- Melitta (9/5): Der perfekte Urlaubsort für Winter und Sommer. - Die Lage ist perfekt! Direkt am Ossiachersee und unterhalb der Kanzelbahn (max. 10 Gehminuten)
Auch die Anreise per Zug ist möglich, weil auch der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.
Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist unglaublich schön! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ohne Auto nur schwer erreichbar.

Ein altes Gebäude muss so nicht runterkommen
z.B: Gardine hängt nur noch an einem haken,
Schlafzimmer Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen
Dusche nur mit ??? zu benutzen
Fernsehen nicht nutzbar altes röhrengerät, nur analoge Programme

Zugang zum See ohne Sitz und liegemöglichkeiten
- Franz (6/5): Preis, Leistung ist total OK. Kommen gerne wieder - Die Lage ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub ( alles Ebenerdig) für ältere Personen super geeignet!
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Perle des Hauses Fr. Str.... die sich um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert hat ( Strom fürs Boot)!!! TV - Anlage nicht mehr Zeitgemäß ( wer benutzt noch einen Sat-Receiver)
Im 2ten Schlafzimmer ein richtiges Bett, kein Schlafsofa, Platz genug.
Am Badeplatz zumindest eine Steckdose.
- Davorka (10/5): Odlično skijanje, skupa klopa i piće 😉 - Iz kuće se vidi gondola Kanzelbahn, pješice ima 700 m ili 10 min laganog hoda.
U ovoj kući smo sada bili treći put.
Imali smo apartman u potkrovlju od 120 m2. Apartman je velik, tople sobe, lijepa terasa s pogledom na jezero, povrh boravka ima dvije galerije sa velikim krevetima, idealne za djecu. Moja unučica je definitivno sve vrijeme uživala gore-dolje po lojtricana.
Opet ćemo doći. Nedostaje mikrovalna pećnica, meni koja sam ma nju naviknuta. Posteljinu morate ponijeti ili platiti.

- Angelika (9/5): - Perfekte Lage, herrliche Aussicht
- Tanja (8/5): Schöner Seeblick, toller Badesteg - Wir hatten die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss und der Blick vom vorderen Balkon auf den See war sehr schön. Zu zweit konnten wir auf dem Balkon auch essen. Das Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt, hat Charme und die Wohnung ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben vor allem den privaten Seezugang und die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr genossen. Die Hausdame war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es zur Wohnung keine Gästekarte.
Beim auf die Straße treten muss stets auf Fahrradfahrer geachtet werden. Ist aber kein Problem, wenn man drauf achtet.

Alles war vorbereitet als wir ankamen.
Vor allem die Aussicht ist unschlagbar.
- Margit (7/5): Unser Aufenthalt in Annenheim - Gefallen hat uns die Lage zum See und Gerlitzenbahn. Spinnweben im Zimmer. Im Bad beim Lavado fehlt der Stöpsel. Ansonsten war's sauber.

- Barbara (8/5): Wir haben uns in der Seevilla Annenheim rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. - Die Lage direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Balkon über den See war sensationell. Einrichtungstechnisch war alles da, was man benötigt. Frau Strauss ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Einige Lampen sind ausgefallen ( im Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche ) das sollte einmal repariert/ausgetauscht werden...
- Jasna (9/5): Čist apartma s super lokacijo in lastno plažo - Lokacija, čistoča v hiši, zelo prijazna gospa, ki čisti prostore Pokvarjen zaklep na vratih v eni od spalnic (mansarda), neudobna vzmetnica v eni od spalnic, nedelujoča polkna... Skratka potrebno nekaj manjših popravkov.

Sehr nah am See. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst geräumig. Die Nähe zu Villach ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
- Leona (10/5): Ubytována jsem byla opakovaně, byli jsme spokojeni. - Lokalika, zahrada, vybavení apartmánu, klid. Od loňska zmizely na molu schůdky pro lepší přístup do vody, zůstal jen žebřík, není vhodné jako přístup do vody pro děti a psy. Podepřenou borovici na zahradě by bylo lepší, z důvodu bezpečnosti, skácet....:-(
- Günter (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. - Altes Haus mit Charme (!!!) in unmittelbarer Seenähe. Tolle Aussicht. Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkonen, je nach Stand der Sonne nutzbar. Gute Spaziermöglichkeit mit Hund. Unser - wasserscheues - Hundemädchen konnte auch mit an den Badesteg. Sehr nette Hausbetreuerin.

