• Ahmet (8/5): - Konum olarak tren ve tramvaya yakın. Genel olarak mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Diğer odalardan ses fazla geliyor. Isıtma sistemi gürültülü çalışıyor.

• Hrushka (6/5): Good location and decent apartment but the communication with the host can be improved - The location was nice, comfortable metro, tram and bus stops near, the apartment had heating, dishwasher, washing machine and supplies to use it all, which was very nice. Also big shop for groceries 1 min away The apartment wasn’t very clean, lots of hair in the bathroom and the dishes had some food pieces stuck to them too. The checkin process was very misleading. In the listing it says that someone will meet us in the apartment, so we submitted the arrival time a month in advance, but there was no one on time and nobody was responding neither by chat nor phone number. Luckily the extra keys was left next to the apartment so we managed to get in. The hosts responded in the chat only an hour later trying to contact us with another person On the second day of staying after returning from the shop we discovered the apartment wide opened with the lady inside. She had to get the rest of the money in cash for the apartment payment (still big question why they demanded to enter the card details in the form to confirm the booking if not to charge the needed money). Nevertheless this made us feel unsafe, since there was no prior warning and we wasn’t sure that anyone will not come again to snoop in our belongings while we’re out of house
• Mónica (7/5): Adecuado para el precio - No había desayuno. La ubicación es buena. se puede ir caminando al centro. La cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo. El departamento es muy agradable No me gusto que tenés la caldera al lado de la cama y hace ruído muy fuerte, de manera intermitente durante toda la noche. No tiene alarma por monóxido, por lo menos yo no la ví, y entonces dormimos con la ventana abierta del baño y nos congelamos. La manta es muy liviana y si bien reclamamos más abrigo nos dijo que subiéramos la calefacción, cosa que hicimos pero fue insuficiente. La ducha funciona al revés que las normales, si giras la manija al máximo sale congelada y si la giras apenas bien caliente. Una pavada pero hasta que lo advertis te congelas

• Elena (8/5): Consiglierei questo appartamento, nel complesso soggiorno molto buono. - Appartamento tranquillo e pulito, ottimo se si partecipa a qualche evento allo stadthalle ( 10 minuti a piedi). Dalla zona musei dista circa 3/4 d'ora a piedi, ma se si preferisce muoversi con il tram è nella piazza accanto quindi ottimo come punto di partenza, la vista dalla finestra non è delle migliori ma per chi vuole visitare la città e utilizzare l'appartamento solo per dormire e farsi una doccia va benissimo. La doccia e' stupenda! Letto comodissimo, soprattutto i cuscini! Dotato di fornello e microonde. Il rumore della caldaia che nella notte dava un po' fastidio essendo all' interno dell' appartamento. Aggiungerei viveri di prima necessità come un po' di zucchero, caffè, sale e olio.

• Christiane (9/5): - Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Das Apartment ist super gelegen im 7. Bezirk, U-Bahn (U3) und Straßenbahn sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso Supermärkte, Restaurants und Kneipen. Das Bett war recht hart, weil die Matratze so dünn ist. Außerdem war die Gastherme beängstigend laut.
• Sebastian (8/5): Good for the money - Aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun. Spatiul exploatat judicios, facilitatile din camera bune, doamna Veritza, persoana de contact, foarte amabila. Indicatiile din aplicatie ne-au dus initial la o alta adresa din alta parte a orasului. Camerele nu au insonorizare buna si practic se aude tot ce zice si face cel din apartamentul vecin. Plapuma este minuscula. Practic, pare mai degraba una pentru copii, subtire si scurta. Masa din living necesita o renovare. Centrala termica functioneaza defectuos: face zgomote stranii si puternice care nu te lasa noaptea sa dormi, iar apa calda menajera uneori nu depaseste temperatura de 31 de grade Celsius, deci cam greu de facut un dus iarna... Parcare in apropiere nu se gaseste la pretul de 18 Euro cum scrie in descrierea apartamentului. Cel mai mic pret gasit de mine a fost de 22,40 Euro pe 24 de ore la Apollo Garage.
• MONICA (8/5): Molto carino - La posizione molto buona Per 4 adulti e piccolo l appartamento. Le lenzuola non perfettamente pulite e anche l appartamento così e così. Abbiamo spostato il divano letto per metterci le lenzuola e c erano fiocchi di polvere sotto. Anche la testata del letto un po sporchina. Il bagno è nuovo e bello però minuscolo, il lavandino dà difficoltà a lavarti il viso e denti.

