• Peter (7/5): - Lage, große Zimmer Zu dritt wurde es in Küche und Badezimmer schon ziemlich eng. Beleuchtung sehr mangelhaft, viel zu dunkel. Mehrere Stehlampen gingen gar nicht oder nur mit Wackelkontakt. TV ging auch nicht, auch keine Anleitung dazu vorhanden (vielleicht waren auch nur die Batterien der Fernbedienung leer).
• NICOLAS (7/5): Du très bon et du moins bon - L'emplacement est top. Proche d'un arrêt de métro et de tram. Proche d'une supérette. Des resto juste en bas et le Rathaus en quelques minutes à pied. Loué pour 2 chambres hors il y avait une seule vraie chambre, la 2ème était en fait dans le salon-salle à manger. Pas très intime pour une location pour 2 couples. Er surtout nous avions spécifiés 2 chambres.

• Susan (9/5): - The apartment is well located, in a quiet area but within walking distance of the main sights. The bedrooms are huge, with high ceilings, and the beds are comfortable. Lots of light in the bedrooms and living room Communication with the owner was very good. There was a huge locked cupboard in the middle of the living room, plus shelves in front and fans on top. A pity, because it could have been a lovely room. The kitchen and bathroom were small compared to the rest of the apartment.

• Sally (7/5): Good location but not the best comfort wise - Location was very good. Short walk to central Vienna. The size of the apartment was big and plenty of light from large windows. There is a lift to the apartment, but it only fits one person! Beds were just foam mattresses on hard bases. Not very comfortable and slid off the base during the night. The bathroom was okay, but plastic shower curtain over bath. No bath rubber mat to prevent slipping in the very slippery deep bath. The kitchen is in a cupboard, so not the easiest to use. We only made coffee and tea but I wouldn't want to make a meal there. Kept banging my head on the overhead cupboard doors whilst making tea.

Easy entrance and check in. Host was good with communication and answering questions. A bottle of water or coffee in the apartment would have been nice, but there is a grocery across the street. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice too, we are a family of 6 and only two rolls in the apartment.
• Filip (8/5): Great location, generous capacity - Perfect location for a walkable downtown, with underground just next door. The apartment is huge with plenty of beds, dining facilities, but also enough important empty space. Well suited for the advertised capacity, not crammed at all. The kitchen is good enough to prepare breakfast, distribute plates and cups etc. but it’s a bit too small to really cook a serious meal for all the people. We didn’t need that though.

And the location was perfect for visiting museums. We also really liked the coffee house on the ground floor, very relaxed, nice service, not touristy. When we booked, I found the listing on Booking.com confusing. But it all worked out very well.

Ich bin größer und schwerer als der Durchschnitt, jammere also auf hohem Niveau wenn ich sage das ich nicht wirklich gut gelegen habe. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments und die Anschlussmöglichkeiten an die Öffis machen das aber auf jeden Fall wieder wett.

Several restaurants on street level. Groceries diagnall access intersection. Having both washer and dryer were a plus. Kitchen is hidden behind cabinet doors. Kept hitting my head on the shelf when accessing the sink and stove. Please add to direction: use round key to access door the the left of stairs on 1st floor to access the pink door. Photos were of multiple units, not only the one we rented which was very confusing.

• Susan (1/5): PLEASE, don't be fooled! - Location This is NOT A 2 BEDROOM APPARTMENT! It is A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT with an open plan living room ! The bedroom (no furniture) is directly off the living room. There are bed bases with foam mattresses on in the living room (double up as a settee) but the loose parquet flooring disturbs the other person as soon as you step on it and the lighting floods both sleeping areas. Neither of us got much sleep which completely ruined our trip! .It was totally unsuitable for my 37yr old daughter and me! The owner blamed booking.com for the misleading description and offered us our money back -but where do you go at 8.00pm in an unfamiliar city? It appears that Booking.com rush in to check the owner's story and I fear will not consider my complaint ! I feel devastated!

Unlike many other apartments in Vienna, this one gives you the sense what the main floor of old Viennese buildings looks like. On a walking distance to the Hofburg! Within easy walking distance to public transportation and just a few minutes from the summer music concerts. We loved our stay here. Plenty of space for our family and plenty of beds. The only complaints would be the shower pressure was extremely low, almost a trickle. The pillows and beds were not very comfortable but that wouldn't keep from staying there again.

Towels very old too. Check out at 10am, normally 11am. This apartment is v noisy with windows opened or closed as its on busy junction, traffic v loud.. Next to large construction site which added to the noise, woke us all early every morning. Not suitable for those looking for quiet accommodation

• Amy (8/5): Huge, pretty apartment in a real Viennese hub - The location is one of the best in Vienna. I have lived in Vienna and visited many times, staying in different neighborhoods. What's great about this neighborhood is that it is a real Viennese neighborhood, and a beautiful one, just outside the Ring (very central.) The Cafe below is popular with Viennese, not touristy, and we experienced good customer service there. The giant apartment worked well for our family of four. The cost-free laundry was a special unexpected bonus, as were the few condiments and coffee in the cupboard. I loved the "Altbau" style of staying in an aparment hundreds of years old. There wasn't enough toilet paper or hand soup - just one half filled bottle in the bathroom, and soap wasn't good. We ran out of toilet paper the day before we left.

• Kolbow (9/5): Excellent Apartment - The host was wonderful and very responsive. The apt was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is amazing; close to a grocery store, many restaurants, tram stop and you can walk to some of the main attractions. I wish the kitchen had more baking sheets, pans and utensils for cooking. The lift/elevator is tiny but we were grateful to even have one at all since we were on the 5th floor. Being on the top floor the apt gets very hot but you can open windows and fans are provided to cool it off.

• Omutlu (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at aeki CITY and I must say it was a good experience. The beds were providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The house itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable; there were three of us plus a child, and we all felt right at home. The kitchen was clean, which made preparing meals a breeze. Moreover, its convenient location within walking distance to the city center allowed us to easily explore the area's attractions and dining options. The transportation options were also very convenient, making it effortless to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend aeki CITY for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Vienna.

Nice host, welcoming and available If I have only a little thing, It's just that we have to keep the key, and with 5 peoples not finishing in the same time it was a little bit complicate. Must be one key box per appartment.

• Marianna (9/5): Very nice apartment downtwon Vienna by the Rathaus - It is a spacious apartment, with a huge living room and a nice kitchen and bedroom. It is a two-story apartment with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. The location just behind the rathause is perfect. There is a balcony upstairs, but we did not use it because it was winter time. The blinds upstairs did not work and it was a bit cold.

Would do well to upgrade decor. - Big space, 2 toilets, large bathroom, nice washer & dryer, kitchenette mattresses, while would be great for large family w kids, felt odd for my husband and myself. Twin mattresses across room from each other had sheets on them. Others didn’t seem particularly clean. Well worn. Just an odd space. However, in the end, it served our needs. Shower curtain moldy/dirty at bottom.
