• Luana (1/5): Terrible. Unethical and unprofessional. I do not recommend. - Good location. Terrible. DO NOT recommend. Apartment not exactly how advertised. Living room and balcony are not common areas as pictures suggests. Apartment ran down, shower broken and poorly equipped kitchen. Landlord extremely unpleasant and impolite, mistakenly accused me of using facilities of the apartment I have not rented, told me I was not welcomed in the apartment and should leave immediately otherwise he would call the policy. Furthermore, His employee enter the apartment without previous notice (even without ranging the doorbell) while I was showering! After the landlord and employee realised he made a mistake, he apologised and tried to “upgrade” my booking. He offered another apartment because the one I booked wouldn’t be available during the whole period I rented (wtf?!). Bizarre. Extremely unethical, abusive of power, and unprofessional. Should not be in this business.
• Jelena (5/5): Book if you must. - Shower has plenty of hot water and nights were quiet for sleeping. The process to collect key(s) and enter the place can only be compared to a sick practical joke. Prepare to be at first amused, and then really quickly annoyed with the hunt for the keys and a wall of text message with instructions how to actually use them. Elevator barely fits 1 regular size person and 1 small suitcase. Be mindful that the tiny toilet room (that you share with other guests) has no ventilation other than a literal hole in the wall (no fan!) so it smells really bad, both in toilet and outside. At 7 °C and cold rainy weather, no heating in the room and no warm covers. Owner responds with "I really can`t do anything about that today". Currently back at home and forced to open sick leave at work due to becoming sick from cold.

• Gabriele (2/5): Not recommended - The page of the apartment didn't say you have to share it with other people (it was a total surprise), in addition it didnt mention that the bathroom is separated from the shower and these both rooms don't have a single window. I found my room pretty dirty woth dead insects and hair on the ground.
• Thilini (10/5): Excellent pleasent stay. - Cleanliness and facilities are the best. Finding the keys was a bit of an issue for a person who is newly travelling to Vienna.
• Kirsti (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing. !!!!!!!! BEDBUGS !!!!!!! And the shower was moldy. Do not book, the place smells awful, is dirty and bedbug faeces all across the walls. An utter nightmare, we did not spend a single night there but booked a hotel and lost our money. Do not do the same, stay somewhere else. Don't give them your money!!! And if this is not enough, the toilet was inside a cleaning cupboard and you needed to exit it and go to the shower room to wash your hands...

• Daniel (1/5): Bad - The property was pretty nice for the price and the communication was good But there were bed bugs so we had to leave early. The owner still accommodates people in the flat even though there were bed bugs found on one of the rooms.
• Gracita (6/5): Good only for short stays. - Location: est 30min from City center but 5 min walk from train stations and other transportation. Cleanliness: The place is overall clean and the shared areas are maintained everyday. Good for short stays. Shared Apartment: it is not clearly stated that you are only renting a room. We stayed for almost a week and rented for 2 persons. We are blessed to have the larger room, but there is only a sofa bed arranged for two. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are useless. My friend and i got stiff necked sleeping uncomfortably for 5 days. Doorbell: The main door downstairs is automatic and will ring the doorbell at the unit everytime you open it. At first we were confused why someone will ring the doorbell at an unreasonable hour. There was one day when a couple of repairmen came within the day and rang the doorbell, we were scared to open it since we don't know who it was, they rang the doorbell a lot of times and then knock on the door but we didnt open it because we were not informed that someone will come and repair some parts of the unit. Then an employee came and open the door for them, when we told her what happened and told her about our concern, she just told us that we only rented a room and shouldn't be surprised when someone comes and goes which is not the point. I also emailed the owner about it and he said the same thing.
• Jamie (7/5): Good value for price - THIS IS A SHARED APARTMENT. We were not aware when booking. The location worked perfectly for us as the center of the city is easily accessible with public transport. The property was clean and the kitchen had the kettle, toaster, frying pans, plates, utensils, fridge we wanted. Great coffee shop around the corner at Coffee and Beard. The blinds were great for making the room dark, the hairdryer was great. THIS IS A SHARED APARTMENT. That information should be clearer in the profile. The room was warm with no fan (we did request one and were told it was not available), the mattress was soft (which was okay for me but I’m not young enough to have slept on it more than a few days) and the pillows were rubbish. There was nowhere to hang laundry to dry.

• Szymon (8/5): Beautiful and clean city - It is the cleanest booking I've been to and is well-located close to the subway. The name should contain information about renting rooms, not an apartment. No coffee machine, misleading description.
• Kaisu (8/5): Very good - Area was far from center, but close to public transportation. Two rooms, so not too many people. Area was bit scary for alone traveller in the evening. But for couples this would have been ok.

• Paul (2/5): This is the worse place I have stayed in a long while and I have not slept for two days due to the quality of the proper - Nothing if I’m honest, being close to Isaacs pub was the best part of the property. Too hot- no fan or A/C provided although asked Washing machine in use?? Was full up when we arrived and still hasn’t been removed? Couldn’t wash our clothes which meant we had to spend £20 at laundrette Dirty dishwasher- full of dirty plates and cutlery and gave off a horrid smell Shower tap broken- led to me and my partner both burning parts of our body Pillows ridiculously bad quality No where to hang the coat hangers provided.

• Petar (8/5): Great place to stay and very well-connected to every part of the city. - The location is very close to the metro station and several tram stations are nearby as well. It is very easy to get to any part of Vienna. Also, there are several stores nearby and food joints that work in the evening. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with another apartment, which is something we didn't know (we might have missed this in the description, I'm not sure.)

• Cicosko11 (4/5): Is not worth the price, not recommended. - The apartment's location is great. It's a 5 min walk to the U6 metro station, which easily gets you to the city centre. THE BATHROOM IS SHARED, this was definitely NOT CLEARLY INDICATED on the booking.com page of the apartment. This was a huge disappointment. Also, I found someone else's hair on the towels that were left for my use.
• Svetlozar (8/5): Very good - The check in process was really smooth. You can find all basics int the apartment. Room called No.1 is comfortable enough for 1 or 2 persons. The transport connections are very good.
• Tamara (1/5): Bad - Location In the pictures it shows you a lounge and bedroom and kitchen, the whole apartment. When we got there, we had a room as the lounge had a couple of youngsters in it. They cooked and left the dishes, they had all their stuff in the bathroom. We had one room. The internet didn't work on the first night and the hot water didn't work on the second night. We never saw or heard from the owner.
• Marian (5/5): Passable - bed was comfortable. room was quiet i almost did not get in!! the key safe is placed so high that a normal person cannot reach it. Especially when you have to set four numbers properly to open it, I could not have done it. luckily a neighbor was coming home, and he was very tall and opened the key safe for me. I do NOT recommend this place if they do not find a better solution!!

• Yair (10/5): Exceptional - the location was just near a u-bahn and light-train station, and even the apartmant was a bit far from the center, it was very easy and fast to get there. the apartment was warm and cozzy at every hour of the day, and match the photos that shwed in the net. A Cutting Board in the kitchen can be a tiny additional that could be very helpful to the future guests, baside that everything ales was good.