• Ricardo (8/5): Good small apartment at a good location! - Location. The host offered me to sign a contract saying that I had no complaints about the apartment at the check-in. If I hadn’t read it, I would just have naively signed. But I read it and refuse. I found it quite unethical.

Cerca de la parada de tranvía y metro q te dejaban directamente en el centro. La parada de bus, creo q también estaba cerca pero nosotros no la usamos.
• hen haim (6/5): העלות של הדירה תואמת את התמורה. - דירה קטנה במרחק 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת ורבע שעה הליכה מרחוב הקניות מריה הילפרשטרסה יש מכונת כביסה מדיח ומטבח יחסית מאובזר. יש סופר ממש קרוב לדירה. נראה יחסית נקי. מחיר נוח מאוד. המיקום לא כל כך נעים בעיקר בלילה בגלל שמדובר בקרבה לתחנה מרכזית. הריהוט יכל להינות משיפוץ הצבע מתקלף מהארונות והשולחן והמיטה. מקרר ממש קטן בגודל של מיני בר. קשה למצוא את המיקום של הדירה ולא המתינו לנו לקבלת המפתח. נכנסנו לבניין במקרה כאשר מישהו יצא בדיוק. מי שדיברה איתנו לא שולטת באנגלית. ביקשנו עוד נייר טואלט כי הגענו משפחה של 4 נפשות ונאמר לנו שאנחנו צריכים לקנות. יש בעיה קצת עם המים החמים. אם הזרם חזק מדי במקלחת אז אין יציבות במים החמים.
• Hanna Pushkar (8/5): Чудові вихідні в Відні - Сподобалося місцезнаходження. Приємна кімната, три спальних місця, міні кухня, посуд. Гарний душ. Можна було б трішки краще прибирати по куткам, на шафі, на плінтусах тощо. Жінка, що мала заселити , не брала трубку, але потім, дякуємо, все добре дозвонилися.

• Eva (2/5): FATAL - llegaron tarde a entregarnos las llaves y al entrar estaba sucio no lo habían limpiado del anterior huesped así que nos invitó a dejar las maletas y volver en media hora.. en ese tiempo es el que utilizó para limpiarlo estaba sucio al volver a entrar. Le preguntamos por un parking cercano y nos dijo que no había nada cuando encontramos uno a 5 calles sin facilitarnos ningún tipo de información. Escribí varias veces por wasap y nada .. habia un termo en la entrada que hacía muchisímo ruido no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche ya que se encendía cada 5 minutos. Horrible

• Nina (10/5): Odlično. - Stanovanje je lepo in moderno opremljeno. Ima vse kar potrebuješ. Lastnik in gospa, ki nam je predala ključe sta bila prav tako oba zelo prijazna. Stanovanje se nahaja na super lokaciji - do centra mesta je 15 min s tramvajem, 5 min peš do največje shopping ulice Mariahilfer straẞe in stadthalle, v okolici je tudi veliko restavracij... Ob naslednjem potovanju na Dunaj bomo vsekakor ponovno rezervirali apartma.
• Fabrizio (6/5): Trattasi di una soluzione low cost per turisti che non hanno molte pretese. - L'appartamento si trova in una piazzetta di un buon quartiere di Vienna. A fianco dell'entrata del palazzo (degli anni '50/'60) è presente un distributore automatico (aperto 24 ore su 24) di bevande e snacks. Nei pressi si trovano un supermercato ("BILLA") ed un ristorante. Le fermate dei mezzi pubblici (metropolitana e tram) sono molto vicini. La pulizia della camera è nettamente migliorabile, in quanto sarebbe sufficiente che le lenzuola fossero più pulite e la stoffa del divano sfoderabile venisse lavata. Negli armadi sono presenti tanti oggetti, alcuni utili ed altri meno, distribuiti in modo disordinato, che tolgono spazio ai vestiti. Il bagno è carino, ma il lavandino è troppo piccolo.
• Elena (10/5): Excellent & cosy stay in Vienna - The apartment is country house style, very cosy and clean. You have all what you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna. The check-in was very good organized with Mrs. Verica. The kitchen is small but you have all what you need incl. clean sponge, paper towel etc. The bed was very comfortable incl. the pillows. Also for our third person the double sleeping couch was very comfortable. I will definetely come back for our next stay in Vienna. Price performance is excellent. Thanks Andreas! N/A
• Svetlana (9/5): Отличный бюджетный вариант как на несколько дней, так и на неделю! - Соотношение цена/качество на 10/10! Чисто, удобный матрас на кровати, на кухне есть все необходимое, места достаточно, есть кофе и пакеты для заваривания в кофеварке, это нас выручало по утрам! удобное расположение - близко две станции метро, трамваи, кафешки и ресторанчики, даже пешком приятно отсюда дойти до центра, хороший район. Администратор милый и всегда на связи, если что-то понадобится! В душевой кабинке дверцы закрываются не плотно, из-за этого я переживала, что вода будет попадать за ее пределы. Подушки не удобные.

