find out if we could store our bags. I sent a few messages regarding this and I got no reply. It would have assisted with planning to know this. The dish washer was also a bit unhygienic.

• Kartik (6/5): Good apartment but not a great location - The apartment is large, spacious and had a nice kitchen. It had everything you need from an apartment, while on vacation. Misleading location - it says on the listing that it is 4 minutes from the train station but it was about a 20 minute walk or tram ride (5 min tram ride but 10 minute walk to tram stop). This made things quite inconvenient for us especially since we were with a child and we needed frequent breaks in our day. Also, it would be good to have things like cooking oil, salt/pepper and washing machine pods/soap.

The terrace is not taken care of, there is grass and ezen a tree growing out of the concrete flooring. The distance between the location and the center was bigger than what we expected based on the booking. The overall experience is not bad, but we expected a bit better.

We enjoyed our time here. - The apartment was quiet and location was great as it was out of the city centre, but also very close to the metro station. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as we did not have an international phone and were not able to call to get into building or apartment. Spent 30 minutes outside building trying to get in and only after getting locals off the street to help us out to call the number provided were we able to get into the building. Then we were provided with a WhatsApp number which finally allowed us to get let into the apartment. My suggestion is to always provided a Whats App number so international travelers have a way to get in touch as well.
• Noraida (9/5): Nice modern apartment. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Walking distance to public transport. - I booked this place for 6 of us with adult children age 17 - 26 years. We stayed for 2 nights in late february. It was not as close by to the train station as I thought but within walking distance. But we still took an extra large taxi to carry all our bags from and to the train station. The place was clean and well equipped. Upon entrance, I love that there was a large mirror in the hallway. The main bedroom was spacious with large open wardrobe, 1 queenbed and 1 single bed. The other bedroom was pretty small and basically just fit a double bed. The beds and beddings were comfortable. I love the kitchen. We cook simple dishes using the pots and pans provided. The dishwasher was quite large, easy to fit all the cookingwares and tablewares used. There was only one bathroom with shower and bathtub, and washing machine inside the bathroom. The toilet was separate from the main bathroom which was convenient. Drying rack for clothes was provided. I was glad to be able to do our laundry after travelling for many days. Overall I love this place and would highly recommend it. Getting the key to our apartment was quite a nightmare. Following the instruction to get the key was like a treasure hunting experience. It was dark when we arrived (since it was still winter). We had to find a side entrance of the same building (not that easy when you have never been there), enter the door code, ride the elevator to the designated floor, press another code to get the key from the lockbox. Then we had to exit that place, get to another entrance, enter another door code and ride another elevator to get to our apartment. It was okay while there were 6 of us. So while my son and I was getting the key, the other 4 were looking after our luggage. But if it was a solo traveller with luggage, it would not be easy.

• Jennifer (3/5): apartment was ok but not in location described and terrible hosts - the apartment itself was large and had most facilities eg washing machine, kettle, coffee machine. suitable for a long term stay if you don't mind the area. however many things were broken and their customer service is horrible (see below) everything else was a mess. 1) after paying (money already deducted from account) they sent a message asking me to verify my credit card details, claiming an EU regulation however i have never had it from any other apartments/hotels. in any case they would not proceed with my booking without it and said they would claim cancellation charges. since the money was already out of my account i "verified" the card - then got a second charge, apparently for a deposit which they dont inform you about until you have done this verification. the worst part is after both charges they still tried to claim my card details had problems and payment was declined. 2) the location pinned in their page is FALSE. their claim that there are multiple locations, "close to main station" - this is a LIE. the apartment ended up being 1km away - not far by car but a minimum of 2 tram stops and definitely not a convenient walk especially with luggage. 3) key pickup procedure is also very inconvenient. the office is in the same building but different door the other end of the block - you have to go there, pick up the keys then go back down and walk around to the actual apartment. 4) their customer service is almost non existent. they only send messages to ask about the credit card verification, then to give the address. when i asked them other questions, they only reply with the same address information (i guess to show the system they are responsive) but do not actually answer my questions. only one guy replied at the beginning to a question about the facilities, but once i started asking about the location being different, or the fact they still asked for payment after already charging me they just sent stock replies. i had to call them in order to get any sort of response. 5) broken things in the apartment.

• Nicole (9/5): Clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. - Big, modern and well appointed apartment. The 2 bedrooms are equally nice. Comfortable beds and fairly quiet. It’s in a apartment complex with regular people in and out. It’s about 40 minutes walk to Stefandom, etc. But not a nice neighborhood to walk. We never saw anyone at check in, everything is with codes, etc. I needed a confirmation for the taxi i booked through their online service but it took almost a day to get a confirmation from someone.
• James (10/5): After active and busy days it was so nice to "go home" to that apartment. - Clear instructions for checking in were a great start. The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed. Beautiful light from big windows in bedroom and living room. The host was kind to exchange a waffle maker for a toaster at my request. Built-in armoires were beautiful and of high quality. The bathroom had a tub with shower, plenty of space for toiletries and shaver, proper lighting and a was super. A washing machine is included. The toilet is in a separate WC. Everything was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The area is well served by bus, tram, subway and a broad pedestrian avenue close by. Belvedere and and its fascinating botanical garden is not far, the Hauptbahnhof even closer, and the rest of Vienna reachable by public transportation and google map directions. I liked the whole package.

• Kelly (7/5): Spacious, clean central apartment with beautiful skylight windows and views. - It was very spacious with lovely skylight windows and located very near to both tram and underground stations. 3 supermarkets very close by. All the rooms were large and it was warm and well lit. Washing up liquid supplied. Apartment was very clean and towels provided. There were two pans. One was huge the other was a frying pan. We made it work but there is a need for a couple of smaller pans. The coffee table was wonky due to a missing leg. Wouldn’t take much to fix that with a block of wood. There is no fitted smoke alarm in the lounge.

