• Tatjana (8/5): Ideal for a short stay in the heart of Vienna - Exceptional location 1 minute to metro station in the city center near the market. Recommended for a short stay. Heating didn't work at time.
• Paul (6/5): Cheap but not cheerful - Location is generally quiet and close to public transport. Room was dark and smelled damp. The outside courtyard was very untidy. Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbours.

• Temmam (9/5): Great studio appartement in Vienna. - Nice clean room w fridge and kitchen equipment. Very well situated, a hundred meters from the U2 metro line leading everywhere in the city. Supermarkets at 250 meters from studio, one north, one south. The walls were a little thin and we could hear the kids next door when they were awake and we were home. But that wasn't much of a problem.
• Lana (5/5): Passable - The place is in great location close to centre, all other was average, place didn’t have aircon it was stuffy had a fan in the room that was had lights all night it was hard to sleep , all around ok you get what you pay for thanks 🙏
• El (5/5): Disappointed - Location Ok. You get what's in the pictures. You can hear all the neighbors through the walls, making it impossible to sleep. The upstairs neighbors' kids were constantly running and yelling. If you enjoy peace and quiet, you'll be disappointed. Additionally, the hot water runs out quickly, so if there are two of you, good luck with showering.

• Ramiah (8/5): Spacious Studio Apartment - Very good stay. It was close to the metro station. Spacious studio apartment. A fan was in the room which was good for the hot weather.

• Anna (9/5): Great service, room, location - Our minibus was delayed, to arrive after their usual 21.30 cut-off time. We notified Pension about 19.00 by an urgent phone message and email, and someone stayed till nearly 22.00 to admit us. Apartment was on ground floor; much appreciated as we're an elderly couple. Very handy to train network; city and train map provided by reception.

• Dslayf (6/5): Good value and close to Vienna centre - Very close to Vienna centre and it's nice having the comfort of your own space not in a hotel Small space and beds weren't amazing. Bathroom space was also fairly small and basic, but manageable

• Maria (8/5): Very good - the amenities were good, they left shampoo and two good towels in the bathroom. Comfy space and with a good location the matresses weren´t that comfy, they felt a bit old and the last day we were there, the heater didn´t work

• Cristian (8/5): Great Location & Worth it for the money - - Great location - Helpful staff (Thank you for the umbrella!) - Clean - Definitely worth it for the money compared to the competition in the period we visited (December) - Beds are ok, but not the most comfortable. - Lack of storage for clothes (1 Wardrobe with racks only - It was really hard to close/open the door because the key wouldn't slide in/out easily. - Overall, nothing really bad, just annoying small inconveniences.

• Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine, location is great, just 15 mins walk to the center. The area is quiet, 5 mins walk to supermarket Spar, pharmacy and some bakeries and caffee. The room is clean and warm, bed is super soft, blanket and pillow are filled with down, so it's soft and warm. Small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. Hot water, fresh towels, everyday cleaning service. You can hear your neighbors even when they just talking. However after 11pm it was quiet

• Vasiliki (7/5): A very basic but pleasant stay - Very nice location. Near metro station, super market, bakeries etc. Ideal if you are out all day and just want to rest during night. Clean and spacious room. The fridge and microwave are a big plus. We felt safe and welcome. The lady in the reception was very helpful!! The room itself is old and not well kept, some damages are visible on the walls and the corners. They could be easily fixed so that's a bit dissapointing. Also the comments about the noise are true, the walls are paper thin and we could even hear someone snoring (very clearly), so during the night its difficult to relax fully.

Frosted glass window opened onto street. Small kitchenette with no sink so had to wash up anything in bathroom basin. Bathroom very small. Access to property through a door & passage which was dirty and untidy with the area full of prams bikes etc which I think belonged to there permanent flats The properties are apart from the reception area so involved a walk to get anything etc

We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception as we had a late flight.

The apartment was clean and in a good location for us. The apartment was noisy at times as we could hear what was happening in our neighbouring apartments.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Even with slight inconveniences I would book it once more. - Closeness to city centre and Prater makes it the perfect place to stay. The walls are super thin and if your neighbours like to party at night you will not get any sleep.

Location from the metro and city centre - very close The old lady at the reception was really nice and walked us to the room We had a hair dryer and iron and other kitchen amenities which was great! The location of the room itself. I booked it because of the good reviews but it's an apartment in a private building surrounded by other families (in other words kids) ground floor. How did anyone fail to mention that the walls are paper thin!! You could hear the neighbours! Their cough, their phone ringing, even the hoover at 9am! The sink made such a loud noise that we tried not to use it at night because one of us would always wake up The beds were OK, but not really comfortable. Apartment doesn't feel safe as the front door was so thin. I understand that there is a main big door for the building and than another to get to the garden where the room was ( all doors stay open) but still if I was all alone I would have never stayed there.

I would like BOOKING.COM to Refund me my money back. walked from a dark and dank reception by a non communicative woman, up the road and around a corner through wooden doors into a dark and dirty alley way full of kids toys and bikes into a a dirty courtyard full of noisy kids playing near large dustbins over flowing, walked into a dismal 2 room "apartment". There's no castors on the bed so its very low,lots of ants running around near the bed we noticed day before leaving. the walls are partitioned from the family next door, there is no soundproofing so its very noisy, The picture for the apartment makes it look clean and cosy,reality is it isnt

Perfect location near the me - I liked everything, but the most important thing was the location, which is why I chose this accommodation The only thing I didn't like was that the knife in the kitchen was blunt, but that's not so important, everything else was perfect. This is just constructive criticism to replace it because it is not that expensive

They charged us 15E for the late arrival .They didnot clean the room at all just taken the garbage .The beds are awful ,we couldnot sleep at all .No soundproof at all .we were listening to the people next door talking normally not loudly .

We stayed on the ground floor and the neighbors' noises did not bother us. A very good quality-price rațio. Very close to the central sights and the metro line. In conclusion I recommend this location.

We found the bed comfortable The staff wouldn’t clean at all during our stay, they only threw out the trash once. Extra fee for changing your towels which is crazy! It’s located on the ground floor and it’s very noisy, you can hear everyone passing by. There wasn’t enough light.
