• Claudia (2/5): Bad - Nothing Everything was very unpleasant and extremely cold. It was freezing inside the room. The apartment is located right by the street, so it’s very noisy — you can hear all the cars passing by. The bathroom, the kitchen, everything was far below my expectations and I didn’t like it at all. I do NOT recommend

Nepřevlečené ložní prádlo. Nikdy se tam neuklízelo. Pavučiny všude. Nejhorší je, že teplota v pokojích nedosahuje ani 10 stupňů °C. Panely na zdi netopí. Okny táhne. Obrovský hluk z ulice. Nádobí se nedá použít, je špinavé. Apartmán je opotřebený. V koupelně ani není topení. Celý dům je pronajímán. Je to dům hrůzy. Reklamace se nepřipouští.

• Rose (7/5): Lovely stay, but be prepared for stairs - The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was close to the public transport which made easy to travel to main spots. We really enjoyed our stay, but we didn’t realize there wasn’t a lift. The apartment is on a higher floor, so carrying our bags up was a workout. Other than that, everything was perfect.
• Anna (1/5): Torture - unpleasant - I don’t like anything about this place. Feel bit scam to be honest. The room look like in the picture but the building and area is terrible. The beds are uncomfortable. There is no elevator in the building cos it is old (like it stands empty for several years) No air conditioner but at least provide proper working fans. It was terrible

• Koray (2/5): Very old, unsafe accommodation with several potential issues - almost nothing expect two big bedrooms. I selected and booked this apartment based on the rate (around 7.8 when I checked ) , nice picture of the apartment and especially big bed rooms to stay with my family for four nights. However, whenever entered a very bed smell met us, cleaning issues, and the building and apartment were very old. Unfortunately, my stay with my family was not satisfactory due to issues with the apartment's overall oldness, cleanliness (there was even a bloody plaster in a drawer) , bed smell (moldy wood and sewer smell in the apartment). These bed smell also triggered my wife respiratory allergy and asthma. On the other hand, there was a cancellation fee associated with my reservation, but I believed that it would have been unfair to charge me given the issues I have encountered. After we stayed the first night (as difficult to find another place in a short time) I wanted to request that the cancellation fee be waived in light of these circumstances. I contacted booking.com to request a waiver of the cancellation fee at the first night of our stay. However, booking.com could not reach the owner/customer service of the apartment within 24 hours. I contacted the customer service of the apartment via WhatsApp to kindly request a waiver of the cancellation fee for my last two days of reservation at. However, they just requested more photos showing cleaning issues. What photos can show bed smell :) Long story short, my all effort did not work. We had to pay and book another place to stay for last two days of our travel in Vienne. We checked out early from this apartment. I don’t recommend this accommodation to anyone. The pictures on booking.com do not show reality. Building itself and the apartment are very old (may be the case for other apartments in the same building) . Building does not look like a safe one too. Movement or walking of your neighbours caused earthquake affect especially on doors. You can easily hear your neighbours as no noise isolation.

• Sowmiya (3/5): Huge apartment but the building is very old nd not maintained well - The apartment is very huge It’s in 2 nd floor without lift. As we were travelling for multiple places, we had some bags nd we never thought the floors will be such big (though it’s second floor, for each floor, we need to climb many stairs. i will actually say the No of stairs count will be like 4th floor as the building is so huge compared to the normal ones).. also the lights in common area was pathetic, was fluctuating or did not turn on..
• Rafał (8/5): Large, clean apartment close to the center - comfortable apartment in a tenement house close to the center. good contact with the owner, electronic door opening system was not a problem. the apartment was fully equipped. location on the main street but that's normal in a big city