• Marcin (7/5): Very comfortable, quiet and bright apartment close to the train station. - A spacious apartment featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, and oven. The living room is roomy with a large, comfortable table, and the entire apartment is wonderfully bright. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed, and there's the added convenience of a separate toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. For me, an apartment with a "city view" turned out to be a view of the neighbors!

The photos are much better than the reality, in reality more simple and dull. Expected much more/better for such a price... way too expensive...

• Jungwoo (8/5): nice location and great service. - location is perfect. right in front of the tram stop. close to main railway station. was good to have all the dishes and basic ingredients like salt, and oven, dishwasher, built-in fridges! nice capsule coffee machine and terrace is perfect for enjoying the view with breakfast :) very spacious apartment, was late for check-in due to flight delay and the weather, the staff was still available to open the door for us. thanks so much. guidebook is well-prepared too. bed sheets and sofas were bit stained.. covers were better but the cover fell off accidently, and I shouldn't have looked inside haha, also all the sinks-kitchen, bathroom, were clogged from the beginning, minor problem, but would have been great if the service team answered during the weekends too.

I left my smartwatch at the room when checked out, contacted the personel to ask if they could send it via courier. • Carlin (1/5): Awful place and staff - Nothing This is hands down one of the worst properties I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. As you can see from when you book, the place looks lovely and modern when in reality this couldn’t be less true. All the images you see are several years old at best. When we arrived we were told that a member of staff was “fixing something…nothing major, just like a cupboard fell off the wall” were the exact words. We were fine with this, we waited only a few minuets then the staff member retuned with our keys. When we arrived, the apartment was so hot it was unbearable, hotter than outside. worst of all there is no air con. If you're lucky enough to get apartment 57, You will be in an apartment where it reaches 30+ degrees you won’t be able to breath as the apartment has a BLACK tin roof. The black out shades were also broken. The smart watch I was wearing alerted me it was a dangerous temperature which has only ever happened before inside a literal sauna. The flimsy fans they provide will do nothing but circulate warm air. Additionally to this, the dishes in the cupboard (all four of them) were dirty, the dishwasher was also full of dishes (still half dirty, unsure if it had even been turned on) Worst of all, we found human faeces on a towel laying by the bathroom sink. Don’t expect a pool or sauna or anything of the sort as shown in the listing, you’re about a €12 taxi to get there. Then an additional €7 for spa and €4 for pool (which had children's swimming lessons on when we arrived). So basically the same as going to any public pool by yourself. You’ll instead find a grimy apartment block with dirty floors and elevators, a lock on your door that takes 10 attempts to open. Please stay literally anywhere else. 600 euro down the drain for the worst rundown dirty apartment in Vienna. Also location is rubbish and feels unsafe. They refused to refund or help at all despite us showing proof of all issues including dangerous dirty towels and temperatures.
• Matthew (8/5): Very good - That there was a car park. The room was uncomfortably hot, there was air conditioning but it wasn't very strong. It was 33 degree's outside and it was a penthouse apartment.
• Amy (3/5): Avoid. Terrible location. High price for no reason. - Washing machine available. Small kitchen was useful. They allowed us to check in an hour early. Terrible location and not the one shown on booking.com map. Different properties should be listed as different properties! 20 min walk from station. I booked purposefully close to the station. Not a nice neighborhood at all. Not a penthouse - actually a very small and hot attic with no AC. Balconies with beach chairs are actually unattractive views of close office buildings. Not clean - spiders everywhere, dust everywhere. If this had been a cheap option then fine, but no- it’s marketed as a luxury option with a crazy high price to match. Pool is nowhere near and is paid. Possibly worst of all - smoke detector has been removed from the apartment. Communication was also terrible- repeatedly ignoring my messages via email and via booking and just resending the same generic email again and again. Staff were unfriendly when we arrived and didn’t actually know anything about our booking. Avoid this as an option for visiting Vienna.

• Sally (1/5): Unhappy group travellers. - Nothing. As we were unable to stay due to the heat of the apartments. We understand that air-conditioning are not installed in all buildings in Europe. But this was not suitable in the heat. We live in Australia and are use to the heat. Also the communication prior to our stay was over the top and unnecessary. It was difficult to find as there was no clear signage. It was in a shared apartment block which was really smelly. We were three couples. Two of us decided to not stay. We approached the office to express our concerns of the rooms being above 30 degrees. They offered us no solution. Later, we advised our friend we should have requested another fan. (It should have been offered, not requested). The dead pigeon outside their room didn't encourage us to want to stay. They had skylights which did not help as the sun was beaming in. I opened our door and the smell was bad.
• Lesslie (3/5): Not up to our expectations, the flat was not comfortable and not worth the money - The collection and instructions given were clear and easy to follow, allowing for a late arrival to the property Once we arrive to the property we found dirty dishes in the kitchen and poor maintenance overall with blinds and a toilet broken. One of the bathrooms was unusable which could get pass, nonetheless this property is in the top floor without air conditioning, so if you are going in the summer I wouldn’t recommend it solely for that. We could not sleep in one of the nights of how hot it got, it was cooler outside. The flat is not well equipped and with a bogus air conditioning system that does nothing. We try communicating with the company but only got a response once we had left the property, to be honest I think you can get something better in a nicer part of town.
• Renee (9/5): Great, roomy facilities and an added bonus of having a washing machine. - Great space with washing machine and excellent A/C. Location was a bit of a problem as we had issues with every Taxi and Uber driver locating the building.
