• Adrian (10/5): Beautiful Apartment also great for family with kids - This has been one of the fewest apartments that was spotless clean! Quiet area next to a green park. The apartment is very spacious with a beautiful park view from the balcony. Very friendly and prompt host that helped in any matter! The beds were exceptional and also the jacuzzi in the bathroom is a highlight!

Lokalizacja znakomita, cisza i spokój, na przeciwko apartamentu mały park gdzie można wyjść z psem, dojazd do centrum nie stanowi żadnego problemu ponieważ do przystanku autobusowego jest 2 min spacerem. Na życzenie możliwe darmowe miejsce parkingowe. Polecam ! Apartment war sehr sauber, angenehm duftend und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wirklich top – ruhig und entspannt, direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Park, ideal für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist problemlos, da die Bushaltestelle nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Auf Wunsch steht sogar ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Anna (10/5): - Do Wiednia jeździmy cyklicznie, na wizyty lekarskie. Na nocleg, kolejny już raz, wybraliśmy jeden z apartamentów Wienerberg. Wygodne, samodzielne zameldowanie, aranżacja pomieszczeń i bogate wyposażenie sprawiają, że chętnie tam wracamy. Szczególnie podobają się nam apartamenty na piętrze, gdzie nie brak niczego, a obszerne jacuzzi pozwala na chwilę relaksu po długiej podróży. Dużą zaletą obiektu jest możliwość przyjazdu z pieskiem (usługa wliczona w cenę). Do tego, w razie potrzeby, stały kontakt z miłym właścicielem obiektu. Na pewno zagościmy tam jeszcze nieraz.

Mașină de spălat rufe cu uscător(2 in 1). La 3 minute de mers pe jos până la stația de autobuz 66A, și tot acolo e și un supermarket Billa.Gazda a fost foarte promptă in momentul in care am contactat-o pe what's up. Sigur vom mai reveni.Va mulțumim.
• Svjetlana (10/5): Odlican apartman sa svim sto trebate za boravak,autobosna stanica u blizini,supermarket - Cistoca i opremljenost apartmana… Imali smo problem kod parkinga,iako je navedeno da je parking besplatan i da pri ulasku dobivamo plavu kartu za besplatan parking,to se nije dogodilo,naprotiv,drugi dan nam je ostavljena kazna na sajbi od 36€ ,ali vlasnik je rekao da ce on to platiti i poslao potvrdu uplate.

• Larissa (10/5): Wonderful apartment!! - This apartment was modern and clean, lots of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were soft and wonderful. No street noise. They included a parking pass for street parking out front in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is 34-40minutes away from city center with public trasport. There was a bus stop not far away but you want to buy tickets at the airport or online cause there is no machine to buy tickets there and you can't buy ticket on the bus, so plan ahead. There were several grocery stores not far away billa was a short walk and there was Aldi but they called it another name it was a bit farther walk up the road. The host was helpful and so kind to let us do an earlier cgeckin due to our flight coming in early. This was our best stay in Vienna. Would highly recommend it. Nothing, this place was fantastic.

• Matthias (9/5): Moderne, helle, saubere, großzügige Wohnung - Die Ferienwohnung, die mein Kollege und ich genutzt haben, ist das Deluxe Apartment im 2. Stock mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Viel Gutes kann ich über die Unterkunft berichten: + Helle, moderne, großzügige und makellos saubere Wohnung + Zwei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer + große Küche mit viel Stauraum; im Kühlschrank befanden sich - sehr sympathisch! - einige Getränke als Willkommens-Geste. + Ansprechender Wohn- und Essbereich + Großer Balkon + Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufname mit der Vermieterin; prompte Reaktion auf jedes Anliegen + Direkte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr durch eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe + Ruhige, sichere Wohngegend + Kostenloser Parkplatz Wir hatten offensichtlich das Pech, dass direkt vor uns rücksichtslose Zeitgenossen die Wohnung genutzt hatten. Somit wies das Sofa einen Brandfleck auf, die Türklinke des WC war herausgerissen und nur lose wieder eingesetzt; die Liegen auf dem Balkon waren zerstört und damit unbenutzbar, und sämtliche Weingläser waren kaputt. Und die Stühle im Essbereich waren teils ziemlich wackelig; da wir zu zweit waren und sechs Stühle vorhanden waren, haben wir diejenigen genutzt, die noch möglichst stabil waren. Die Vermieterin brachte umgehend Ersatz für die Weingläser. Die WC-Türe habe ich mit dem Werkzeug, das die Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt hat, selbst repariert. Die Liegen konnten wir leider nicht nutzen. In der Küche wäre es schön, wenn z. B. Spülmaschinen-Tabs in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung stünden; auf unsere Bitte hin hat die Vermieterin Nachschub gebracht. Auch nützliche Kleinigkeiten wie Geschirrtücher wären hilfreich.

