• Simon-Adam (9/5): Near perfect - Spacious and comfortable Bathroom can be in a better state and with shampoo. Also one curtain was totally broken and restaurant under can be sometimes a bit loud when partying but not too late fortunately
• Andreja (10/5): - The apartment was cosy and clean. Communication with the owner polite, transparent and with suggestions on where and what to visit. The apartment is very close to train station and just 10 minutes walking distance to Schonbrunn Palace. Hofer store is very close to the apartment and we booked our parking (same car park as Hofer store) thru the Payuca app. Hopefully we will stay with you again soon. Everything was fine.

• Markus (9/5): Schönes Apartment nahe Schönbrunn - Sehr schönes Apartment in der Nähe bei Schloss Schönbrunn. U Bahn fast vor der Tür. Unser Tip: Park&Ride in Hütteldorf nutzen und mit der U4 Station Schönbrunn aussteigen. In 4 min. zu Fuß am Apartment. Wir würden wiederkommen. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab.
• Boric (9/5): - Very good accommodation. Clean. Spacious. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building with very good and not too expensive food. There are three different modes of public transport. Underground line U4, bus 57, and tram 10 all within a few minutes of the accommodation. A large shop is also on the ground floor of the building. I would not recommend parking at Schonbrunn Palace, parking is 45 euros per day. I downloaded the PAYUCA app and parked in Garage Linke Wienzeile 380, which is a 3-4 minute walk from the accommodation, for 14 euros per day.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, communication with the owner was great, and he was very accommodating. The only thing that might have been missing was an oven in the kitchen, but that was just a minor issue. The Hofer store is right below the accommodation, and the metro is just across the street.

• Elena (10/5): Excelent staying near Sconbrunn. - We had a good time visiting Wien and staying in this appartment. The appartment had all we need to have a confortable stay. Kids could have breakfast in the appartment in the morning and in the evening we had dinner ar the serbian restaurant downstairs. The location of the appartment is very good, near Shonbrunn, hop on hop off bus and near underground. The appartment was clean and the host was in continuous contact with us via Booking. The carpets should be washed or removed.

• Dusanka (6/5): More care needed - The location is great. Close market and a metro station. The apattment is barely okayish. The apartment needs more care, pictures do not relfect the real state of apt. Do not keep it as a preferred option.
• Kb (9/5): Very spacious, lots of restaurants nearby, easy metro access. Very small shower. - Very spacious, good wifi, good hot water. Extra blankets and pillows, lots of hooks in the bathroom and for hanging coats, end tables on either side of bed. Supermarket (Aldi) and good Croatian restaurant next door. Lots of restaurants nearby and metro station a 5-10 minute walk; 6 stops to most tourist sites. 15 minute walk to Schönbrunn Palace. Only one bath towel for each person. Carpet in front of bed was filthy, with several obvious stains. We arrived a couple of hours early and asked then to let us know if we could drop off our bags but they didn't respond until several hours later. The shower stall was very small and there was no place to put body wash or shampoo.

• Pillay (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The best selling point is the location. Access to the metro is so easy, and the Schonbrunn area is amazing. Also loved that it was near a little shopping centre which had chain restaurants, a grocery store and bookshop. The owner was also extremely helpful and reliable.

• Andreea (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, close to the palace and to the metro station. There is a Hofer minimarket at the street level of the building. Property is at the first floor, very spacious. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook breakfast or small meals (no oven). Dishwasher and washing machine with detergent supplied. Self check in and check out was easy. We received assistance in locating a parking lot with reasonable prices close by. Shower drain should be fixed, as mentioned by others.

• Furtuna (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Vienna. Beautiful, warm, cozy and located greatly - The apartment is spacious and warm and located super close to both Schonbrunn and U bahn. Super convenient to get to all the places. Markets are close by for anything you want to buy and cook dinner. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the toddler bed was also very good. Whenever we come back to Vienna we are staying here again. Honestly - the only minor issue was that we thought the carpets needed to be changed or cleaned a bit better. But apart from that all was great.

We had a wonderful time and a nice view from the window. I really recommend this accommodation. Our host behaved very nicely with us and we will definitely come back when we will have the chance.

• Peter (9/5): Great location for Vienna visit. - Great location of the apartment, very close to the Schonbrunn underground station and Hofer supermarket. We left the car in Garage Im U4 Center P+R for 9 EUR per day and had a 10 minute walk to the appartment. Very spacious appartment that had everything we needed. There is room in the bathroom so I would wished for a bigger shower with more space. :-)

• Tom (9/5): Great location, nicely renovated apartment in a traditional, old Viennese building - Very good location, the Schönbrunn undergrond station is only 5 minutes away. We liked the apartment very much. It is inside a traditional, old Viennese building but the apartment itself is recently renovated, modern and clean. It had everything we needed. A separate master bedroom, a twin sofabed in the living room and a well equipped kitchen. This is not really a problem with the property but more with Vienna: parking on the street for unloading luggage is a bit of hassle. You can pay online but then you need to buy something like 25 euros credit which likely you won't use up. So it makes more sense to buy a parking ticket but we couldn't work out where to buy one in the evening. To park the car for three days we made use of a parking garage at about a 10 minute walk, which was priced very reasonably. The Schönbrunn parking is much closer but very expensive.
• Fernanda (8/5): Very good - The place is really pretty and nicely decorated. It has plenty of space and it's very close to the station. Location was super! The TV is quite new and had all the functions like at home. Wifi was fast. The beds were comfortable. The service responsiveness was incredible fast! Self and easy check in and check out. Great place for your stay!
• Karlisp (9/5): Simply excellent location. - Excellent location, about 200m from U-bahn station, whole city is accessible in minutes. Schonbrunn palace about half a kilometer away, lots of parks to walk around. Good grocery store in neighboring building; another small store around the corner works till very late hours. Several restaurants nearby work till late hours if you arrive in the evening. Appartment itself is spacious, bright and clean. Shower drain really really needs some cleaning. Mattresses and pillows were really funny, but probably we are just used to stiffer, smaller ones. Restaurant downstairs can be a bit noisy at times, but private party upstairs on saturday night was much louder.

Very easy to get from there to all the other attractions. The street where the apartment is has many shops and restaurants that you can use. I highly recommend the place.

• Ahna (9/5): Lovely stay close to Schoenbrunn - The apartment is close to Schoenbrunn, public transportation and markets and is about a 25/30 minute walk to Westbanhof train station. The bedroom is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. The host is very nice, communicative and kind. He even helped me when I left some things at the apartment. I would definitely book this apartment again! The kitchen does not have an oven only a small stove top so I was limited in terms of cooking. I had wished at the time that the apartment had more kitchen utensils, a salad bowl, kitchen serve ware etc.. That being said, I was staying in the apartment over Christmas when I was planning on cooking more then usual. Guests should be aware that there is a restaurant down below and you can sometimes hear the music, usually I would turn on the tv and play music on YouTube which would cancel it out. Also, the neighbors on both sides have small children so something to think about when booking.

A very comfortable and a quiet place on the doorstep of a Schonbrunn Palace. There was a slight problem with a drainage under the shower

• Michelle (10/5): Excellent all around for us and we would rent from them again. - The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was just steps from public transportation that can take you throughout the city. Grocery store is attached to the building and several restaurants nearby. Beautiful park that leads to the palace was an easy walk. We also loved the little expresso machine. Shower and washer are small, but worked great and a drying rack is provided. No a/c that I saw as we were here in Nov but heater worked fine.
