• Dorothée (8/5): Nähe Hbf., sauber, funktional, Preisverhältnis OK. - Gute Lage nahe an Hbf und U-Bahn, auch fußläufig zum Zentrum. Vermieterin wohnt im Haus. Trotz ansonsten gelungener Renovierung, schade, dass sich der einzige Heizkörper der Wohnung ungünstig in einer Ecke neben dem Sofa befindet, aber wenigstens heizt er schnell auf. WC plus Dusche daneben etwas sperrig.

• Jana (8/5): - Lokalita je velmi šikovná vzhledem k blízkosti nádraží, ale i velmi dobré dostupnosti centra města. V ulici je vstup do metra s linkou do centra. Lokalita je současně velmi klidná a působí bezpečně. V sousední ulici je možnost nakoupení potravin. Byt je mnohem prostornější, než se zdá z fotografií. Je v něm vše potřebné.

• Martin (9/5): A very cosy, well situated apartment in central Vienna, close to the main station and Metro. - The apartment is located 5 minutes from the main train station and was very easy to find. It was situated in a quiet street with one or two bars, close to the Metro. The apartment was well equipped with most amenities, up on the third floor. It also has a good kitchen. Verena the host, met us on arrival, helped us with our luggage and explained everything to us. She also allowed me to leave my bags there on the last day, as I had a late flight - this was very helpful. The apartment had a cosy feel to it. The location of the apartment allowed us to easily explore central Vienna by Metro. The apartment has good Wifi. The shower and bathroom was tiny, but we managed Ok. It wasn't a problem.

• Noemi (8/5): Excellent! - Photos are 100% accurate, it's a lovely specious apartment close to the train station and within walking distance to all touristy attractions. Well equipped for a few days stay. Verena was a lovely and very friendly host! There is no lift and apartment is on the 3rd floor but it's to be expected in old building within the city centre.
• Valentina (9/5): Superb - Great location: the apartment is close to the main train station, and you can walk to the most important museums and attractions of the city (around 30 minutes). The apartment is big and comfortable, with a furnished kitchen if you prefer to have your meals at home. I think the apartment is a great solution in Vienna, even for longer stays. Maybe the bathroom is a bit small...but it was not a big issue.

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Verena was such a lovely and friendly host! She kindly let me check in very early and check out late. Beautiful clean and very spacious apartment! Full kitchen facilities. Excellent location 5 min walk to central train station or metro stops to get into the city centre easily. Be aware there are 6 flights of stairs to the apartment front door and no lift. I managed but others might struggle. Thin curtains with poor coverage so it was quite bright in the morning but I am an early riser anyway. No air con but the bench fan was sufficient and quiet.

• Hanna (10/5): See my 10/10 as a 100/10 - The flat is perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The photos provided are 100% reliable (the flat is even a bit more spacious). It takes about 3 minutes by foot to the nearest subway / tram stop / Central railway station from there. Groceries are in a 2-3 minutes walking distance, and most of the tourist attractions are within a 30-minute walk. The host, Verena, is very welcoming and speaks perfect English. Last but not least, the building itself is remarkable. What it may lack in comfort due to its old age (f.e. absence of an elevator), it compensates with its beautiful interior, so highly recommended for those who enjoy feeling like a period drama character :) (For info) The flat is located on the third floor, and no elevator is provided.

I don't see it on the information page. It is recommendable that you indicate this fact because it can badly surprise some guests.

• David (9/5): Superb - Convenient location for station and Ubahn. Very friendly host. Very well equipped and has all the basics you need for a short stay. 3 flights of stairs.
• Borislav (10/5): If you choose this place for your stay in Vienna, you definitely won't go wrong! - The location of the apartment is great. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof. Metro line U1 is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There is a Billa grocery store right next to the metro stop (closed on Sundays). It takes about 15 minutes from the apartment to the Wiener Staatsoper by subway. To Schönbrunn - 40 minutes (metro), and Upper Belvedere is exactly 15 minutes on foot. The Prater can be reached in about 20 minutes with the U1 metro line. In two words - the location of the apartment is phenomenally good. The host (Verena) is very nice and correct, speaking perfect English. The photos in the ad are real and what you see on them will be the same for you on the spot. The added value comes from the fact that the building was built at the beginning of the last century. N/A.
• Dkyria (9/5): Superb - Clean spacious flat with comfy (including quality mattress and pillow) double bed. Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower as well as full kitchen and living room. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level, approx. 20 min from center and 10 mins from Belvedere). Close to main train station although airport train leaves you in Mite where metro, tram and bus services will take you to main train station if you do not want to walk (at least two U-Bahn stations nearby). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by in a quiet neighborhood. Verena is friendly, smiling and helpful as well as available 24/7, if needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice in the broader area of the city! n/a

The apartment was clean, comfortable and Verena the host was vey helpful and friendly and gave contact details and directions. The metro was a 5 minute walk and direct to St Stephens Strasse, right in the centre. Nothing we had everything we needed.