• Sabina (8/5): Buona soluzione per visitare Vienna e dintorni - Appartamento ampio luminoso e ben arredato, sito in un quartiere tranquillo. Cucina ben attrezzata. Sono disponibili la biancheria per la casa, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. L'appartamento è dotato di un ampio balcone. A due minuti il bus che in 15/20 minuti porta in centro. La persistenza esagerata del deodorante per ambienti.

• Guillaume H (10/5): - Proximité des transports en commun. Le centre ville est à 30 min (bus et métro). Le logement est très propre.On a pu garer la voiture dans la rue devant la résidence. Il y a une supérette et une pharmacie à moins de 5min à pieds. On reviendra avec plaisir dans le logement !
• Elmar (10/5): Komfortable und hochwertige Wohnung in schöner Lage. - Sehr schöne und neu eingerichtete Wohnung, mit Balkon mit Blick auf den Park. Man kann einfach um das Haus herum kostgenlos parken. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern, noch sehr neu, hochwertig und komfortabel. Jedes Zimmer hat Boxspringbetten, Klimaanlage und einen Fernsehen mit Internet. Highlight ist sicherlich der Whirlpool im Bad für zwei Personen. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit einer tollen ruhigen Lage! Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt (auf höchstem Niveau) ist die Einrichtung der Küche, hier haben drei Weingläser gefehlt, für 5 Personen sollten mehr Gläser da sein, auch fehlen für die noch kochenden Menschen z.B. eine Salatschüssel bzw. Schüsseln allgemein, auch könnten die Küchenmesser etwas schärfer sein, aber wie gesagt, man kommt sehr gut über die Runden mit den angebotenen Dingen, nur habe ich mich gewundert, dass bei so einer tollen Wohnung vielleicht etwas an den Küchenutensilien gespart wurde. Es ist aber nichts, was den positiven tollen Gesamteindruck getrübt hätte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

• Florentina (10/5): Vacanta reușită în Austria. - Am apreciat disponibilitatea proprietarilor. Ne-au răspuns mesajelor prompt . Apartamentul foarte bine utilat și paturile foarte comode. Am apreciat în mod deosebit mașina de spălat rufe cu uscător,fierul și masa de calcat . In bucătărie ai absolut tot ce ai nevoie, inclusiv pastile pentru mașina de spălat vase . Zona este foarte liniștită. La doi pași de afla un market Billa,precum și statie de autobuz,de unde poate fi luat 66A către statia de metrou. Ne-am simțit foarte bine la voi! Nu pot spune că nu ne a plăcut ceva,dar cred că se poate rezolva cumva mirosul din Baia cu jacuzzi (probabil este puțin mucegai).

• Fahad (8/5): - نظيف ومرافق وخدمات ممتازة في الشقة. والمكان هادي . تبعد عن السنتر بحدود عشر دقائق. لابد من سيارة. لاشيئ،،، اول يوم فقط مواقف السيارة مزدحمة ولم اجد موقف . وثاني يوم وبعدة توفرت المواقف بعد ماابلغنا صاحب السكن. فلابد من الحرص على ان يكون لكل ساكن موقف خاص بة.وهذا لم يحصل في اليوم الاول وشكرا لتعاونكم.
• Lorenzo (10/5): - L'appartamento era bellissimo, con ogni comodità. Molto grande, moderno, ma soprattutto pulitissimo. A noi piace camminare, quindi in realtà abbiamo trovato piacevole andare in centro a piedi, sono circa 4.5 km, quindi un'oretta e si è lì, in auto sono 5 minuti. Ci sono anche vari mezzi lì intorno che permettono di raggiungere facilmente il centro.

