- C.W. (7/5): Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen - Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter Bogner begrüßt und die Ferienwohnung wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Das Angebot an Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck etc. war für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Eine Mikrowelle stand auch zur Verfügung. Auch Kaffeekapseln und Maschine plus Kondensmilch und Gewürze waren vorhanden. Dazu ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, dazu Spülmaschine mit Tabs.
Und bei 36° Außentemperatur war die Wohnung gut vorgekühlt und hat uns den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Auch das automatische Licht am Waschbecken war sehr praktisch - der extra Toiletten- und Duschraum war sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und geräumig, gut gefallen hat uns auch der offene Kleiderraum wo auch das Licht automatisch anging..
Und das Auto seht abseits der Straße in einem Carport wo auch ein Multivan Platz hat. Ach im übrigen die Wohnung ist gut durchlüftet auch ohne ein Fenster zu öffnen und von der nahegelegenen Bundesstraße ist nichts zu hören.
Dazu gibt es fußläufig mehrere Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder sich welches zum mitnehmen zu holen. Auch ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Inn ist schnell möglich und mit Alpbachtal Card ist man auch ohne Auto mobil unterwegs. Die Zeit war zu kurz und aus beruflichen Gründen konnten wir leider nicht verlängern.
- Valentin (10/5): Freundlicher Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft und praktischer Parkplatz - Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch war der private Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Eine ruhige, angenehme Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert! Nichts zu erwähnen

- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind. He explained and showed everything about the apartment to us. The room was bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen equipment was fully sufficient. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and modern. It is near a bus stop and a train station is a 10-15 minute walk away. The supermarket is very close too. The only thing that is missing here is probably the microwave. But it is not necessary, because there is a lot of other kitchen tools and appliance.
- Robert (10/5): Beautiful apartment for a couple, handy for Innsbruck (by train) and Rattenberg (walking). - Luxurious apartment that must have only been fitted out less than a year or so ago. Obviously someone with a good eye for deign put this together. Beautiful wetroom (shower & wc) with a separate sink area and a separate closet/dressing area. Very comfortable beds, blackout motorised blinds throughout, Really nice kitchen and very comfortable relaxation area. Owner very friendly and handed over the key personally; he lives upstairs. Covered parking attached to the property, long and high enough to fit my LWB VW Transporter van in. Would definitely come here again. Nothing, everything was fab.

It is very warm with infrared heating panels in the ceiling. After 2 days we had to turn the heatimg down in the 2 rooms as it was so warm.
Apart from a private car parking space it is located across the road from the bus stop which makes it ideal for anyone wishing to use buses to all parts of the region. It is also only a short walk to the railway station.
Within 100 metres there is a well stocked Billa supermarket, an NKD clothing shop, a fruit & vegetable shop and a konditorei which does coffees, snacks and fabulous cakes.
There are lots of easy walks in the area and a walk to Reith and the Konditorei THALER, located near the church, which specialises in krapfen (they queue outside to buy them by the bagfull) is well worth a visit. My only concern was that the apartment was on the dark side as it doesn't have a bright outlook.
It can also be slightly noisy with the bus stop first thing in the morning.
But these were compromises we were happy with for the convenience of the location and the ease of travelling around the area.
