• KURRITA (8/5): - La situación del apto. No utilizamos el metro nada más que un día. Relación calidad precio. Muy buena conexión con el aeropuerto. Parada del metro delante de los apartamentos. Son apartamentos a ras de calle y son ruidosos
• Karina (1/5): Dreibettzimmer für Vollzahler - Zusatzbett entsprach einer Sitzauflage - Frechheit - Zimmer sehr laut, Straßenlärm, Gesprächsinhalte von vorbei gehenden Menschen konnte wortgetreu verstanden werden. TV-Gerät (wußte nicht einmal dass es so ein kleines Gerät noch gibt) - Kanäle waren nicht eingestellt, Das Zimmer wurde als 3 Bett-Zimmer für drei Vollzahler gebucht - so auch bestätigt. Bei dem Zusatzbett handelte es sich um eine Art SItzauflage - bei der ich mit 1,76 Körpergröße meine Füße im Schwebezustand hatte - ohne diese ablegen zu können. Diese Matratze mit einer Höhe von gefühlten 10 cm wurde direkt auf den Boden gelegt, was den Komfort in Hinblick auf Härte nicht gerade forcierte. Die Auflagen-Breite dürfte ca. 60-70 cm betragen haben. Nachdem ein Schlafen nach 2 h morgens für die dritte Person nicht mehr möglich war - haben wir zu einem Preis von EUR 900 für 2 Nächte zu dritt in einem 1,60 Bett genächtigt. Trotz Aufforderung die Sitzauflage durch ein Bett zu ersetzen ist man diesem Wunsch nicht nachgekommen. Uns wurde andernorts eine andere Räumlichkeit angeboten - dA ich Konzertkarten hatte - was der Grund meines Besuches in Wien war - hatte ich die Zeit für einen Standortwechsel nicht - denn ansonsten hätt ich das Konzert absagen und die Zeit mit Zimmerwechsel verbringen müssen. Ich reise viel - habe auch viele Unterkünfte mit Zusatzbetten - diese Auflage jedoch würde ich nicht einmal meinem Hund zumuten. Dies als Zusatzbett zu verkaufen - grenzt an Betrug.

• Haas (7/5): Praktisch und nur zum Schlafen (wenn man Geräusch-unempfindlich ist) ausreichend. - Die Zentrale Lage ist super, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche und auch das Geschirr waren sauber und es gab einen neuen Spüllappen sowie Spülmittel. Allerdings liegt das Apartment auch direkt an der viel befahrenen Straße, sodass man auch nachts viel Verkehr hört. Der Fußboden war nicht sauber, die Küche sehr alt. Es lagen Haare am Boden und die Füße waren schwarz nach einem kurzen Gang über den Boden.
• Nusa (7/5): Overall, a good option for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. - The apartment is in a great location, about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which we found very convenient. The room is quite small, but works well for two people who mainly use it for sleeping. The kitchenette is nice and has basic dishes and utensils, although it doesn’t include extras like oil or similar items. The instructions for the parking garage were not very clear — the exact location wasn’t provided, so we had to contact the host to find it. Thankfully, the response was quick, but it could be stressful otherwise. The garage is also quite small, so I would recommend coming with a smaller car. In addition, it was not mentioned anywhere that you need the garage keys to access the garage when leaving, which was quite frustrating, as we had already left the keys in the apartment and had to walk back to get them, then return to the garage, and finally drive back again to return the keys. The windows don’t insulate well, so you can hear street noise, which might be an issue for light sleepers. We also experienced an issue with the hot water on our last day, as it was not available.

Stellplatz fürs Auto war weit weg, Videobeschreibung zur Einfahrt per Link bekommen aber ohne Adresse. Personal vor Ort nicht vorhanden und an die Telefonnummer ging keiner ran. Abgesehen von diesen Startschwierigkeiten und dem nicht funktionierenden Miniaturfernseher war aber alles okay.

• Pericacho (8/5): - Es una ubicación muy buena en Viena, a unos metros de Naschmarkt y a una parada de metro de Karlsplatz (o 10 minutos andando), punto desde donde se puede ir a todos los sitios. Tiene una parada de metro enfrente con la línea M4, que recorre todo el centro. La disposición de la persona a cargo fue muy buena, ofreciendo en todo momento respuestas a nuestras preguntas e intentando ayudar siempre Gustó menos la cama, no tenía un colchón óptimo para el descanso y las almohadas eran "de papel", no se podía dormir muy bien, el baño tuvo una pequeña fuga de agua pero al día siguiente vinieron a repararlo sin problema.
• Agnes (6/5): Zimmer in hervorragender Lage, aber nur für reines Übernachten geeignet - Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr gut alles zu Fuß erreichbar, auch U-Bahn vor der Tür. Parkplatz im Parkhaus gut erreichbar, allerdings war die Adresse falsch angeben, wir haben mit Hilfe der Passanten gefunden. Es wäre hilfreich im dem zugeschickten Video einfach die Adresse zu nennen. Badezimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Arbeitsplatte in der Küchenzeilen sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es war leider sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht dicht schließen, mit Ohrstöpseln ging:-) Den Kleiderschrank kann man nicht benutzen, da es mit einem Möbelstück zugestellt ist, nicht besonders praktisch.