• Konrad (10/5): - Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Zadłużona w pełni najwyższą ocena. Gdyby apartamenty miały gwiazdki to tu byśmy dali maksymalną ilość. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. W łazience dostępna pralkosuszarka oraz kapsułki do prania. W kuchni ekspres kapsułowy i wkłady, a w lodówce śmietanka do kawy. Mieszkanie przestronne, dwa pokoje z osobną klimatyzacją. Lokalizacja 100 m od przystanku autobusowego. W pobliżu sklepy. Cieszę się, że udało mi się znaleźć tą lokalizację. Zdecydowanie najlepsza miejscówka z tegorocznego urlopu (Cieszyn-Bratysława-Budapeszt-Wiedeń). Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Remélem hamarosan visszatérünk. Alles war perfekt. Es war sogar noch besser als erwartet. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke. Wir sind in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Ich hoffe, bald wiederzukommen. -

The layout is practical and well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable, which makes it perfect for anyone needing a good night’s sleep. The private spa bath is a real highlight and adds a touch of luxury to the stay. What truly stood out was the kindness of the owner. Due to the Finnair strike, my travel plans were severely disrupted. The owner went above and beyond to help me reschedule and minimize my losses. I’m extremely grateful for their support and flexibility. I wholeheartedly give this place the highest rating – highly recommended! To provide clearer instructions for using the appliances, especially the stovetop, which was quite difficult to figure out.

• IGOR (10/5): - Odlično opremljen sodoben apartma na odlični lokaciji, zelo čist in lepo urejen. Zelo pozitivno smo bili presenečeni da je bila v apartmanu likalna deska in likalnik, kar je prava redkost drugje. Okolica je zelo mirna, logistične povezave do centra mesta so dobre, lastniki zelo prijazni. Glede na to da je hiša praktično nova, bi pričakovali da ima na oknih in balkonskih vratih nameščene komarnike. Prav tako je manj posrečeno da ni dovolj brezplačnih parkingov za vse goste ob sami hiši ampak so ti na razpolago na 3 minute hoje na posebnem parkirišču.

• Adnan (10/5): مكان هادئ دخول ذاتي - أقمت في شقة رقم 3 الموقع رائع الحي هادئ جدًا بعيد عن الصخب و الإزعاج الدخول إليه ذاتي فهذا مناسب لمن كان قدومه متأخر في الليل أمام المبنى حديقة صغيرة جميلة فيها بعض الألعاب للأطفال وقريب منه سوبرماركت بيلا الشقة تتكون من غرفتين و صالة و مطبخ ( جاهز بالأدوات ) و تراس قدم لنا صاحبها بعض الحلويات و ماء و مشروب غازي فشكرًا له

• Chris Randall (10/5): Great long stay in Vienna. - We stayed in the apartment for a full month, which gave us the perfect opportunity to really settle in and experience it as a home away from home. There are so many great things to say about this place. First and foremost, the location is ideal — with multiple public transport options just a short walk away, it made getting into the city centre quick and easy. The apartment itself was incredibly well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from kitchen essentials to cosy furnishings. Most of the equipment and appliances were modern, clean, and in excellent condition, which made day-to-day living hassle-free. Our host was genuinely wonderful — warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival with a delicious selection of cakes, and when it came time to leave, she saw us off with a kind gesture and a lovely drink. Small touches like these made a big difference and really elevated the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a longer stay in the area. Fridge was a bit noisy, although everything else in the kitchen was brand new, the fridge will probably need replacing soon. As we were there for a month, we noticed a large turnover of short stay guests. One of them was a bit noisy on one of the nights until early in the morning.
