• Janita (6/5): Zweckmäßig mit Abstrichen - Für uns gute Lage wegen Verbindung zur Familie Es fehlte an kleinen basalen Dingen: Kleiderhaken, Kleiderbügel, Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad, Leselampen am Bett, Geschirrtuch etc.
• VOLODYMYR (10/5): - Всё было отлично, удобное заселение. Ключ оказался в ключнице без всяких приключений, как в других местах отдыха. Отличные очень комфортные апартаменты, тихо, все удобства рядом. Самое оно, для посещения вены, если умеете пользоваться метро. Немного утомлял спам от команды поддержки, вместо 2/3 сообщений, получал 10, почти с одинаковым содержимым.
• Ulla (3/5): Wechselhaft. - Der Wohnungswechsel (aufgrund Schädlingsbefall) verlief zügig und unkompliziert. Die neue Wohnung Nr. 17 im selben Haus war prima. Ohne Schädlinge. Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Dachterasse. Diese Wohnung würde ich mit "sehr gut" bewerten. Wohnung Nr. 4 wurde an uns vermietet trotz starkem Schädlingsbefall mit Kakerlaken. Das geht gar nicht! In jedem Raum gab es Ungezieferköderboxen. Man sah die Schädlinge überall lebend herumlaufen. Das war ekelhaft und gesundheitsgefährdend.

• Jana (7/5): Skvělá lokalita, zanedbaná péče a úklid bytu - Lokalita. Dostupnost služeb v blízkosti ubytování. Vybavení kuchyně. Šváby ve společných prostorách (chodba) a i v bytě. Nedůkladný úklid: pod gaučem byl vršek od piva po předchozích návštěvnících. Hluk z ulice: nemožnost spát s otevřeným oknem, přitom topení se nedalo regulovat a v ložnici bylo stále 24 stupňů. Zanedbaná údržba vybavení: povolená klika do koupelny, odpadávající háčky v koupelně, neumyté rolety a okna.

• Frieda (9/5): Tolle Wohnung und gute Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz - Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöner Wohnbereich, bequemes Bett. Bestens ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine usw. WC und Bad getrennt . Ruhige Lage ohne Lärm in der Nacht. Kopfkissen waren schrecklich unbequem. Ein paar Haken für die Jacken im Flur wären nett und eine Handtuchstange im Bad.
• Angel Souza (9/5): Apartamento muy Cómodo - El apartamento es muy completo con todo que se hace falta en una estancia. Está a 10 minutos de la última estación de metro U3 que se conecta con el centro. El apartamento es cómodo y bastante silencioso. La comunicación podría ser por WhatsApp sería más rápida y eficiente. La bañera es muy alta para una persona mayor.

• Kathrin (2/5): Fehlgriff, die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen - Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und zeitgemäß . Die Lage zum Zentrum gut. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 100 Meter entfernt. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Probleme wurden über einen Online Kontakt übermittelt. Freundliche Kommunikation ohne Lösungen waren das Ergebnis. Uns konnte nicht geholfen werden, die Temperatur in der Wohnung zu regulieren. Man verwies aus Heizkörper, die es in der Wohnung nicht gibt. Das eigentliche Problem war ein Rotationsgeräusch, das besonders in der Nacht störend war. Wir haben in allen Nächten nicht schlafen können. Die freundliche Kommunikation begrenzte sich auf die Bitte um Bilder und Audiodateien. Wir können die Wohnung niemandem empfehlen.
• Käll (8/5): - Bra Läge. Trevligt inrett. Bra köksutrustning. Tvättmöjligheter. Bra sängar. Rent och snyggt. Kuddarna i sängen var obekväma, så vi hittade en egen lösning. Värmen gick inte att reglera så vi fick ha fönstret öppet för att det blev för varmt. Värst av allt var ett pulserande ljud från vad vi tror var våningen ovanför, trots flera påtalanden hände inget. I början var det konstant och efter några dagar bara nattetid, de sista tre nätterna av tio var det tyst.

• Jan (9/5): Insgesamt gut, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung (mit Badewanne u. Waschmaschine). Hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Abdunkelung der Wohnung könnte besser sein, die Außen-Jalousie des Schlafzimmers lässt Licht durch u. es gibt keinen Vorhang. Zwei schmale Fenster im Wohnzimmer können nicht verdeckt werden (keine Jalousie/Vorhang), so dass Wohnzimmer/Küche abends einsehbar bleiben (Vorhang hätte uns hier gefallen). Im WC-Raum wäre ein kleiner Mülleimer (für Frauenbelange) hilfreich.

• Bilge (10/5): - Evde her sey mevcuttu. Direkt tasinabilirsiniz bile :) yatak cok rahatti sabahlari cikmak istemedim. Mahalle de cok sessiz ve sakin. Kuvet de inanilmaz genisti. Ayrica cok temizdi. Merkeze biraz uzak. 10dk yurume mesafesinde metro hatti var. Toplu tasima ile 30dk gibi bir surede merkezi yerlere ulasabiliyorsunuz.
• Alisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very clear instructions for self check-in, easy to find, close to the tram station. The apartment is very clean and nice, it has a lot of smart features, for example blinds, hence one has to learn how to use it.

