• Patchara Luangpradit (10/5): - The owner is really nice. The place is not far from the public transportation. There are utensils and kitchenette that require for cooking, and the groceries are very close to the apartment. The sofa bed is quite too small for 2 children.

• Esin (3/5): - Ev sahibi çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Mesajlara hızlı dönüşü çok önemliydi. Geldiğimiz anda bizi bekliyordu ve rahatlıkla eve yerleştik. Banyo ve tuvalet temizdi yenilenmişti. Tuvalet kağıdı ve kağıt havlu gibi şeyler bolca mevcuttu. Evin konumu çok güzeldi 25 dk içerisinde merkeze yürüyerek ulaşım sağlanıyor. Evin etrafı çok işlek ve marketler 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Evin konumuda sessiz bu da avantaj. ancak ev üstünkörü temizlenmiş çok tozluydu, mutfak araç gereçleri (tava, cezve) kullanılamaz haldeydi. Oturma odasındaki kanepeyi çocuğum için açtığımda altında beni şok edecek kadar toz ve kir birikintisi vardı. Yatak odasındaki yatağın altı da aynı şekilde evde sürekli tozlar uçuşuyor. Evin detaylı bir temizliğe gerçekten ihtiyacı var!! Küçük sinek ve küçük böcekler ancak o şekilde yok olur. Çocuklu kalacaklar ve gerçekten temizlik önemli bir kriterse sorun yaratacaktır. Ve önceki kişilerden kalan eşyalar kesinlikle temizlenmeli…
• Sandra (10/5): - Odlična i mirna lokacija, prijatan i komforan smeštaj. Domaćin je ljubazan, potrudio se da nas uputi u sadržaje i kako da stignemo do željenih lokacija. Apartman je imao sve što je bilo neophodno, sve je novo i dobro opremljeno. Sve preporuke. Nemam šta da zamerim.

• SVETLANA (10/5): Отличное жилье в Вене как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания - Отличная, просторная квартира в удобном районе Вены, совсем недалеко от центра (пара остановок на метро или другом транспорте). Все необходимое в квартире есть и даже больше. Тепло, уютно, тихо, большой балкон. В паре минут ходьбы есть магазины. Ночью тихо. В районе есть пара ресторанов, но мы не ходили, не можем ничего сказать. Ключи получить легко. В здании есть лифт. Легко добираться до аэропорта. Однозначно, рекомендую. Такого не было

• Argine (10/5): - Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub hier verbracht. Wir haben uns von den Gastgebern sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut und stillvoll eingerichtet. In der Nähe befinden sich U-/S-Bahn-Stationen, wodurch man sehr schnell verschiedene Stadtteile von Wien erreicht. Nächste Supermärkte befinden sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch im Bahnhof (6-7 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und haben sehr schöne Zeit in Wien verbracht.

• Kevin (10/5): - El personal es maravilloso, te da las llaves y te comenta todo lo que necesitas. No es céntrico pero hay una parada de tren cerca que estás en 10 min en la central. El apartamento está reformado y con todo lo que necesitas. Había algunas cosas rotas, la campana de la cocina no funcionaba. El baño es pequeño.

• Jacques (5/5): Bien équipé mais ménage incertain. - Dans un secteur tranquille (30 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Bien équipé. Le dernier ménage semble avoir été bâclé: verre de la salle de bain salle. Le drain de la douche était complètement bouché par des cheveux.

Great location, 500m from the subway station as well as the Pratestern park. Would definitely return!
• Gregory Dening (10/5): New facilities older building - A great apartment : modern facilities near a major railway station in an older building with high ceilings. It’s also quite a large place. Short delay getting the key as the owner lives some distance away and there is no key safe.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing! It was perfectly located outside the business of the old town but close enough to walk into it.

• Chris (9/5): Great apartment for a short stay in Vienna. - Apartment clean , spacious and well equipped. Great location. Restaurants, supermarket and public transport closeby. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again. There was refurbishment work going on in the apartment block so there was some noise during the day, although it did start and finish at an acceptable time.
• Stefan (5/5): - Nu mi-a plăcut comunicarea cu doamna Svetlana și faptul ca m-a amenințat ca va chema poliția. Discutasem cu dansa și îi spusesem ca vom pleca la ora 5 dimineata.Am întrebat-o unde lăsăm cheile și mi-a spus pe masă ,în hol. Am plecat la 5 dimineața (cu un bebeluș și un adolescent pe tren) cum discutasem doar ca soțul a pus cheile în cuierul din hol.In timpul acesta am pus telefonul pe silențios pentru ca adormise bebelușul și de obicei așa țin telefonul când doarme. Pe la ora 10 ,când mă uit la telefon aveam două apeluri pierdute de la un număr de Austria , și imediat telefonul suna din nou ,răspund și era doamna Svetlana. M-a întrebat unde am pus cheile ca nu le găsește și dansa chema poliția ca i-am furat cheile. Pur și simplu m-am blocat , nu mai știam cum se zice cuier în limba engleză. Am încercat să îi spun , să îi explic cu engleza mea ,care nu este așa bună, dar eram blocată . Nu înțelegeam ce se întâmplă. Bebelușul s-a trezit deoarece vorbeam destul de tare (eram în tren și oamenii începuseră să-mi spună să fac liniște, să nu vorbesc la telefon) La un moment dat i-am spus ca îi voi căuta pe google translate și îi voi trimite mesaj cu locul unde am pus cheia. Doamna mi-a spus ca va trimite la Booking să-mi oprească 350 de euro pentru ca i-am furat cheile. Se închide telefonul și primimesc mesaj de la Booking ca Lana Apartaments are o cerere de a îmi opri bani ca nu am respectat condițiile de închiriere și am furat cheile și să i le dau înapoi. Am încercat să o sun din nou ( mă uitasem pe Google ) dar nu mi-a mai răspuns.I-am trimis un mesaj cu locul unde a pus soțul cheile ,pe Booking dar la fel nu mi-a mai răspuns. Pe la ora 13 îmi trimite soțul dânsei un mesaj ca a găsit cheile și îi pare rau. Va dați seama cum am fost noi în toată perioada asta. Stiu ca este și vina noastră ca am pus cheile in cuier dar cred ca puțină răbdare din partea doamnei Svetlana era mai buna. Pana la acest incident totul a fost excepțional.

• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was good. The owner was friendly. We could smell the rubbish room near the entrance to the building which is unfortunate but it would not put us off staying there again.
• Parra (10/5): Amazing stay! - The appartment was absolutely great! Very spacious, with all the facilities and very well connected to the city centre. I went with my mom who cannot walk very well and the fact that there was a lift is definitely a plus!

Location is perfect, being just a few minutes walk from metro and all other public transportation stops. • Uğur (4/5): Does not comply with hygiene rules - Friendly welcome from the host, proximity to markets and train station, walking distance to tourist attractions In all my travels, I try to ignore the small negative aspects of hotels and apartments and give high marks. It is not possible for me to do this for this apartment. The host asked us what time we would check in, but when we arrived we waited in the cold outside for over an hour. He could have informed us more clearly about the time we could check in. The bathroom drain was not working. We drained the water and cleaned the wet areas after each shower. The towels and sheets did not smell clean. The furniture and kitchenware were a bit dusty. They should pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene issues!

• Lauri (10/5): Perfect pad. - Large, very well stocked extremely comfortable apartment. Toilet separate from bathroom. Hosts provided washing powder and lots of toiletries, sun screen, hair straightener, everything you could want. Apartment was quiet, there is a internal balcony, great for drying clothes. No aircon but a great fan which allowed for comfortable sleeping. Up there with the best holiday apartment we have stayed in. Nothing, it was exceptionally good.

Very nice location for walking and transit and the owner was communicative and pleasant. We found the location to be excellent and it was a quiet flat. There were fans to keep cool and a nice balcony for relaxing. We will absolutely stay here again :) Nothing!

• Annick (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was spacious and clean. Everything was in good condition and comfortable. The lady we met when we arrived was friendly and helpful. There were lots of little extras like coffee and condiments and toiletries which were useful. It was in a great area of Vienna but quiet. The only negative was that the shower didn't drain properly and as it was on the same floor level as the rest of the bathroom we had to mop up some water afterwards. We did message the host about this but never got a response.

• Vernon (9/5): Fabulous would highly recommend - The location was great just a short walk from Praterstern train station with tram lines just 2 minutes away. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a secure building. Our host was excellent in communicating with us and let us into the apartment earlier than check in time. Added bonus washing machine and drying rack that you van put on the balcony during the day. There is a bar under the apartment which serves great food and drinks and there is a Lidl 5 minute walk away but be aware not open on a Sunday. Nothing but could do with a couple of wine glasses as only had champagne flutes but no biggy
• Danai (8/5): With some better cleaning this place would be a perfect apartment to stay in! - Good location, quiet and safe area with everything you need around it(supermarket, transportation etc.), great wifi, good communication with host, large apartment, comfortable bed, lots of appliances and hot water. Cleanliness: The apartment was not very clean. We found hairs of previous tenants in the bathroom and especially the drawer in the bathroom was dirty. We also found dust at a lot of places, including the big closet. Amenities: We had to go buy shampoo, because the shampoo that was in the bathroom was already used and it had a little left.
• Timotej (10/5): Perfect stay. - Lanas apartment is perfect, it’s very clean, it has a lot of space, you have everything you need, very close to Prater and U-Bahn. And Svetlana is the nicest host she waited for us and showed us everything we needed to know about Wien. I would highly recommend a stay at Lana’s apartment.

A great place for a few days in Vienna (and for longer!). Everything was good. I don't find any aspects to complain about

The location was great I was attending a conference at Vienna Messe which was one stop away on the U-Bahn. The centre of Vienna was three stops the other way. Good local options for food, beer and supermarkets. The appartment was perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Very well equipped, warm, modern ... it has everything that you need - fully equipped kitchen, various toiletries, even hair straightener Location and neighbourhood are perfect - close to train and subway station, very easy to move around from there to all attractions and to the airport . Even by walk you can reach the center in 20 min. Lidl is just 3-4 min from the building and there is a nice bar bellow And Svetlana is such a lovely person :) nothing ! everything was perfect :)