The location of the room is good and in that area the public transport is very convenient to reach both the city centre and the airport. The bathroom has a nice shower. The nearest supermarket is about 2 minutes walking. The room wasn't clean enough. In my opinion the room is too small for more than 2 people (unless it is ok for you to sleep on a sofa with a sheet). The kitchen is small but it has everything you need for cooking (you can also use the toaster, the microwave and a coffeepot), but we didn't find the dish soap, a clean sponge and the paper towel. A bottle of water would have been appreciated, too :) Instead, there was coffee, but the pack was already open. There is the TV, but you it's difficult to watch it without the instructions for the remote controls.
• hanju (7/5): 入住指示很不清楚 - 除了淋浴間很小以外， 其他都可以接受。 入住指示很糟， 只給了一個電話， 說抵達的時候聯繫。 但我們抵達的時候， 電話不通， 後來是靠著住在同一棟的住戶幫我們詢問， 才順利找到。 而且， 在房內等我們的工作人員只會講德文，不會英文！ 其實，只要提供門口電鈴的照片， 告訴我們按哪一個電鈴， 就能很快找到。 另外應提醒客人， 是進門後第二棟， 然後往上走到42號即可。 明明說明一下就會讓客人很方便， 不懂為何只願意提供一個不通的電話號碼， 讓客人這麼困擾。
• Kristina (8/5): - Bute yra visi reikalingi reikmenys. Butas nedidelis, bet jaukus, ramioje vietoje, lovos patogios. Buvo skalbimo mašina ir net dvi skalbinių džiovyklės, kas yra svarbu, kai šeimos kelionė trunka ilgesnį laiką. Butas pakankamai netoli nuo centro, galima nueiti ir pėsčiomis. Su įsiregistravimu nebuvo jokių problemų, mūsų laukė maloni šeimininkė. Tai netrūkumas, bet buvo pūkinės pagalvės. Alergiškiems žmonėms tai netinkama, bet dėl to neturėjome problemos, kadangi keliavome su savo pagalvėmis :) Parkingas automobiliui kainavo brangiau nei skelbiama, po 31 Eur už dieną.

Buena comunicación con estación de tren y centro ciudad - Los colchones de las camas eran cómodas y la ropa de cama y toallas y el baño muy limpio. Cocina con menaje preciso Los muebles necesitan una renovación. Precisa nevera mayor para estancia de más de dos dias. Necesita detalles: dispensador de gel y champú, sal, azúcar, fregaplatos y estropajo. La vista a un patinillo.

Il PARCHEGGIO,chi va in macchina una GRAN TASSA,in strada non si può mettere e per 3 GIORNI nel garage più conveniente(detto dalla signora che ci ha accolto) 84€. Divano letto un po' scomodo e cuscini scomodissimi. Il lavabo in bagno piccolissimo e con la mensola subito sopra si fa fatica lavarsi il viso.

• Victoriia (7/5): Рекомендую але не для людей з опорно руховими порушеннями. - Чисті, світлі апартаменти. Свіжі простирадла і рушники. Ми приїхали з дитиною в спеціалізованому возику для дітей з інвалідністю. Перед бронюванням, я повідомила про це власників і запитала чи є ліфт. Ліфт дійсно є в будинку, але було б добре, щоб власники вказали, що до ліфта треба спуститися по крутим сходинкам, а потім, на 3 му поверсі знову потрібно спуститися до квартири. Це було дуже не зручно і важко.

• Agrita (5/5): Apartment itself was ok, but not very clean. - Location was perfect, all transport near the apartment. Beds were ok. Had to pay in cash. Heating boiler was so loud at night I could not sleep at all, turned it off, so it got cold, but at least some sleep. Neighbors were so loud one night until 6:30 am, that was so terrible. Walls are so thin, you can hear neighbor's talking and sneezing and everything else. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a restful sleep. Overall I slept only 1 night of 5.