• Miroslav (9/5): The softest bed you will ever sleep in! - The apartment was SO CLEAN and focused on details, we got Coffee, tea, everything you can think of for Toilet and kitchen and the BED? The softest bed I ever slept in! And the smart TV has everything you can think of it, just connect with your accounts and it is a blast. And the stuff is GREAT! For every problem or question they were quick to respond and help! Two windows didn't have blinds, so the whole street sees a big portion of the livingroom, specifically toilet doors. The unlocking system is weird, it took us 1 hour to figure out how to get in on the first day, but when you figure it out it becames very easy (but you do need internet on your phone when you first need to enter on the first day)

• Elias (8/5): Very homely, relaxing and cozy but the electronic key system is an unnecessary, stressful adventure. - The property was really cozy indeed and perfect to unwind in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. It really felt like sort of having a home to go to and call it a day. The shower temperature and pressure was great as well and the bed and sofa (that my friend used) were quite comfortable for a nice sleep. Very well equipped with appliances too. We didn't end using them but it is nice to know that there is washing machine and detergent in case you need to freshen up your clothes during a longer stay for example, or an oven to bake a pizza or something if you don't feel like eating out. Very close to supermarkets to get what you need. Very close to public transport, that gets you downtown in no time and with little fast food places to grab a bit even later in the evening when supermarkets and restaurants are closed. Fairly quiet and safe looking neighbourhood too. The electronic lock check in system is a big and actually unnecessary problem. I would probably give this property almost a perfect score if not for that, because it is avoidable. You unlock online instructions (via link) on the time of your scheduled check in. The exterior building door code worked and we got in. We went to the first floor only to realize there were two rentals there. The instructions never mentioned a flat number. We tried both, but the electronic lock system never worked despite us trying different interpretations of the instructions, as they were a bit vague. A quick video showcase here would help and would be possible since the instructions are pretty much on an web page. We called the property. They didn't respond but we got a call back very soon after. Any time we spoke with someone on the phone, they were very polite and very helpful. I have to say that and I really appreciated it. We ended up receiving verbal instructions on how to get the key from from a key box with a lock code inside the building (under very spotty reception inside the hallways of the building), but at the end we got the keys and got in. That was so much time unnecessarily wasted and so much unnecessary stress. The day before our check out, we received some check out reminders. I asked for a reminder for the keybox number and its code. The answer I received was that this was in the instructions. Nothing of that sort was in the instructions though. I had to deal with calling for phone support again during my checkout. There was quick response, but again it was such an unnecessary extra stress during checkout. Everything could be as simple as "Use code X to be buzzed in the building. Go to floor X. Get the key form keybox X using code X. Your flat (number X) is on floor X. When leaving, return the key to the box and reset the code". If your electronic locks keep failing, just switch to the key system, it's there already anyway.
• Dimitris (6/5): Pleasant - -What you see is what you get , very decent place for this price in Vienna -Bed is comfortable -Nice hood, close to U and trams -Getting charged with a deposit days before check in is not a good practice (never seen that before in any place in the world) -No soap or any bathroom amenities. -Door is tricky (everyone leaves same comments about it)had to call and get a new code to enter
• Evgeniy (8/5): Very good - A cosy apartment equipped with everything you may need 2 mins from the tram that goes straight to the city center You must have internet to check in. The lock is a nuki numeric lock, and the code may not work for you, so prepare you roaming calls because you will spend 10 mins talking to support to get the override code, which btw is written on one of the books in the apartment
• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect appartment for a stay in Vienna. Well equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. Several stores and good restaurants nearby and easy public connections to the rest of the city.
• Rakhmatulin (10/5): Exceptional - Very convinient appartment, feel like at home. All necessary is inside and more. Modern design. Only one ventilator, it was too hot in case of air conditions restricted in Vienna.
• Marlene (8/5): Very good - Very nice and modern apartment (pictures are accurate). It was shining clean when I arrived and had basic kitchen utensils. The U-bahn station Ottakring is very close so it is easy to get to the more central parts of the city. The "smart" lock. I had trouble getting in from start, but the first day I did succeed in getting the door to unlock after a few attempts. On the failed attempts I could hear something turning in the door, but it didn't properly unlock. I wrote to the host about my issues but didn't get any response. The second day I wasn't able to unlock the door from the outside at all so I called for help and got instructions on how to retrieve a physical key from a key box. From then on, it worked just fine.

• Bryann (7/5): Nice, clean place but difficult to resolve issues of access, wifi, etc because of communication. - No breakfast Dealing with management. Very poor communication. I do not speak German and responses to problems a headache. Access was difficult.
