• Andrea (8/5): - Posizione ottima e spazi accoglienti Una volta trovata la chiave, non ci sono indicazioni per trovare l'appartamento all'interno del palazzo: attaccare un biglietto con scala, piano e numero appartamento alle chiavi non è complicato e risolve il problema a chi deve capire che porta aprire!
• Marat (10/5): - Thank you very much for the wonderful apartment! It is located in the center of Vienna, convenient and comfortable. I would recommend the owner to replenish the dishes, pans, and pots. The heating is gas, and it is very convenient! I recommend this apartment!
• Robin (7/5): Unseriöser Check-In - gute Lage, Küche recht gut ausgestattet, schnelle Antworten Als Check-In-Information wurde einzig und allein ein Google-Drive-Link geschickt, der nur ein 180p-Video einer Schlüsselbox in Nahaufnahme enthielt, auf dem eine Hand die Zahlenräder verstellt. Erkennen des Codes oder den Ort der Schlüsselbox war darauf unmöglich, also wie in einer klassischen Betrugsmasche. Erst nach Kontaktaufnahme per Nachricht (telefonisch geht nicht, hier ist eine finnische Telefonnummer angegeben) wurden die erforderlichen Infos geliefert. Ebenfalls fragwürdig ist die ungewollte zusätzliche Kommunikation über WhatsApp über eine unseriöse KI-Firma aus Zypern, die dieselben Nachrichten wie hier auf Booking sendet.
• Valko (5/5): - Quiet and peaceful place with kind and friendly neighbors!!! It is not normal to have such a "ladder" that leads to the bed, which is above the sofa in the living room, this ladder is dangerous and against the rules! The key that you have to find, 50 meters from the entrance, does not have a number for which apartment it is, this is not normal!
• Thomas (7/5): - Gefallen hat mir die Lage und die Sauberkeit, die telefonische Anwesenheit, wenn man Hilfe brauchte war immer sofort da. Das Doppelbett war ein Hochbett, wo man über die Möbel hinaufklettern musste. Ziemlich gefährlich für ältere Personen, da die Möbel nicht angemacht sind an der Wand und auch ziemlich steil zum Hinaufklettern. Sorry, aber im Internet wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen und auch die Bilder sind so, dass man nicht sieht, dass es sich beim Doppelbett um ein Hochbett handelt.

Mislim da na poruke koje se šalju preko bookinga vlasniku odgovara AI . Ali zato na broj koji dobijete kao emergency call preko Whatsupa vrlo brzo odgovaraju i na usluzi su. -

• Killian (3/5): Reasonable price, filthy couch and extremely dangerous bed. - Location is good, right beside the train station. The bed itself is quite comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of towels/sheets so you can cover up the disaster that is the couch. Hosts said they would meet us there to hand over keys at a specific time. They weren't there and the keys were in a lockbox *on another street*. The couch was utterly filthy and so was the cutlery/crockery. The bed is extremely unsafe to get into. At the bare bare minimum, a handrail needs to be put in. The 'stairs' (Ikea shelves) are very steep and there's a notable gap between the end of them and the bed itself. There is no grip on them, so if you are wearing socks, they are quite slippy. How this is approvable by the fire department, I have no idea. IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES WHATSOEVER, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!

• Sgearls95 (7/5): Adequate stay for a city break if expectations are managed - + The location near Westbahnhof was excellent. Near to transport links, shops and the city centre. + The bed was comfy, if a little small. I'm average height but my feet still hung off the end of the bed. + Good amenities offered - cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, make up table with lights, L-shaped sofa and TV (with Netflix) + The hosts provide a digital welcome page with some easy to follow instructions for the accommodation and some city recommendations for activities. + Communication with the hosts was kind, but minimal. + It's obvious that the apartment was put together with love, there's a lot of creativity there. - It appears there was a miscommunication with the cleaner as there was bedding prepared for only one person on arrival. We found other (stained) duvets in the cabinet but struggled to find a cover. The only ones we could find were still wet from being washed. Additionally, over the course of our stay, we didn't find a second pillow so ended up repurposing a cushion. This was not a fun "adventure" considering we arrived at midnight. - It was also quite hard to find extra towels (one was provided on arrival, quite small. The rest were wet and drying) - As other reviews mention, the shelving providing a path up to the bed is a little bit wobbly. - The boiler in the kitchen was creaking and rumbling every few minutes. It was distracting at first, but we eventually managed to sleep through it.

• Ivan (8/5): A small apartment with a bed under the ceiling, great location - The location is excellent, close to the subway and Westbahnhof. The apartment is small, but there are two huge beds, as well as a fairly large wardrobe with shelves for clothes and hangers. One of the beds is on the second floor, and it was cozy there. However, be prepared to climb up there using a improvised ladder - I think it would be difficult for older people or those who are overweight to do so.

