Vor der Haustür im Hausflur haben irgendwelche Männer gekifft, was auch wieder in das Apartment reingezogen ist. Ich war mit meinen beiden 4-jährigen Töchtern da, es war unzumutbar. Parcheggio libero dietro lo stabile, a 10 minuti di auto si trova park&ride (4,90 tutto il giorno) di fronte fermata U6 siebenhirten. La zona non è servita da mezzi pubblici, si trova in zona artigianale. Bagno senza finestra e bidet (assente quasi sempre fuori Italia )

• Pavol (8/5): Ubytovanie s dobrou mobilitou na výlety s autom - Ubytovanie je na okraji Viedne s bezplatným parkovaním a v blízkosti nájazdu na diaľnicu. Neporiadok na dvore a nie úplne čisto na schodisku bytového domu. Potešila by na dvore aj nejaké sedenie, kde si môžete na vzduchu vychutnať kávu, čaj alebo iný drink, prípadne si posedieť s priateľom.

• Rachel (4/5): - Le logement est correct et pratique pour 2 personnes même si la réservation annonce 1 personne seulement. Le logement n’est pas du tout adapté si vous n’avez pas de voiture. Une gare se trouve à 12 minutes à pied, mais pour y accéder, nous avons dû remonter la départementale le soir, sans éclairage, sans trottoirs ni passages sécurisés, en marchant dans la terre. Concernant le logement en lui-même, nous étions dans le premier bâtiment sur les quatre présents, et la récupération des clés a été très facile. Cependant, il n'y a aucune communication avec les propriétaires, que nous n'avons d'ailleurs jamais croisés. Nous avons également eu un gros problème par rapport à la réservation faite sur booking (pour 2 personnes) et le logement que nous avons reçu (pour 1 personne seulement), mais heureusement le studio est composé de deux lits simples. Personne n'a de toute façon, vérifié le nombre de personnes présentes dans le studio. Le studio est chauffé par un radiateur et paraissait très propre en apparence… mais nous avons vite trouvé des taches sur les rideaux et les draps, des trous dans les draps, des insectes morts au sol, ainsi que le sèche cheveux et les ustensiles de la kitchenette sales, tout comme la petite table mise à disposition. La douche, bien que propre, a fui dès que nous l’avons utilisée. Nous n’avons pas toujours très bien dormi et avons souvent été réveillés en pleine nuit, vers 2 h – 3 h du matin, par d’autres personnes : des familles avec de jeunes enfants faisant du bruit comme si elles étaient seules dans le bâtiment. Vous n’aurez du silence qu’entre 23 h 30 – 0 h et 7 h 30 du matin. Le logement se situant au bord d'une départementale et derrière une voie ferré, vous aurez également le bruit des voitures et des trains passant. En supplément, notre studio, doté d’une porte vitrée, ne permettait pas de cacher la lumière des couloirs allumée en permanence, de jour comme de nuit (malgré les rideaux). En plus du bruit, nous avons été dérangés par des odeurs de cigarette provenant de l’extérieur de notre studio.

• Μαρια (7/5): Είχαμε μια ευχάριστη διαμονή σε ένα μεγάλο και ζεστό δωμάτιο! - Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο! Εύκολα προσβάσιμο το κατάλυμα από το αεροδρόμιο. Με πάρκιγκ! Πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ! Θα προτιμούσα να μπαίνει μια καθαρίστρια έστω μια φορά στις 6 νύχτες να καθαρίζει το δωμάτιο και να μαζεύει τα χαρτιά από το μπάνιο! Και κανένα φακελάκι καφέ δεν θα ήταν άσχημο!
• mateja (7/5): Lepo, udobno spanje, kuhinja potrebuje nekaj nadgradnje. - Sobe opremljene super. Postelje so noro udobne. Kopalnica je ok vendar nujno manjkajo zavese, saj ko se tuširaš te iz ceste vsi vidijo. Kuhinja pa potrebuje nekaj nadgradnje. Stoli v kuhinji ki med sabo niso enaki, stoli neudobni saj sploh niso za jedilnico ampak za vrt. Posode skoraj da ni. Glede na ceno, ki smo jo plačali bi pričakovala vsaj osnovo v kuhinji. Na pultu nas je čakala stara gobica za pomivanje posode in stara vilenda za brisanje mize kar ni glih higienično.
