• Victoria (10/5): Лучшие аппартаменты в Вене! - Аппартаменты просто великолепны! Удачное расположение, рядом все, что нужно: магазины, кафе, пекарни, ресторанчики, аптеки, метро. Вся техника функционирует отлично. Очень чисто, просторно, всё есть, постнльное и полотенца стерильны. Общение с администрацией на высшем уровне. Высший балл 10 из 10. Приедем к вам еще и друзьям порекомендуем. Спасибо за все!!! Нет такого, даже если хорошенько подумать.

• Alexander (9/5): Schöne große Wohnung - Sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn und Dauer-Park Möglichkeiten waren nah gelegen. Schnelles und einfaches Check In/-Out.

• Dace (6/5): - Ātra un skaidra komunikācija ar naktsmītnes uzturētāju par jebkuru jautājumu. Skaidri norādījumi par iekļūšanu naktsmītnē. Netālu metro līnija, kas aizved uz pilsētas centru-ļoti ērti. Turpat blakus vairāki pārtikas veikali. Dzīvoklim būtu nepieciešams kosmētiskais remonts. Arī mēbeles, šķiet, kādus 30 gadus vecas- viss nolietojies un noplucis. Ļoti slikti aprīkota virtuve. Ņemot vērā, ka tuvumā nav īpaši daudz vietu, kur paēst, bija problemātiski kaut ko pagatavot mājās, nav pat salātu bļodas. Par naktsmītni tomēr maksājām diezgan daudz- tā absolūti neatbilda cenai.

Praticamente di fronte all'appartamento un Eurospar, nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, pasticceria e altri market. Appartamento al 3° piano ma con disponibilità di ascensore.

Mancanza dei prodotti per bagno nonostante fosse scritto ci fossero Mancanza di sedie x 9 nonostante sapessero che eravamo in 9

• Yumit (6/5): The stay was mostly okay, but the host was the main issue. They require guests to clean the house, etc., and her/him - It is huge, 3 bedrooms. Very close to penny and eurospar. Train station 5mins walk by foot. The building is filled with Airbnb rentals, so you may occasionally hear loud music. The apartment is located in an immigrant neighborhood.

• Zoltán (7/5): Good value-for-money apartment for short stays, even for a bigger familiy - Very spacious, clear and silent apartment with good connection to public transport (metro station is very near). The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket in 50m. The area seems to be safe even at night. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. The host was helpful and well available via the booking.com messaging system, and the communication went well. The apartment is functional but without any cosiness or decoration. The furniture and the equipment are slightly worn and outdated. Placing the TV in the dining room is pointless, unusable. There is only one bedroom is equipped with sofa. Armchairs in other bedrooms would be nice, there is more than enough space to place some furniture to improve comfort. One toilet was acceptable for 4 of us, but there are beds for 8 people in the apartement, and in my opinion 1 bathroom and 1 toilet is not enough for 8 person.

• Justyna (10/5): I would recommend for 2 families. - Spacious apartament with everything you need. Very helpful administration staff - great and swift response. Children loved the bunk bed.
• Charles (9/5): Superb - The location was great and close to metro entrance and local cafes, bistro, and grocery store to meet all needs for beverages, breakfast, and daily necessities. The only gathering space to visit with family was in the dining area which isn't the most comfortable of places. However, for the price and number of bedrooms it was worth it to compromise in this area.

Apartment is big with big bedrooms and also has separate living room. Can be more comfortable. Small thing but make sence. Like the bulbs is nightlamps does not work. Lamp on the balcony doesbt work. The is no ashtray in whole apartment but there is terrace that you can smoke.

• Roger (2/5): Very poor - Nothing really, other than the fact that there is more space than a hotel and a supermarket opposite Plenty ! The place is at best an air B&B, and not a good one even in that category. 1. The shower head can't be secured in the pole properly. A person has to hold on to it with 1 hand while taking a shower. 2. No toilet in bathroom ! 3. Pillows are in lumps and uncomfortable. 4. Not sufficient bath gel & shampoo 5. No mirror in a separate toilet (the only one) which is a tiny cubicle. How can anyone expect comfort when whole family needs to use it daily & queue up ? Ventilation no good too 6. No washing machine but there are pipes for it 7. Furniture & fixtures are old and not pleasant. More like items from a fleece sale 8. Neighborhood is not pleasant & building in which the flat is located is not maintained. 9.Vinyl Floor (not carpeted) is not clean and shows plenty of damages 10. There is a dining table but no common sitting area with sofas and chairs 11. No dustbin other than in kitchen 12. Light in hallway at tge flat failed to work properly after a day. 13. TV is small like a computer mon 14. Lift is right next to the front door thus a bit noisy while in use I believe I would get much better value & comfort staying in any hotel rooms with similar costs at the city

• Zoltán (9/5): Spacious apartman providing lot of spaces for 6 persons, but very simple functional interior design - Very close to U1 underground, which brings you to Stephansplatz in 15 minutes Interior Design of the flat is quite poor, furnitures are quite mixed. No dedicated shower, you can take a shower in the bath.

Only 1 toilet for 8 bed/persons and an old man with us , the heater need to explain during checkin process how turn on cause first night was not good
