L'appartemento in villetta da due appartamenti, scelto volutamente fuori dal centro di Vienna, ma vicino alla metrò, si è rivelato particolarmente confortevole e addatto a tutte le nostre esigenze (15 minuti circa di viaggio in metrò per raggiungere Stephansplaz). La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà, offertaci dal proprietario, è stata determinante considerando che la zona per i non residenti costringerebbe a parcheggiare in un garage. • Maja (10/5): - It is an apartment in a private house with a garden and a place to park a car. The metro station is 3 minutes away, and it takes c. 15 minutes to reach the city center (e.g., Stephansplatz) by a direct line. Several shops and restaurants are available in the area. The accommodation is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a toilet, and a bathroom. The house is situated in a very quiet street. The hosts are kind and friendly.

• Janneke (10/5): Fantastisch appartement op een hele fijne locatie. - Het is een heerlijk groot en ontzettend schoon appartement. Bed is goed, ook de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Badkamer en keuken zijn zeer ruim. Eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en staat voor alles klaar wat je nodig hebt. Ook super fijn dat je de auto aan de zijkant van het appartement kan parkeren en dat de supermarkt heel dichtbij is. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Helemaal niks, was geweldig!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious, and its location is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping facilities. It is close to Danube Island, ideal for families. It's great that parking is provided free of charge. The host is extremely helpful.

The host went above and beyond—so kind and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Free parking was a huge bonus, and the metro station is just a 5‑minute walk away with an Interspar supermarket right next door, which made everything super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay here and would book again without hesitation—highly recommended!

In een minuut of 6 ben je bij de metro die je direct naar het centrum brengt. Je bent dichtbij de stad zonder last van drukte. We hebben genoten!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alles, und die Räume sind großzügig. Wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen. Ein Parkplatz ist inklusive. Die Lage ist top: nur 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn und in ca. 15 Minuten am Stephansdom – perfekt für einen Wien-Besuch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Anfangs war die Bezahlung außerhalb von Booking etwas befremdlich, aber nach einem kurzen und freundlichen Gespräch mit dem Gastgeber waren alle Zweifel ausgeräumt.

• Jochen (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber ist mit der Ubahn sehr gut angebunden, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist äußerst bemüht um seine Gäste. Herausragend war seine Flexibilität insbesondere beim Checkout und Parken. Kleinigkeiten bei der Ausstattung wie Föhn und Duschgel wären schön.

Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, pościel pachnąca, łazienka chyba świeżo po remoncie. Przesympatyczny i bardzo kontaktowy właściciel.
• Goce (10/5): Homey feel in beautiful Vienna - We always like it when the hosts are there to show us in. The host here was very polite and helpful. The house is spacious and has some 1980s charm, it feels like visiting relatives in another town, only this town is Vienna. The neighborhood is calm and charming as well. There’s on site free parking, a metro station five minutes away and several supermarkets nearby, all of which was super convenient. The garden is beautiful too. Can’t think of anything, we got everything we expected plus more!

• Elena (10/5): Wonderful people and a wonderful home - The hosts were really welcoming and that was a very good start of our holiday. They helped us organize our arrival so as everything went smooth and stress free. Thank you, Elizabeth and Richard! The apartment was very clean and we had there everything we needed. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable, the heat was ajustable (we really appreciated that since we like our room be cool, warm not hot). There were even books on the shelves which made the apartment look like a home not merely a house. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is wonderfully quiet. There is a subway stop nearby (U1-250 meters) and a supermarket close to it. There is nothing I can mention here.

• Olivera (10/5): I love Vienna and look forward to going again. - Although it is far from the center, the apartment is in a great place, the metro station is very close, so you can reach Stephansplatz in a short time. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, and the host is very kind. The advantage of the apartment is that it has parking for a car in the yard.
• Atila (10/5): Perfect home base for exploring Vienna - free parking, easy metro access, spacious apartment - We loved our stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly accommodating right from the start. When we mentioned we might be late for check-in, he went out of his way to arrange a later check-in time telling us to drive safely and not rush. This kind of personal care really made us feel welcome! Having a free parking spot made our arrival stress-free and we didn't touch our car again until departure. The U1 metro station is only 5 minutes away and it took us straight to Stephansdom and all the main sights in just 15 minutes! The apartment is big and has everything we needed - a big bedroom, comfy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a lovely garden that comes with the apartment, though we couldn't use it due to the weather. The Spar supermarket is just around the corner which made grocery shopping super easy. The area is very quiet and we slept great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Best of both worlds - we parked our car safely and explored Vienna easily by metro. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna! Everything was perfect.
• Piotr (10/5): I would stay here again! - Excellent place to stay in Wien - outside of the center of the city, very close (10 min walking) to U-Bahn linie U1. Own parking place. The apartment was spacious: two big rooms with beds, kitchen, bathroom. Garden with terrace. Everything you need is available in the kitchen, incl. an oven, fridge, microwave, etc. WiFi worked very well. Beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The host was extremely kind: he met us on arrival and explained everything. Surrounding was very quiet, close to shops. Fans would be recommended - temperature outside was extremely high.

It looks far, but it's not. 5 minutes walking to the U-Bahn station, and then a few stops with a beautiful view all the way: the Danube, a mini leisure harbour, modern buildings. It was very quiet: the area and the house. There's a nice garden in the back, trees in front. We had tea and coffee to our choice. Nice recycling system in place. Big rooms with many spaces to deposit things, except for the wardrobes: chairs, tables, etc. Cosy apartment, it looks and feels like home.

Very fast connection with the subway to the old town (it takes about 20 min). The apartment is in a sleeping district of Vienna, there are private jard and parking places next to the house.

• Budu (10/5): Best accommodation in Vienna - Garden Apartment Donau-City is not the traditional type of accommodation you would find in a hotel or in a guest house; it is what makes the difference between a house and a home. The rooms are really spacious, packed with bookshelves for avid readers, there are plants, lamps for reading in every corner and everything else you might find in a home, not to mention that you have access to a very spacious garden where you can relax and enjoy the birds chirping, as the apartment is located on a very quiet street. The owner is an extremely pleasant and talkative person and he is always ready to help. We will definitely choose Garden Apartment Donau-City every time we visit Vienna! Everything was perfect.

The apartment (ground floor of a nice house with 2 floors) is spacious and clean having a nice garden on the back of the house Spar supermarket at walking distance. We came by car and we had parking place with no extra payment , which is a huge plus in Vienna ! We didn't use the car moving in the city by Metro ! Overall for us was a very good experience and the owner (Richard) offered a lot of useful info related to the city center acces. Nothing to complain !

We’ll definitely be back! - Excellent location in a quiet street in a residential area just 5 minutes from the underground that will take you to the centre of Vienna in 15 minutes. This apartment is a home from home! It has everything you could wish for: a spacious, comfortable bedroom, a nicely decorated living room, a real kitchen where you can prepare your meals like at home, a lovely bathroom and you are even allowed access to the beautiful garden if you want to have your breakfast or a quiet drink to chill out after a busy day. Richard is an exceptionally helpful host. He treated us like friends, told us where to find the supermarket, what sight seeing tours were the best etc. He speaks perfect English and can communicate very well in Polish as well. We have fallen in love with Vienna and will definitely come back! To the same apartment if it’s available. Everything was perfect.