• Patryk (1/5): Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt - Lokalizacja W pokoju brudno, personel nie jest ani trochę pomocny. W ofercie brak i formacji, że pokoje są przy głównej ulicy na parterze (jest strasznie głośno w pokoju). W pokoju jest też strasznie zimno, można próbować dogrzac się klimatyzacja ale niewiele to daje. Brakuje też informacji o parkingu który jest znacznie oddalony od hotelu, informacje o adresie parkingu (pomimo wcześniejszego zgłoszenia potzreby korzystania z niego) otrzymaliśmy dopiero godzinę po poszukiwaniach hotelu i wjazdu. Adres wskazany w ofercie wskazuje również inne drzwi niż te które prowadzą do pokoju. Obsługa jedynie wysyła pliki pdf i nie jest ani troche pomocna. Dodatkowo na jednym z filmów pokazane jest otwarcie zupełnie innego sejfu niż też w który otwiera pierwsze drzwi. Sumarycznie sejfów mamy aż 3 aby dostać się do pokoju. W pokoju kurz i ogólne wrażenie braku sprzątania. Niżej mamy pytanie o wygodę łóżek, łóżko jest niewygodne i trzeszczy jakby miało się rozpaść.
• Magdalena (8/5): Wiedeń dla dwojga - Świetna lokalizacja, pokój wyposażony we wszystkie wypisane udogodnienia, bardzo wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja, parking ok 500m od pokoju Słychać było samochody, gdyż pokój znajdował się na parterze przy ulicy, na szczęście w nocy był mały ruch, nie była podana dokładna lokalizacja parkingu, tylko filmiki z wjazdem na parking.
• Olha (5/5): - Парковка це плюс, зрозумілим було поселення. Чітко та ясно. Милий в комунікації персонал. Від метро 1 хвилина, що зручно. В суботу був ярмарок речей навпроти. Парковка в 6 хвилинах від апартаментів. Малі місця, водій виходив через пасажирське сидіння, було не зручно. В апартаментах дуже сильно пахло смаженими млинцями, коли ми прийшли. Кухня в жахливому стані, вимазані стіни, грязна постіль. Зношеність апартаментів дуже кидалася в очі. Гидко було через грязну постіль, зношені меблі та грязні стіни. Добре що не залишалися там довше ніж на одну ніч. Також було дуже шумно та холодно. Апартаменти на 1 поверсі. Вікна зовсім не звукоізольовані. При повертанні ключів до паркінгу, через ярмарок, не було де припаркуватися.

Pillos need to be renewed because they are looking very used - Location, farm markets is across the street, also 20 min by foot and you are in center of the city. Also, metro station in front of the apartment I thought because of the one of the pictures that the apartment is on the 3rd or 4th floor and looking above on the market. Instead it is on the ground floor and you can not see street from it because the windows has some protection on them that other people can not look at you from the street

High ceilings maligning the space feel bigger. The kitchen had a coffee maker without the pot to use it, unless we couldn’t find it. Small bench space in kitchenette.
• Selina (7/5): Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt! Man hat direkt vor der Haustür eine U Bahn Station und ist such super schnell bei Supermärkten, Shopping Möglichkeiten, DM etc. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Als wir ankamen war es draußen sehr kalt. Die Heizung war bereits angeschaltet und es super warm. Das Bett war bequem und im Schrank gab es ausreichend Bügel :) Die Fenster sind sehr dünn und wir sind jede Nacht leider aufgrund von Party-Lärm aufgewacht. Wer täglich in dem Airbnb kochen möchte isr es eventuell nicht die perfekt Unterkunft. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr Kleid und die Küche nur sporadisch eingerichtet. Zum Beispiel gab es kein Öl.

Comunque il titolare ci ha accontentato è ha messo un materasso sul pavimento per il 3. Dopo stando vicino alla strada se sente tanto il rumore. Per il parcheggio buono a 250 m dell'appartamento. Posto per parcheggiare stretto.
• Christian (8/5): Good place for couples to stay - The location is perfect. Just Infront of the place there is an open market. Close to the centre and the most important thing was the parking. A private garage is available when you book the place. The staff is super great, fast replies back and even responds quickly. Good place to just stay and explore Vienna by walk. The small kitchenette, the shower and bathroom are quite big and nice and have great heating systems.

• Christian (7/5): Preis-Leistung angemessen, hätte nie gedacht, dass man in Wien soviel machen kann. - Für mich war die Lage kaum zu übertreffen. Zu Fuß sofort im ersten Bezirk, U4 direkt vor der Haustür (dh zu jeder Zeit mal kurz ein Päuschen machen ist problemlos, Du kommst immer innerhalb von 20min dorthin). Wichtig zu wissen ist nur: das Apprtement liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Fenster sind nur semigut schallisoliert. Aber ich habe trotzdem hervorragend geschlafen. Das Bad war unerwartet angenehm zu benutzen. Sauberkeit Tiptop, aber es gab schon ein paar Vorbesucher. Handtücher waren inclusive. Bei Fragen kam jedesmal sofort eine sehr freundliche Antwort. Unterm Strich: da fahr ich wieder hin! Ein, zwei Haken für Jacken an der Wand wären wahrscheinlich ohne große Probleme anzubringen, die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche würde ich ersetzen und gleich mit einer Silikonfuge abdichten, dann quillt sie nicht so schnell. Herdplatten ohne Induktion kann heutzutage niemand mehr bedienen, das eine oder andere Küchenwerkzeug kann wahrscheinlich Geschichten erzählen. Hier wäre ein Hinweisschild wahrscheinlich besser. Das Foto mit der Vogelperspektive auf den Maschmarkt stammt nicht aus dem Apartment.

• Ivett (10/5): We will definitely be back.... - It is close to everything that is worth seeing in Vienna. The night flea market is right next to the accommodation. Despite this, it is quiet, you can't hear any street noise at all. Communication with the host is smooth and flexible. Small but extremely well-equipped apartment, has everything you need. The heating is also great, we were greeted with a pleasant warmth. A special plus is that it is pet-friendly. 😊 🐾 Parking is also well-organized, if you follow the instructions given: between the accommodation and the parking garage there is a max. 5-6 minute walk. There was no such thing.