• Thomas (4/5): Zentral aber mangelhaft - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Putzfrau war schnell und gut. Durften früher rein uns später raus. Die Lage ist zentral, das Viertel aber etwas heruntergekommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschineund TV funktionieren. Bilder spiegeln nicht den aktuellen Stand der Wohnung wieder. Der Großteil der Möbel ist vergilbt und angemackt. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, wodurch es muffig riecht. Bettdecken und Matratzenschoner sind völlig abgerockt und sollten bitte ausgetauscht werden (s. Bilder). Im Bad schimmelt es an vielen Stellen (s. Bilder). Dusche bei genauem Hinsehen sehr dreckig. Duschwand schließt nur mit Mühe. Wohnung ist hellhörig und in der Nachbarschaft wird gerne Gras konsumiert, was allgegenwärtig zu riechen war. Blick in den Innenhof ist auch kein Vergnügen. Kühlschrank eher Minibar-Größe. Wir hätten gerne mehr Bilder angehängt, dies war aber nicht möglich.

• milijanovic (10/5): - The apartment has absolutely everything you could need. The location is perfect, you can reach the center on foot and the metro station is close by. We parked 7 minutes away in a garage that costs 6 euros per day because the garage across the street is much more expensive. Good value for money! The bathroom could have been a little better organized. The sink is too small.

• Bernhard (8/5): - Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterin war super und die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, also alles da was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die erreichbarkeit des öpnv ist sehr gut, außerdem sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Fazit: Empfehlenswert!! für Pärchen oder Familien mit einem Kind.

Comfortable bed. Wifi . Really clean - my kids played on the floor and their clothes was clean Probably a little bit overpriced for 1 room apartment.

• Grzegorz (10/5): - Przytulny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy i metro Ciężko trafić. Tam są dwie klatki schodowe wchodząc do budynku trzeba zejść schodami na dół do przejścia aby przejść do drugiej klatki.

• Sandra (6/5): - Das Apartment hat sehr zentral gelegen, man konnte sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ins Zentrum gelangen. Keine Parkplätze, man musste im teuren Parkhaus parken was sehr teuer war

• Michaela (5/5): - Byla přítomna myčka i tablety. Okno do vnitrobloku, byl zde klid i přes hlučné okolí. Instrukce k předání klíčů by měly být přesnější, tel. číslo nám poslané neexistovalo. Je uvedeno, že je v budově výtah, ale už ne, že k němu vedou několikery schody. Ubytování by mohlo být lépe uklizeno.

• Claudia (10/5): Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! - Klein, aber fein. Gemütliche Einrichtung, alles gepflegt, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Für uns als Familie perfekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es einen kleinen Spielplatz, Fußballfeldgitter, kleine Parkanlage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem war die Lage hervorragend, unmittelbarer im hippen Bezirk Nr. 7, Dicht am ebenso reizvollen Bezirk Nr. 8 und darüber hinaus optimale Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffentlichen in die Innenstadt. Wir kommen wieder!

• Diana (5/5): Wien ist eine Reise wert; Unterkunft war passabel. - Lage war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt an der U-Bahn/Tram. Das Gebäude war sehr abgelebt und kein Geruchserlebnis. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische und Minibad (nichts für kräftige Personen) war billig eingerichtet. Eine Bettwäschegarnitur war kaputt. Geputzt war nur oberflächlich. Geschirr und Schubladen teilweise verschmutzt. Blick aus dem Fenster auf eine Hauswand und Mülltonnen. War aber nicht tragisch, weil wir eh unterwegs waren. Parken auf der Straße nicht möglich. Parkhäuser bezahlt man teuer.
• Ivanna (8/5): It was good, but the new linens and towels would make it much better - The apartment is on the great location (transport is near, shops and cafes), it’s good arranged (wash and coffee machine, microwave and toaster, heating system). The bed and sofa are good enough. we are not satisfied with linens and towels. It looks old and not fresh.

• Maria (6/5): - Ubicación y dimensiones del apartamento, las fotografías representan bien la distribución del espacio. Baño limpio y práctico. La limpieza. Las sábanas del sofá-cama tenían manchas muy desagradables y las sabanas de la cama tenían pelos. Las almohadas estaban totalmente destrozadas y deshechas por dentro, lo que hacía muy incómodo dormir.
