• Lallo (6/5): - Posizione perfetta, la metro è esattamente di fronte alla struttura e con una manciata di fermate era facile arrivare in centro o in qualunque punto di Vienna. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e pronto ad assecondare ogni mia esigenza, accoglienza top. Della struttura non mi è piaciuta la pulizia. Il bagno era pulito molto bene, ma la camera da letto e la biancheria da letto lasciavano molto a desiderare. Il pavimento era molto impolverato e la biancheria da letto era macchiata. Se si migliorasse questo aspetto la struttura sarebbe il massimo a livello di posizione e a livello di rapporto qualità prezzo.

• AUTEGY (6/5): - Clean, good value for the money. It's a good choice if one needs a stay for the night. I asked 3 times for an invoice and still didn't get it. I haven't even gotten a reply to my request. No TV programs, only the Netflix application installed on the TV, you can login and watch if you have an account. Nothing luxurious, only basics. A bit loud and a bit chilly in the room.

La responsabile è stata gentilissima mi ha permesso di fare il check out oltre l'orario previsto Stando su una strada principale la notte c'era un po' di caos per le troppe auto. Ma comunque si può dormire senza problemi

Very close to a Metro station and some major tram lines. Across the road from a major opera and theatre house (not the state opera). The shower stall is very small.

• Bernardo (4/5): Hosts are doing the best they can with what they have. Avoid during the summer. - The cleanliness and the décor were good, the amount of space. Good taste and it looks the host is doing the best they can with what they have. Its barely habitable in the summer. I am not quite sure where the heat was coming from (maybe from the mini-fridge?) but it was quite hard to handle. It was quite hot outside during the night but still the room managed to be warmer than that. Sleeping with the windows open its kind of out of question given the closeness to the ground floor and the noise from the main street outside. So I let the room breathe for one hour or two before I close everything and go to sleep, but even then I woke up from the heat and amount of sweat on my skin. As a bonus, the bathroom stinks like cigarettes :(

• Silviu (9/5): Affordable option for a 4-person family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) - The host was kind to allow 3-hour earlier check in and 1-houe late check out. Very clean. The windows are facing a noisy street. Air conditioning will be a plus.
• Dmitry (8/5): Very good - Very clean and nice, public transport just in 50 meters. Coffee machine! Good shower (comparing with other showers I saw in the old buildings). No AC in the room, just fan. At the current level of heat it was quite uncomfortable — windows must be opened all time when you are inside, fan is helping a bit, but then noise from the street doesn't allow to sleep well.

• Jake (8/5): Nice one room apartment - Close to a supermarket and ubahn/tram, reasonable walking distance from the centre. Nice modern bathroom and shower, coffee machine and fridge in the room. They provided earplugs for the noise of the traffic outside. The room is smaller than I expected, it looked like the second sofa bed was in another separate room in the pictures but it's just one room with both beds inside. The street outside is very noisy but was nice of them to provide earplugs.

• Rusea (10/5): Exceptional - Good lication, nice host, clean place and bathroom, spacious apartment. The parking place nearby was cheap and very convenient for those travelling by car. A little too noisy.

Located right on the street with heavy traffic 24 hours. Having no air conditioner forces you to open the window for fresh air, and this is fatal for the quality of sleep and overall stay.
• Ivan (1/5): Avoid this apartment during summertime - no sleep- Extremely loud and super-hot - Location Extremely loud street without aircondion. We spent two nights hear with family and we coudn't sleep at all. We have to open Windows and ventilatoe can't cool down room. We claim this issue to owner but we didn't received any support.
