• Julia Vogler (10/5): Clean, well-organised apartment with a great rooftop terrace! - We came from Switzerland for a few days and honestly the apartment was great. Check-in was easy, everything was explained beforehand and we had no issues at all. The place is exactly as in the photos, maybe even better in person. Clean, good space, nice light. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was fine. Bed was comfortable and we slept well, which we were happy about since the area is quite central. The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us. We went up in the evening and just stayed there for a while. Nice views over the city. Metro is very close so getting around Vienna was simple. The neighbourhood has a good feel to it, local shops, not too touristy. Belvedere is not far either. Would stay again. nothing in general, all was well.
• Eduardo (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour de découverte de Vienne - Appartement très lumineux, avec des belles ouvertures, sur deux niveaux avec une terrasse dont la vue donne sur les toits et les bâtiments de la zone, mais avec un horizon très dégagé. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout est neuf et très propre. Le centre ville se trouve à 25' à pied et plusieurs moyens de transport peuvent aussi y amener. On trouve quelques supermarchés à proximité (tous ferment à 18h00). Manquent quelques petites attentions pour faciliter l'arrivée (p. ex du sucre, du thé ou café, un ou deux sachets de shampoing, du sopalin), sinon, c'était un 10.
• Scheiblhofer (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in großer Wohnung - Ausblick ist ein Traum. Größe und Einrichtung war sehr gut. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Der Abfluss ich der Dusche war von Anfang an verstopft. Bei Sturm war’s unterm Dach sehr laut.

• Enrico (8/5): Gut gelegene, saubere Dachwohnung für 3-4 - Lage ist praktisch aber nicht ganz leise. Ohrstöpsel empfehlen sich bei offenem Fenster. Die Terrasse ist super. Küche samt Ausstattung ist knapp bemessen, nach jeder Mahlzeit muss gespült werden, es gibt Besteck und Geschirr nur 5-6 mal. Keinen kleinen Topf z.B für Eier. Verschattung an der Tür zur Terrasse fehlt. Dadurch heizt sich im Sommer das Dachgeschoss sehr auf.

• Nenad (6/5): Good value for many, nicely decorated, but needs maintenance ... - Good location, near to subway, cheap garage, stadion ... Property needs serious maintenance, broken bed, broken shades. Not enough electricity sockets in kichen
• Stas (9/5): Superb - good description on message about how to entry to apartment , clean , and a lot of space for remote working on the second floor they dont have blinds against light on the door to terrace , in the morning there is a lot of light
• Mixalis (9/5): Just perfect! - Everything was perfect! The place is amazing, really close to a metro station providing an easy access to the center! You can even walk if you like to see the city! The view was fantastic and also they were super friendly and helpful in our communication! Small detail but I would like to find a bottle of water and coffee for the morning. Everything else was super!
• Andresc21 (9/5): Superb - The flat is really nice and the view is so pretty, the communication with the owner is very easy and I could rent it again. Also, near to the flat have supermarket and small shops and it looks less tourist and more local.
• Aoife (9/5): Superb - Bright, spacious, close to the metro, easy check no contact check in and good facilities for longer stay. Area is close to metro so easy to get into city but not a lot of bars or restaurants locally.
