• Peter (10/5): Perfect apartment and host, absolutely recommended. - We greatly enjoyed our skiing holiday at Apartment Haus Schönwies. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was very nice - clean, comfortable, and cozy. Due to heavy snowfall during our stay, we couldn’t ski every day and ended up spending more time indoors. Still, we felt completely at home. We also appreciated the opportunity to take simple winter walks in the area, including small forest paths that remained accessible despite the snow. Ski Juwel Alpbachtal is less than a 10‑minute drive away. Raimund and his family were very helpful throughout our stay - even assisting us with clearing the snow from our car. We will definitely return.
• Sven (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Apartment. - Super nette Vermieter, toll ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Die gesamte Wohnung ist recht neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Kleiner Punkt für den Winter: Bei viel Schnee ist Allrad oder Schneeketten zu empfehlen. Aber während unseres Aufenthaltes kam extrem viel Schnee.

• Maike (10/5): Toller Skiurlaub in idyllischer Kulisse - Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie zwei Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch am Rande des wunderschönen Dorfs Alpbach.

• Adrian (10/5): Perfect - We really enjoyed our stay at Haus Schonwies. The views are gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate and very modern. We received the Alpbachtal card from our hosts, with which we had free entrance to cable cars, swimming pools and museums. The area is particularly attractive for families with children; there are playgrounds and hiking trails for children in the mountains. The hosts were very nice, and they even recovered and send home a jacket that I forgot in a local restaurant :). We rate this stay a maximum 10 from 10. We liked everything

• Philip (10/5): Perfekt for en familie eller vennepar som vil utforske Alpback og fjellet. - Fantastisk beliggenhet, ved foten av fjellet, praktfull utsikt over dalen, men likevel kun en kort gåtur ned til landsbyen. Helt strøken leilighet, nytt, rent og ryddig, med en liten veranda med utsikt og kveldssol. Alt utstyr du trenger. Meget vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. Ingenting☺️
• Adrian (10/5): Amazing! - Amazing apartment, super clean, with amazing views over the Alpbach Valley, and nice hosts.
• Jin (10/5): A perfect break in Alpbach - 1. Bedroom: The mattress was very comfortable, and waking up to the sound of birds singing every morning was a special experience. All rooms have a TV with OTT service. 2. Bathroom: The shower room was kept clean and the floor heating was great. The small hair dryer was a little underpowered for female guests with long hair. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel. 3. Kitchen: All kitchen utensils were up-to-date and well-organized. I would like to praise the cleanest electric kettle I have ever seen in Europe. The stainless steel frying pan may be a little difficult for some people to use. 4. Balcony: The balcony is well-equipped with sunbeds and chairs, making it a great place to enjoy the panoramic view with the sound of the water around you. On a nice day, you can even see a lot of stars. 5. Host: The warm welcome and farewell, and the kind and quick response to questions made my memories in Alpbach even more beautiful. 6. Others : The internet speed was stable and fast enough to hold a Zoom meeting. There is a Spar supermarket about 5 minutes down the road by car. It is open until 6:30pm and I was able to buy most things there. There is also a Raiffeisen Bank ATM nearby so if you need cash you can withdraw it. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends or family, or would like to come back next year. There wasn't a single thing I regretted.
• Se (10/5): Exceptional - A clean and modern apartment at the end of valley (very quiet with a good open view), but not far from a village center, with easy road access. Besides several ski resorts in the area, this place also offers sleighing, backcountry skiing, and hiking options around the house. Was easy to communicate with the hosts who were hospitable. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and comfortable vacation in the nature.
• Nadjeschda (10/5): A modern apartment with a wonderful view - Our hosts, Raimund and Angelika were incredibly friendly and caring. Communication upfront was easy and fast. Upon departure, they even drove us down to the village with our luggage to save us from walking the 1,2 k to town. The apartment itself is modern, very clean and with a well equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook for even a larger group. We will definitely come back when attending the next conference in Alpbach!

Beautifully appointed and spacious with a wrap around balcony. The hosts were very receptive and friendly. An area pass was also arranged for us which allowed us free transport including the gondola in the area. The village and surrounding area is beautiful. Nothing. If I could give an 11 score I would. Size and quality of the beds, kitchen equipped with everything you would imagine, even a freezer is available. Wifi signal was strong everywhere and fully suitable for streaming. Direct access to lots of hiking paths. It is more a suggestion: would be nice to have access cards instead of keys.

• Michael (10/5): Fantastic stay in an exceptionally clean apartment. - The owner told me his business is his passion, and it truly shows in the property. This was one of the best maintained and cleanest properties where I have stayed. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable for a family. It is convenient to get into the town with restaurant and bar options. We drove, but you could walk if you don’t mind walking uphill on the way back. I can’t say enough good things about his property. We do a lot of travel, and this is one of the properties I would strongly recommend! Nothing. The apartment was perfect!
