• Jelena (7/5): nice, new apartment but very hot and loud - very new and clean apartment close to the river and the ubahn / tram station. nice cool pool in the backyard. easy keybox access and good communication. the kitchen has everything you need and the apartment is spacious for two people the apartment is located on a very loud 4 lane street with lots of traffic and the tram passing every 5 min. we got used to it after a few days but if you're sensitive to this, this place isn't for you (at least in summer with open windows). when we were there it was very hot and the apartment heats up so bad. as both windows are facing the street / sunny side, you can't really get a draft to cool the place down. i don't like air cons but this apartment desperately needs one. we were traveling with our dog who is not allowed in the garden area so we could not really hang out by the pool to cool down either.
• Veronika (8/5): Very good - The apartment was good for a small family, the kitchen was very well equipped. We found also good the host provide a parking lot and possibility to go to the pool. The location was good for cycling, because we wanted to cycle around Donnau insel, so you could very quickly and easily to get from apartment to the cycle track/cycleway. Wonderful. It was very nice from the host they arranged to get some bread in front our door, it was kind gesture. Originally we did not find the designed place where to pick up the keys, so look over the street [other side of street] and there are boxes. We were 4 people and the sheets were not provided for 4 people, so I recommend to the host to ensure the sheets for all incoming people.
• Elvira (5/5): Not a relaxed atmosphere - The apartment was modern decorated and the location near the park and old Donau was good. During our stay it was 35 degrees, very hot. The apartment has no airconditioning and you cannot leave the window open because of a very busy street from 6 am in the morning till late in the night. It has a swimmingpool, but there are a lot of things you cannot do: jump, have a drink, make fun (like a child who is playing). Its an apartment in a buikding where people live. The neighbours make it clear they rather not want you there as a traveler. So its not relaxed at all.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Good location of the apartment, in a new building. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, a 7-10 minute walk to the Kagran metro station, to the center 20 minutes by metro, next to the metro there is a large shopping center with a food court. The apartment is good, new plumbing, it was comfortable. Too many rules on the walls and often unnecessary. The most ridiculous rule is not to walk around the apartment in shoes and put on slippers, while disposable slippers were not provided. I can’t imagine a person in their right mind who will walk around the apartment in which he lives in shoes ... My recommendation: remove a bunch of unnecessary and obvious rules from the walls and better print the info on paper where you can throw the garbage, it’s hard to figure it out when there are no trash cans nearby. It's also a good idea to put instructions on how to use the equipment - it will be much more useful than those rules that hang on the walls. There is no information about parking, where and how to park - the owners offer their parking without alternatives, although they are available (public parking nearby for 6 euros per day). The carpet was dirty, in the hair, had to be removed. There is a corridor between the room and the kitchen and there are no doors, no zoning, keep this in mind before booking. We were alone, so it didn't cause any inconvenience.

• Sergei (8/5): Very good - In general the apartment is nice. We were there in wintertime, but it was quite warm inside at the same time not to dry in terms of humidity. That was definitely a big advantage. In terms of accessibility the property is located quite fortunately. There's a tram stop in 3 minutes from the entry. Getting to the city center was not a problem. The neighbourhood seemed quite sleepy and average. On the other hand there was a riverside in 10 minutes walk. There was a special laundry room in the apartment. That's convenient. All needed household chemicals were there. In the kitchen it was everything we needed. There were some Nespresso capsules (50 cents) and tea (free). The bathroom was quite nice to see and use. There was a modest balcony. So the apartment is worth visiting in my opinion especially when you travel alone, as a couple, or with a little kid. For a larger company when there's a need to use all the sleeping spots I'd recommend to think twice. Best wishes, Sergei P. S. Here're some minor issues we faced. The key collection was slightly harsh. You should keep in mind that the key is located in completely another building across the road. The host sent me the instructions in advance. Being on hurry I didn't read them carefully enough, infantilely hoping that the key was kept somewhere next to the entry. No, you should go 50 meters crossing the road with a tramways and collect your key. And you should do so upon checking out. Will say strait, it's inconvenient. Another little frustration was lacking doors between two sleep zones. They're separated by a short corridor. We were travelling as a family and occupied the both sleeping zones. It was hard not to disturb each other during sleep. There's a transformable coach in the kitchen. So there's no way to sit late in the kitchen while someone is sleeping just next to you. There's a swimming pool there. But it was reasonably closed for wintertime. It's worth not to mention this feature in the ad when there's no possibility to use it. Thus it would be fair and won't cause any frustrations to the visitors. The bathroom is not combined. That means there're two rooms: one for the shower and the sink and the other one for the toilet. That may be convenient for a case there're a lot visitors. But it would be more convenient if there was a tiny sink in the toilet room. Unfortunately, there was no such an essential thing. There you'll find a few funny elements of design. A real size plastic panther the purpose of which is to prevent a piece of kitchen plinth from falling apart and a torchere looking as an enormous light bulb. They are placed there to increase the attractiveness of the room for sure. But most likely you'll find them bizarre and useless. The double bed is a challenge. The pillows were enormously big so I was bended in spine quite dramatically. Caused a spineache.

The host is extremely friendly and always available for anything you need. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment. We had a cat staying with us, so we had no problem with her staying in this apartment.
