- Marisa (10/5): Tolles langes Auffahrts Wochenende mit Familie - Das Boardinghouse ist toll Ausgestattet mit Kaffemaschiene, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschiene, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit TK Fach etc. Wir sind mit 3 Kindern gekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auf der Dachterasse hat es Sonnenliegen. Es hat einen schönen Naturpool. Einkaufsmöglickeit im Spar 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Strasse hat uns gar nicht gestörrt. Es war sehr ruhig. Es hat uns alles sehr gefallen. Was noch super wäre wenn es im Gym Raum einen Radio hätte (da kein Natel Empfang)

- Annika (6/5): - Der Chech-In und die gesamte Kommunikation waren super. Unser Staubsauger war kaputt und wir haben auch am nächsten Tag gleich einen neuen bekommen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider war uns nicht klar, dass es nur Jalousien gibt. Dadurch war es morgens schnell hell. Zudem lag unsere Ferienwohnung direkt an der Straße. Wenn man das Fenster beim Schlafen gekippt hat, dann war es doch zeitweise sehr laut. Leider war es auch nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Die Fensterbänke waren sehr verstaubt, die Küchenfronten teilweise fettig und die Duschscheibe wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr geputzt.

Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Platz, auch die Einfahrt ist gut ausgebaut. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche hat alles was Selbstversorger brauchen. Großer TV, eigene Terrasse, Bad und Toilette getrennt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hat trotz kurzfristiger Buchung alles geregelt. Danke dafür und danke für das kostenlose Upgrade mit der größeren Wohnung. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage zur Straße. Wer ausschlafen möchte, muss dann morgens die Fenster schließen.

- Hanna (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder! - Ich hatte während des Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dass ich Zuhause bin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolle komfortable Apartments, hell und warm, mit Schallisolierung. Fenster nachts kann man wegen Lärm (Autos fahren) nicht aufmachen. Vielleicht lag es an der Lage unseres Appartements. Aber bei geschlossen Fenstern hört man gar nichts.

- Andres (10/5): Heerlijk! - Appartement is keurig schoon. Ze zijn vrij nieuw. Luxe badkamer met ruime douchehoek en groot ligbad. Ook wasmachine aanwezig. Fijne parkeergarage en het trappenhuis is netjes schoon. Er is ook een prachtige fitness-zaal aanwezig met alle voorzieningen. De locatie is langs een doorgaande weg waardoor je wel wat verkeer langs je balkon hebt. Dit verschilt echter wel waar je in het gebouw zit.

Generell hochwertige Möbel und alles sehr sauber. Da gibt es aus meiner Sicht nichts zu meckern! Hilfreich wäre allerdings eine Beschriftung der vielen Schalter an der Wand fürs Licht. Man muss sich anfangs immer wieder durchklicken, bis man das richtige Licht erwischt 😉

- Boris (1/5): Awful!!! - Nice room inside The staff is awful, one on the two worst I have ever met in 30 years of travelling in 70 countries around the world … I have booked the room with the great view and there was no view in the room at all, the next building. The apartment which they offered to me in exchange was much worse. We stayed in the initial room with no view from the great balcony. On the second day of our stay came workers who wanted to drill a hole in the permanent wall … they came several times and asked us to be in the room to wait for them for hours … No drilling at the end, they changed their mind. We have not been offered any compensation in exchange of these problems, of course. Instead we have received from the host via Booking com official letter inviting us to evaluate them with 10 score in exchange for a 10% discount for future booking with them … Is it fair and honest to pay with discount for scores? I do not understand how Booking com allows it. For these hosts it is fine! On the day of departure they refused us a late check out and we agreed to leave at 10 a.m. On that day the workers for drilling came back at 10:00 a.m. but they allowed us to stay for 5 more minutes to complete packing bags, because my wife was ill. Ok, we left the apartment at 10:05 as it was agreed with the workers … 30 minutes later the owner of the property charged my credit card for 120 Euros for an agreed with the workers delay of 5 minutes … I spent an hour of complaining everywhere after what they have promised to reimburse me, however, the money has left my card … This is Austria! This is Europe! It is not Asia, Africa or South America! What a shame! For sure we shall never return to this property again! And I have told you the true story without any gains for it!

- Martin (10/5): Perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Wir haben uns noch nie in einem Apartment-Hotel so wohl gefühlt wie in diesem. Die Ausstattung war modern, nichts hat gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war hervorragend. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt zweimal verlängert haben. Die Lage für uns war ausgezeichnet. Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von schönen und ausgedehnten Wanderwegen mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Wir haben auch drei traumhafte Tagesausflüge mit tollen Wanderungen in die Schweiz und nach Lichtenstein unternommen. Die perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft.

- Nathan (10/5): - Everything about the apartment is great! The manager is quite rude, but it may be a cultural differences issue. We arrived after 8 pm and being driving all day didn't fill out the online check-in. The management stopped communicating by WhatsApp despite initially requesting and receiving the personal information by texts. Then around 8 o'clock, when I called, I was told "you are gonna be canceled if no online check-in done immediately (it has no refund terms). I had to stop on the highway shoulders in the dark to complete it. Otherwise, it would be a night in the car and lost money. I expect a little more flexible and polite communications from the management. Yet, they were very accommodating in the requested extension for one more night when ee needed. So, the tone and vibes of communication are rough, but the place is very nice and comfortable.

Very comfortable, very modern and an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended I did not like that we were not able to stay for a longer time. This place is incredible but we were only there for a weekend. Would have loved to have stayed longer!!!
- Veronika (10/5): - Sauber, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Es gab sogar Öl, Essig und einige Gewürze. Ein Teich mit Trinckwasserqualität finde ich super. Ein- und Auschecken war ohne Personal und problemlos. Gerne wieder.

- Lena (10/5): Tolles Aparthotel! - Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Zentrum von Dornbirn ist nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt und der Bodensee ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Nachtruhe ist ab 22:00 Uhr. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass am einzigsten Tag wo wir hier waren, bis in den frühen Morgen in einem anderen Apartment lautstark gefeiert wurde und wir kein Auge zubekommen haben.

- Renata (10/5): Prostorný byt s terasou - Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Super lokace, prostorný byt, dvě ložnice, úžasná matrace, terasa s výhledem na kopec, do zahrady, skvělé vybavení, nic nám nechybělo. Oceňujeme skvělé vybavení kuchyně a top čistota všude. Možnost parkování v garážích, výtah. Vysoká cena a drahý úklid, který platí ubytovaný 105 EUR za 4 noci je fakt mazec. V popisu ubytování vám napíšou parkování zdarma a po rezervaci přijde zpráva, že parkování je venku na ulici a že nemohou zaručit, že bude místo. Jsou tam asi 3 bytové domy, venku pár míst, je jasné že má každý byt svoje parkoviště v garážích, musí mít a nikdo, kde jede stovky kilometrů nechce riskovat, že nebude mít kde zaparkovat. Je to trik, jak z lidí dostat dalších 9,50 EUR za noc. Zklamání! Není to korektní jednání.

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und vor allem gibt es absolut alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: von hervorragender Ausstattung und Geschirr in der Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen diesen Ort gerne unseren Freunden weiter! Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Wochenende!