- Ploch (6/5): Tolle Wanderungen,tolles Wasser und sehr schönes Ambiente. - Die Lage direkt am Strand und die eingezäunte Terrasse für unseren Hund. Das Bett extrem niedrig,Fenster sind nicht mal einbruchsicher.Die Brause,ist sehr klein und der E-Herd gehört dringend getauscht.Sonst ist die Wohnung sauber und war ok.
- Andras (10/5): Very very good accommodation with very good value for money, but the hosts need to improve. - Very good, spacious apartment, with brilliant view. The ski lift was not as close as it was written, as we had to walk all the way to the train station to cross the railway lines. More accurate description would have been better. Even though the ski lifts are 150m, it is only true if someone can fly. For normal people who walk, it is more like 800m. In addition, the host was a bit blunt, I did not receive the door code in advance, so I had to call her up, which seemed to upset her. Also, she told me that someone will get in touch with me about the tourist tax, instead, one evening after 8 pm someone just randomly, without notice entered the apartment while we were having dinner. It was very surprising and not very professional.

- Lolita (8/5): A peaceful stay - Seevilla is an old charming house situated alongside the boardwalk of Ossiacher Lake, next to Annenheim Bahnhof - railway station, which is well deserved from Villach by trains ans buses. Apartment A4 in the attic, suitable for a large family is wonderful with a great view over the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped, the apartment very clean, lots of space and calm in the winter season. Kanzelbahn ski lift takes you up to the Gerlitzen Alp ski resort within a few minutes walk from the house. The housekeeper lady is extremely kind and welcoming. We first had difficulties to find the house since google maps is totally wrong with the location of the house which should be fixed ASAP! Seevilla is indicated on the map at an inexistent address at the far end of the boardwalk with the reference of the apartment rental, and we lost a long hour finding out the right directions.
- Jana (10/5): Happy - Long story short - wanted to book straight away again for next year, but it's unfortunately already booked out. That's how much in demand this property is. Simply perfect - location - access to everything and everywhere by foot, view, accommodation and its facilities, both owner and contact person were very approachable and helpful at any time. Speaking of facilities - the only thing is - the sun loungers on the private port. They're not exactely as presented on the picture.
2 out of 5 are broken, all are dated/rusty, and only 1 sun umbrella. Considering you're sharing the port with other people accommodated, it's not sufficient.
On the positive note, it's something that can be immediately fixed...

- Terezie (9/5): Wonderful place with a view. - The location and the view are amazing. Also the size of the top floor apartment for 4 people is awesome, we had so much space! It is a lovely old-fashioned place with quiet nights and just a short way from the Kanzelbahn. The rooms are warm and cosy. Nothing.
- Danijela (4/5): Disappointing - Located on the lake, with nice view Dishwasher was not working are we we there with 3 children and lot of dishes to wash, we were searching property with dishwasher to avoid such situations. Heating radiator in one room was not working during the night it is was very cold. Blankets were very, very thin, not suitable for winter time at all. I contacted owner to report those problems, she replayed back 26 hours later, with no intention to fix things. This was very customer unfriendly and disappointing.
- Krisztina (10/5): Lake panorama - Perfect location, walking distance to the skilift, garden for the dogs, beautiful view to the lake I' d rather recommend this appartment for 3 persons, my son slept on the coach in the dining room which was not so comfortable.

- Tena (7/5): Short skiing getaway with friends - The location right on the lake, but nearby the ski lift, was really convenient. There is a green area all around the house which made it an ideal place for our dog (btw, some dog owners in the neighourhood seem not to collect after their dogs so watch out). The apartment is spacious and it worked well for the four of us (two couples), though probably more than that would have been a stretch as there is one bathroom. It's a good choice for friends and families and we had a lovely time. For skiers: we found it really convenient to leave our skis and boots in the ski depot area at Mittelstation (8EUR/night for two sets), which allowed us to walk to the ski lift and back (10 min) instead of fighting for a parking place. A little more hospitality would go a long way toward improving the impression of the place. Due to the various extra charges and rather frosty communication with the owner, we gathered that it is better to bring any extras ourselves: oil and vinegar (which we ended up forgetting, so you might find it next!), salt, pepper, shampoo, shower gel, soap... there was only one toilet roll (there were four of us, three nights), which we were told was 'normal', but the housekeeper did bring a whole package immediately when we asked. Some pillows were really old and beds not so comfy but overall we managed. Wifi good in the kitchen, not so great elsewhere. No list of tips on where to go, things to do, how to navigate the ski area, etc... My suggestion for the owner is to think with a little more openness and kindness about what people might need and they'll have much more satisfied guests.

- Adam (8/5): Charming holiday villa, rooftop apartment with nice view of the lake and mountains - Perfect position just by the lake, whits private sun deck over the street. Very close to train stop and cabin lift. Nice terrace and view of the lake. Large apartment. Equipment in the apartment is bit used and the toilet bit smells all the time, even the ventilation is on and nobody uses it. But it was just small issue comparing positives of the place.
