• Simona (8/5): Veľmi dobrá poloha, milý hostiteľ, výborne vybavenie, slabšia čistota - Vynikajúca poloha, 10 minút chôdze od centra. V blízkosti sú obchody, metro, elektricky, autobus. Priestranný apartmán, v bytovom dome bolo ticho. Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým potrebným, komunikácia s hostiteľom bola vynikajúca, veľmi rýchlo reagoval na našu požiadavku na extra prikrývku s vankúš a kladne ju vybavil. Apartmán je priestranný, izby sú pekne, vzdušné, postele boli pohodlné, je tam jedna kúpeľňa a jedno wc, ktoré sú ale oddelené, čo je super. Jediné nehatívum ubytovania bola čistota, bolo by potrebné zlepšiť úroveň čistoty, bolo tam veľa prachu, kuchyňa nebola čistá, poháre, príbory, sufliky tiež neboli čisté. Viem, že by si hostia mali po sebe nechávať čisté kuchynské zariadenie, ale je na ubytovateľov aby to skontroloval a pripravil. Ale je to naozaj jedine negatívum, keď bude apartmán kvalitnejšie uprataný, tak je to super miesto na ubytovanie sa vo Viedni.

• Joy Ann (1/5): - The place was ok, clean, near the tram. It was good My family's experience was not good. We able to check in around 2pm, but after few hours,aeound 5pm, we received a call that they need to delete our booking because someone booked the place earlier. I have a 1 year old child with me, and it was winter. The only said the it was not their fault, they were not the one who doubled the booking. Yes, they offered us to look for a hotel. But the experience was really bad.

W kuchni niemal wszystko co trzeba. - Dwa ekspresy; jeden kolbowy do kawy drugi przepływowy do kawy lub herbaty (kawa ziarnista lub mielona - jest młynek) - blender do smoothie - piekarnik, toster, mini piekarnik, - zmywarka, nie będę wymieniać wszystkiego. - Wspaniały ekspres kolbowy do kawy DeLongi! - osobna toaleta (jedna na 8 osób nam spokojnie wystarczyła). - wysoki sufit - białe ściany - duże szafy z lustrami w dwóch pokojach - duży stół na wspólne posiłki - piecyk łazienkowy i zawsze ciepła - wygodne schody Pokój 2 osobowy jest trudny dla 2 dorosłych osób - nie ma w nim szafy, lustra - jest tylko mały regał nie nadający się na ubrania i biureczko. - ręczniki - kolorowe (szare, czerwone, granatowe) sprane, miejscami odbarwione (wyprane, bo pachniały środkiem do prania, ale trudno było zaufać w ich czystość) - w łazience utrzymywał się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. - dostaliśmy kawę w kapsułkach zamiast w ziarenkach choć w apt top9 nie ma ekspresu na kapsułki. - w pokoju na 3 lampki nocne działała jedna - windą udało się nam wjechać na piętro tylko w dniu przyjazdu, był remont progu na który narzekali poprzedni goście.

• Kenneth (10/5): Overall, I would recommend on this property for family or with friends. It’s a great to place to staywith on this proper - The property is so huge and it has all the utensils we need in the kitchen area. So far, everything is worth it on this property.

• Madalina (9/5): Very good - A very spacious and well-equipped apartment. Very good position near the center, the bus stop is very close and you can reach the center in a few minutes. The cleanliness could be improved, from my point of view new sheets and towels should be bought, they are already very worn. And a professional cleaning of the sofa and carpets would also be necessary.

• Carolyn (10/5): It's the little things that make it exceptional. - A large apartment in Vienna, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms, easily fitting a family of 5 with teenagers. The little things that makes this apartment exceptional in our eyes was washing liquid for the washing machine, a box of tissues , napkins, on the table, information and a map on Vienna etc. . It just made our stay that little more comfortable. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a hotel carpark 50m down the road for 28 Euros a night. On street Parking fine is 36 euros.... (Oops)

• Maria (7/5): Great for a large family with older kids - The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and a seperate toilet to the bathroom. The shower and basin were very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. It wasn’t as clean as I was expecting it. We found a cigarette but under the bath mat which told us that it was probably not washed after the last guests. The towels were very old. The rugs could do with a good clean as they were heavily stained and quite dirty. The couch looked like it had been attacked by a a cat as there were scratches all over it. But the owners covered it partially with a cloth.

• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - This is probably one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The apartment was clean, well furnished and had everything you needed from washing machine to espresso machine. The location of the apartment is a bit outside of the heart of city but still in a very nice area with loads of bars and restaurants nearby and you can get to the center with public transport within 5 minutes or by having a nice little walk. I have nothing to complain about :)

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. Reasonably close to the city with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The use of a key code entry system is great for a group of friends.
• Snezhana (10/5): Exceptional - It's a spacious apartment, the kitchen was well equipped, there were towels in the bathroom. It was clean. To enter the apartment there is a code which was provided well in advance by the owners. No need to say that the instructions were clear and helpful. Thus, you can arrive at any time without bothering anyone. The location of the apartment is top, within 10 minute walking distance from MQ and Mariahilfer. There are lots of restaurants and cafés in the area. I highly recommend this place!
