- Kerry (10/5): Great location and an impeccable apartment - Excellent location. Walkable to most of the tourist sites. Great food and shoping nearby. Comfortable beds that were medium-firm with a soft topper. Both showers had pressure and plenty of hot water for a family of 5. The Internet was fast. Lots of space to spread out. Everything felt modern and solid. Everything worked, the apartment was spotless. Accommodating hosts - we were allowed to drop our luggage off after 11 and got quick answers to the few questions we had. A dryer would be a nice addition, but the drying rack worked well.

- Heba (1/5): Very bad service, worse customer service I’ve ever experienced, discomfortable and I’d not recommend it to anyone - Good location Starting from the main door opening system which require international call to be able to open it to the dirty entrance and we booked the flat for 7 adults and one child but it was prepared for only 6 adults and when I contacted the management they said they forgot and they asked me to look for bedsheets and duvet and pillows and set up the sofa bed myself and even though that I paid for that service and it’s an appropriate to be asked to do such a thing from a fully paid accommodation on your holiday I tried to be helpful and I looked but I couldn’t find and when I contacted the management their response was not in order and when I opened the sofa bed the mattress was disgusting and very dirty. Moving to the pillows which were a paper thin and very bad mattresses . Two of us had to go to hotel and stay there and the management completely ignored the issue. There was a bad smell in the apartment and very noisy.

- Katherine (10/5): Highly recommend for a family or friends group stay! - Fantastic location, close to museum quarter. Beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet at night. The flat is large and airy and the eclectic art collection adds to the Vienna vibe when relaxing! We did a girls trip and plenty of room for 3 and would work very well for a family. Check out time could be a bit later but the hosts were very accommodating and let us leave our luggage while the cleaners worked.

- Juma (6/5): There is no tact in dealing - Location The staff asked us to leave at 10 o'clock and a girl came to clean the apartment while we were inside and closed the door in an impolite manner the amount was large for the accommodation should have been respectful and also it was possible to give us extra time before going out
