• Dora (8/5): Très bon séjour globalement, je recommande cet appartement. - Logement proche des transports et des commodités (courses, restaurants...). Appartement spatieux, très bien isolé. On n'entend ni le bruit de la route, ni celui des voisins. Un parking souterrain à un tarif journalier correct est proche de l'appartement. Un four à micro-ondes et un grille pain auraient été appréciés dans l'équipement de la cuisine.
• maria (6/5): Può migliorare - Per risparmiare ho scelto questo alloggio. Quindi il rapporto qualità/ prezzo in considerazione dei prezzi di vienna la sufficienza ci sta dentro appena appena, grazie alla posizione (comoda perchè ben collegata coi bus e tranquilla) ed alla cucina (dotata di tutto il necessario). La pulizia non era proprio al top, c'era una vera e propria invasione di strani moscerini e ho trovato almeno 3 grandi ragni (se non fosse stato per questo avrei dato un punteggio più alto). Come lenzuola forniscono i sacchi ma singoli, anche se il letto è matrimoniale... sicuramente più facile da gestire per l'host, ma che personalmente ho trovato molto scomodo... Il divano letto scricchiolava ad ogni minimo movimento, così come il parquet, che per carità sarà antico e quindi bello e di valore, però la notte tra lo scaldino che si accendeva ogni 5 minuti (non mi chiedete il perchè visto che nessuno apriva l'acqua), il parquet, il divano letto e i moscerini, praticamente chiudere occhio è stato veramente difficile... Insomma mi adatto facilmente e mi sono adattata, però se questo è il servizio che fornisci allora forse è il caso di rivedere un po' anche il prezzo...

• Brigitte (9/5): - Propreté quartier calme bien desservi par tramway Manque un peu de vaisselle micro ondes et grille pain. Lave linge non indispensable pour petits séjours. Petits problèmes avec le chauffe eau qui s'arrête ponctuelles.... il faut le remettre en route.
• Ana Belén (6/5): - Buena comunicación por tranvia, zona muy tranquila. Resalto la comodidad para combinar el acceso a la ciudad con transporte publico y el salir de esta en coche de alquiler para conocer Austria. La cama del salón hace mucho ruido, y los utensilios de cocina son escasos.

• Mariana (10/5): Exceptional - The place is in a very communicative place, close to public transport, SPAR, Prater. It is very clean, warm and comfortable, perfect for 4 people.Very easy to communicate with the owner and very well organized. Will come again for sure :)
• Diana (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very well situated. It was 2 minutes away from the tram station. It was really easy to get to the city centre. The area was pleasant. There were supermarkets close by, as well as other stores. It was a safe neighborhood, very clean and quiet. The apartment was well equipped. We had everything we needed there. There was no microwave oven, that might have been useful, but it wasn't a big deal in the end. The floors could have been cleaner. We were traveling with a toddler and that's always important for us. The bedroom was very dark and a bit crowded.

• Askapro (8/5): Family touristic tour in Wien - Sufficient space for a 4 persons family , acceptable conditions in terms of equipment in the kitchen and living room. Quiet and with plenty of possibilities to reach touristic places. Breakfast and dinner options around the neighborhood. The hosts were very pragmatic in dealing with their business management rather than making us feel welcomed. For sure they need to learn more about customer care. We were asked if we could leave earlier than agreed just so that they manage their cleaning activities better. This is by any means not a good approach, please visit Greece or US to get a better mindset.

It’s pretty well located, near several tram & subway stations A microwave would be useful, a curtain on the hall window as well. A lot of noise during the week-end nights, neighbours are partying till 2am and do not really care about disturbance to others apparently.
• Mila (10/5): Exceptional - It was really easy to access, the host was communicative and very helpful. The apartment was very tidy and there was amazing wifi. Besides, we had utilities like iron, hair dryer etc. Pleasing!

One day we walked into the city centre, the other times we caught the train or tram. Great wifi. Could do with a few more basic utensils in the kitchen and a toaster

• Marina (9/5): Superb - The host was really responsive and helpful, the apartment was nice, spacious, clean and in a very quite neighborhood. It’s a bit far from the very city center but we had a car and always available parking space in front of the building so it was very convenient. Small tip: it would be very helpful if there would be some parking tickets already available in the apartment for which guests could leave the reimbursement. 😉

• Maria-valentina (10/5): Cozy apartament - clean apartament warm apartament close to means of transport (train station, metro, bus, tram) - around 20 min by tram to the center, train station at 5 min to take the train to/from airport close to the supermarkets (Spar, Billa) excellent choice for families Wi-Fi does not always work (it shows that it is connected, but the pages did not load) a microwave would be perfect to have creaky beds