• Michelle (7/5): - Superb location near the Westbanhof station, great for connectivity to the airport. Good value for Vienna. - Felt a little unsafe at night as there were people loitering around at the church nearby but they did not bother us - A big batch of wet laundry was left in the apartment when we arrived which meant a stale laundry smell permeated the apartment during our stay even though we tried to fold and keep the laundry after it dried. We were also unable to use the drying rack otherwise. Maybe it’s a personal preference but I really dislike the smell of stale wet laundry so this was a big turn-off for me. Tried to message the hosts but they said to just pack away the laundry, rather unhelpful. - please take note that there are no elevators and the unit is on the 2nd floor. We missed this important point and had to carry 2 big suitcases up and down. - Toiletries are supposed to be provided but there were no shower toiletries available. The toiletries rack in the shower is rusty and rather gross.

• Andrés (8/5): Apartamento amplio y bien comunicado - Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Bien ubicado, a 15 minutos del centro en metro o tranvía. Zona tranquila, pero con supermercados cerca. Tiene un mueble vestidor muy chulo. La subida y sobre todo la bajada de la cama en alto es terrorífica, tienes que subir y bajar por una estantería sin barandilla. La cama superior no es apta para personas con movilidad reducida y el sofá cama de abajo es pequeño para más de una persona. El mueble vestidor no tiene iluminación interior.
• Krzysztof (9/5): Świetny pobyt. Polecam! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako baza do zwiedzania Wiednia. Blisko do metra czy tramwaju. Byliśmy samochodem przez weekend i nie mieliśmy problemu żeby znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania przy ulicy (w weekend bezpłatnie). Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Nie każdy może być przygotowany na wspinanie się na górne łóżko. Dla córki to byla atrakcja, ale dla wielu osób np. starszych może to być utrudnieniem. Dla mnie i mojej rodziny wszystko było ok.

• Monika (3/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W mieszkaniu śmierdzi wilgocią, kanapa poplamiona, mnóstwo kurzu. Praktycznie nie ma dostępu na antresolę. Pościel fatalna. Kiedy weszliśmy ręczniki i pościel wisiały mokre na suszarce.

• Liana (10/5): Thanks a lot for the amazing hosts; we would like to return here again someday! - The location was very convenient with the metro station and shopping area close by. The place had everything you needed (even coffee/tea/sanitary pads etc.), which was very much appreciated by us. Hosts were welcoming and helpful, they were responding to questions and requests very quickly. Everything was provided beforehand, we didnt struggle with anything. After 10 pm it was still a bit loud, there was some music from neighbours having a gathering, and at night, when windows were open, we could smell weed. Me and my partner were okay with this, but for my mum it was disturbing a little.

Каструлі, сковорода, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, кавомашина, набор посуду. Дуже зручне розташування, поруч зупинка громадського транспорту, магазин Білла, західний залізничний вокзал. Апартаменти зроблені в креативному морському стилі, дуже сподобалася ідея з кроваттю, раціональне використання вільного простору! Гостинні власники. -

• Jing (9/5): Close to public transport, cozy and spacious. - Owners are very nice and responsive and they prepared coffee capsules and tea bags for us. It comes with a washing machine and drying racks for drying. Spacious and close to the bus / train station which gets you to most of the attraction / city centre. Plenty of towels and blankets provided too. It’s like a duplex unit with the bed located “upstairs”. There is no proper stairs to get to bed and can be quite dangerous with kids. But the sofa bed below is comfy enough to sleep in so we did that instead. There is no elevator to the unit and it’s located at 2nd floor so might be tough for old people with big luggage.

The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was comfortable and we loved the fun access up to the loft bed. The flat is also very conveniently located, steps from Westbahnhof train station--you can get anywhere in the city from there. It was the perfect spot to come back to after days of sightseeing and we really loved being able to crash there, eat and drink, watch Netflix (!!) and get ready for the next day!

The location is great, close to the metro, city center, and shops, which made exploring the city very convenient. A big plus was the comfortable makeup area. Our daughter was thrilled with the little climbing adventure to get to bed, which added a touch of fun to our stay. Perfect place for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

There is everything for cooking but only 2 people can be seated at the table Getting to the upper bed is ok for slim and fit people. But anyway going to pee at night would be a problem, so we were sleeping on the large sofa downstairs. Something is leaking in the toilet

• Hana (9/5): Great stay - The apartment has everything needed. It's clean and easily accessible via public transportation. The instructions are pretty straightforward, and we did not have any issues with accessing the apartment. The loft bed was pretty comfortable and cosy, although it was a bit scary to use the improvised stairs. The place only has free parking during weekends, but during weekdays it's pretty expensive. The host proposed parking at Ottakring and reimbursed it for us for the weekdays, but it took around 30-40 mins to park the car there and get into the apartment afterwards.

Everything is within 20 minutes by public transport, or it’s a nice walk to most attractions. That place is a studio style apartment but it has very tasteful use of space- the perfect apartment for a travelling couple.

