• Chandonnet (10/5): Bigger than expected, great location near Naschmarkt and the metro, clean and well-equipped. - We spent a few days in Vienna and this apartment was a good call. The location really works! Pilgramgasse metro is just around the corner, Naschmarkt is walkable, and we ended up walking to the Opera and Karlskirche without even planning to. Having that kind of access made the whole trip easier. The apartment is bigger than we expected. Proper living room, separate bedroom, full kitchen, and the toilet and shower are separate too which makes a difference when you're sharing the space. High ceilings, good light, felt comfortable to come back to after long days out. Everything was clean on arrival and the kitchen was actually well stocked, not just the basics. There's also a washing machine which is handy if you're staying more than a couple of nights. Check-in is done by phone and door code. We weren't sure how it would go but the instructions were clear and it was simple. The team responded quickly whenever we messaged, which was reassuring. For the price and location in Vienna, it's genuinely good value. -
• Marta (7/5): - Location is very good.The place is clean and warm. We had to pay additional 120€ for the linen,towels and cleaning,even though we booked for two adults and two children. The apartment is little bit dark,but there is plenty of space. Personally, I don’t prefer high table and chairs for dining, but that was ok.There was not a single tea bag or coffee in the kitchen,actually nothing to say “welcome”. We couldn’t figure it out how to turn on the TV, there was no manual for it. To summarize, nice place for a short visit. I just hated those additional costs.
• Paula (8/5): Very good quality and location for the price! - The apartment was very well located, and it is fairly easy to access without contact (in case you get there pretty late, it is not an issue). It is indeed an entire unit for a pretty good price, including a kitchen, separated toilet/shower rooms, living room and bedroom. The property uses a payment platform separate from booking, which made me feel insecure, however the staff were really responsive via email and made me feel more comfortable with paying. The couch looks uncomfortable in the pictures but it was pretty cozy, and the bed was also very comfortable, even though you have to shimmy in. I liked the building and high ceilings. The pictures are pretty accurate, and the place was perfectly clean. The payment is not done via booking but through a different platform (guest24) with made me uncomfortable, I almost canceled my booking because of this. The apartment is comfortable but not thoughtfully equipped: there is no soap of shampoo or amenities in the bathroom, there is a washer but no laundry detergent, no extra towels, I did not need to use the kitchen so I don't know how well equipped it was. The closet in the bedroom is kinda hard to open so I did not use it. Other than that, the place was pretty good, specially considering the price, so I am happy with my experience.

• Denise (10/5): Confortável e espaçoso - Ótima localização, bom espaço e camas confortáveis. Bom chuveiro também. Cozinha razoavelmente equipada, foi possível cozinhar normalmente e secar roupas no varal mesmo internamente. Para acessar o interior do prédio é preciso ligar para um número de telefone. Se você está usando roaming internacional, talvez a ligação não funcione, como foi meu caso. Mas o host resolveu a questão do acesso de maneira rápida e definitiva.

• Juliana (7/5): Non male ma potrebbe essere equipaggiato meglio - Ottima posizione, molto tranquillo. Molto spazioso e spazi ben suddivisi. La dotazione dell'appartamento lasciava un po' a desiderare. Per tre persone c'erano due cucchiaini. Nessuna scopa, e in un soggiorno di 4 notti magari viene voglia di dare una spazzata. Sui materassi non c'è il coprimaterasso, solo il lenzuolo direttamente sul materasso. Idem sul divano letto. Il sistema di check-in è un pò scomodo. Per entrare nel portone esterno si deve chiamare un numero di telefono, e bisogna farlo durante tutto il soggiorno, ogni volta che si entra. Ma se volessi uscire senza smartphone poi non riuscirei a entrare nel palazzo. Poi alla porta dell'appartamento il solito tastierino numerico (niente da dire su questo). Al check-out ho mandato due messaggi di saluto ma zero riaooste, davvero anonimo. Pulizia così così. Insomma, un appartamento grande e potenzialmente bello, che con qualche cura in più potrebbe essere valutato meglio.

• Candelaria (10/5): cómodo y bien ubicado - Muy amplio, tenía ascensor muy importante para mi, cerca de todo, muy buena la ubicacion. La cocina estaba dotada con todo, tiene jarra calentadora, microondas, tostadoras, muy fácil hacer el Check in La estufa no le Funcionaban bien los quemadores y fue difícil cocinar, solo teníamos un solo ventilador y era verana, así que es un espectro a mejorar

• Nabz (8/5): Great - Great Check in Experience, all facilities available, location is great, Subway is nearby, same as described. Kitchen is superb fulfilled with everything you need, food delivery is also available at this location. There was only one fan, should be two stand fans or Air Conditioner at least, washing liquid was not available, i dont know if facilities should provide, but I got in my previous facility. Shower was tricky, after hot water, it started cold again, so I had to open the wash basin hot water in order to bring hot water to the shower spray, I did not notify the facility because I fixed it in this way :D
• Desara (8/5): Overall all the other things were good, we had a pleasant stay. - It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't any shampoo, only handwasher. The door of the toilet couldn't close and it crashed and made noise.

• Stavrianopoulos (7/5): Good - location was ok. not very far from the city center (about 10 min walk). there were groceries stores near the appartment. the place had heat and was warm all the time (since we visited in winter). there was adequate kitchen ware. The room doors did not close properly and they did not have a lock key (except from the bathroom). the noise from the heating unit in the kitchen could not be isolated since the kitchen door didn't close properly and that was very distarbing at times. I recomend you to fix the doors so they can stay closed. Also i did not like that nobody ever checked on us once. not even a call to see how we are doing, or if we were ok. If something had happened to us during our stay, the people who would have noticed it would have been the cleaning services the last day of our stay.