• Lina (8/5): Lovely - The whole apartment was very nice and cozy. My friend and I had a great time, especially because the hosts left us coffee and tea. The apartment has all the facilities you need and becomes warm quite fast. The only issue was that the building was kind of sketchy. It almost looked like there was no one else in the building besides us. But besides that everything was perfect.

The parking conditions are the same as in all the city (free on weekends and during 10pm-9am in the working days).It's not host's fault, however, the presentation of the property should be amended accordingly in order not to create expectations.
• Nejra (8/5): location, location, location - I recommend staying here!!! The apartment is really cute and very stylish. It is cozy and you have everything you need and even more than that. You will have an iron, an iron board, a big closet, a lot of hairdryers, creams and shampoos, a coffee machine, a full kitchen, a make up table with cotton balls etc. The self check in/check out process is very easy. The host is also very friendly and helpfull and easy to reach if you have a problem. The location is the best part! You have a lot of supermarkets, bakeries, shops and places to eat around and it is very well connected with public transport. It will take you 2 min to get to the S-bahn and U-bahn stations and just a few stops to get to all the tourist attractions in Wienna. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in she shower and on the floor and one of the towels was full of hair, so it was quite unpleasent when I took it to dry myself after a shower and was left with long black hair all over me. I had to mentiont this since we asked if we can check in before 15:30 and they said no, because they take cleaning very seriously. Also on our last morning there were some insects in the bathroom.

If you travel alone and back to the apartment after 9pm, be aware that there would be some groups hang around the metro entrance area. it should be safe but just keep that in mind

Outside the room, this building is somewhere in construction seems al little like a ruins building . Don’t have elevator is tired when we hold our luggage.
• Judyta (6/5): The apartment is good enough to sleep in it, nothing more. - Location - near the train station. Tea and coffee. Netflix. Shower gel. And very nice hosts! Problems with hot water (there is a gas heater, and it had some issues), uncomfortable “stairs” to the bed (in reality, it’s an IKEA furniture turned into a stairway), and a broken toilet seat.
• Leonardo (9/5): Superb - We are a family composed by two adults and two children (age 12 and 13). The apartment is in a perfect position, 5 minutes from the underground and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Excellent to visit Wien.
• Eugen (7/5): It could be better if the owners showed more interest. - Old building, interesting architecture. Easy access to transportation. Uncomfortable furniture. The bottom bed with an uneven mattress. Two adults have difficulty sleeping. The suspended bed is hard to access. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The beddings haven’t been changed, dirty on the floor and in the kitchen shelves. The cupboard is used as a drying rack.

• Maksim (9/5): Great apartment with true Vienna spirit - Great and helpful hosts, great location for enjoying Vienna, apartment is small, but the facilities are well-thought and allowed for 4 people without much issues. Despite weather was hot and apartment has no aircon, it is quite cool inside. Parking is an issue during weekdays and requires some research and planning. We have targeted P+R Ottakring, but half of it was closed and the other half had 3x charge of the one we’ve assumed we will pay. Also the gas oven operation instruction could be clearer.

Equipped with everything this place provides a very comfortable and peaceful stay in Vienna. Moreover, the hosts provided coffee which was just wonderful! One should be aware of the position of the bed. If you have fear of heights, this is not for you. The stairs to climb are not the best ones.
• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great; close to famous street Mariahilfer Strasse famous as one of the main shopping areas and MusemsQuartier. Apartment is very nice and cozy, and hygiene is kept on very high level. Hosts were oriented to details in equipping the apartment so that it feels worm and has all necessary items. Ben, the host, is super supportive and responsive, ready to answer all the questions! We loved everything 😊

• Vesna (8/5): Very good - Very good location, close to metro and train station. Equipment in appartment more than expected, quiet, clean and very cozy, hosts were very responsive. Bunk bed is pretty unusual, not safe at all and we really did not like it. No stairs for this bed, there is some improvised stairs made of shelves. Appartment is not for sleeping of 4 people. Bed in living part of room also is not comfortable and spacious.

• Alina (6/5): Pleasant - Close to Westbahn train station. This place is a hazard waiting to happen. The bed is accessible from climbing an ikea book case which was not designed to resist 100kgs climbing it. Imagine having to go to the bathroom during the night. The entrance to the bed it was small, and would bother the other person sleeping there. I would not recomand anyone staying here. We booked it because it was close to the train station and we didn't find any other acceptable option. We thought in the worst case scenario we would sleep on the couch. But that was really uncomfortable. The TV is too close to the couch, it is uncomfortable to watch. There was a big wardrobe in the room where other sheets and towels are being dried. Who design the room watch too many photos online. In theory is good, in really it is a disaster. Also there were 5 different parfume diffusers. It was impossible to sleep with them, we had to hide them. Usually when people use parfume they try to hide mold or plumming problem. The sheets did not seemed very clean. I don't know why it is so hard for people who manage accommodation to understand that the only acceptable color is pure white. It is the only way you can tell if they are clean or not.
