Das gebuchte Appartement kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir am Ankunftstag per Mail informiert wurden, dass das Appartement nicht bewohnbar ist, wegen Wasserschaden und wir ein anderes bekommen. Wir haben aber dieses Appartement nur deshalb gebucht weil es fußläufig in der Nähe vom RONACHER ist und wir für diesen Abend Karten gekauft hatten. Eine Person von uns hat zur Zeit starke Knieprobleme. Uns blieb deshalb nichts übrig als das angebotene andere Appartement zu nehmen. Dieses Appartement ist aber nicht nur 5 km vom Ronacher entfernt!!! Sonden es ist auch im 4. Stock und ohne Lift!!!!

• Reeli (5/5): Good location, disappointing kitchen. - A lovely lady met us at the apartment and walked us upstairs, showed us around and left us the keys. This is not the apartment we originally reserved online. We received a message once we landed in Vienna, that our original reservation had "technical" difficulties and did not have hot water. Alternative property was offered, we accepted and we were promised to have the choice to move to the original apartment once the hot water issue was fixed. We liked the location of the property, very close to tram/metro/bus stops and walkable to inner city cites. We rent an apartment because we like to cook. This apartment had the worst stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in over the last ten years. There was one scratched up pan, one very large pot and four glass lids for pots that did not fit the one we had. I am used to having dull knives and this kitchen was not different. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the sink and there were many areas in the apartment where pain was missing from the walls. Our stay in Vienna was 6 days long, we left without ever hearing from the host about the originally reserved property.

Personal freundlich. - Die gebuchte Unterkunft war aufgrund eines Thermenschaden nicht bewohnbar, es wurde ein anderes Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider örtlich weiter weg und alle geplanten Wege nur mit längeren Fußmärschen erreichbar. Positiv war nur, dass es Ersatz geben hat. Entfernung zu den Zielen. Extrem schlechter Geruch im Apartment. Duschkabine undicht und das Wasser läuft ins Badezimmer.

• Neumann (4/5): - 2 Stunden vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Warmwasser in der gebuchten Wohnung nicht funktioniert und wir aber eine andere, bessere Wohnung zum selben Preis nehmen könnten. Allerdings lag die Alternativwohnung 1-2 km entfernt, weshalb wir letzten Endes abgelehnt haben. Die Buchung wurde dann anstandslos und kostenfrei storniert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. In den älteren Bewertungen wurden aber bereits ähnliche Probleme bzw. Vorgehensweisen geschildert.

• Silvia (1/5): Gibt es die Wohnung in der Seilerstätte 12 überhaupt? Ich hatte nicht das Glück das herauszufinden.. - Hier gibt es nichts zu berichten. Ich hätte vor der Buchung die Bewertungen lesen sollen. Auch Mitte März, als ich anreisen sollte, gab es "Probleme mit dem Warmwasser". Dies wurde mir um 3.30 Uhr in der Nacht vor dem Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt.... Diese Warmwasser-Probleme ziehen sich - laut Bewertungen - schon über die letzten Jahre!(.....) Interessant daran ist, dass wenige Stunden zuvor ungefähr um 18.15 Uhr alles in Ordnung war und ich laut Nachricht gern eine halbe Stunde vor regulärer CheckIn Zeit die Wohnung beziehen könnte. Ich denke, dass das eine Masche ist. Ich habe die angebotene, alternative Wohnung abgelehnt und um Stornierung der Buchung ersucht. Das hat zum Glück sofort und reibungslos funktioniert.
• RAFIG (1/5): ужасно и очень не приятно , минус для букинга и для город Вена - Очень плохо , я бронировал в центре городе , нас отправили по причиной другой месте , а там очень долеко от центра , и очень грязно постел , не удобной номер , туалет совсем маленький и не удобный , комфорт ноль состояние ... ужасно и позорно для букинга за такое номер ничего хорошего , месте поменяли и сказали нет горячей вода и я написал согласно и без гоячей воды .... мне ответили что там меньше или какими то варианты ...., если была бы другой вариант и я там не остался бы , не кому не советую бронировать такое ужасный апарт

Yeni yer daha da iyi dedikleri merkeze 350metre iken mesafemiz ve her yere yürüyerek gidebilecekken 3km şehir merkezine öesafesi olan bir yere gönderildik. Yatak rezalet çökük, battaniyeler kıl, saç içinde... Kalorifer ilk akşam çalışmadı. Bulaşık makinesi bozuktu.

El día anterior a la llegada habíamos confirmado recoger las llaves a las 12:30. Nosotros teníamos un alojamiento para toda la semana en el distrito 12 de Vienna pero queríamos una noche estar más cerca. Pero nos escribieron esa mañana para decirnos que no había agua caliente, y que nos ofrecían otro superior pero más lejos … Nosotros no miramos el móvil y salimos esa mañana con las mochilas con la ropa y las cosas del baño para el día siguiente. Les dijimos que no nos importaba que no tuviera agua caliente, nos habíamos duchado por la mañana y no pasaba nada … queríamos estar en el centro. Nos dijeron que era peligroso?? fue bastante raro, nos dio la sensación que lo habían alquilado por más noches, no lo habían quitado ni de booking. Fue un fastidio.

Ho prenotato questo appartamento per un regalo per i miei genitori, e si sono trovati benissimo! Super centrale, pulito, comodo, caldo e dotato praticamente di ogni cosa tu possa aver bisogno. É stato davvero perfetto! Un grazie speciale va a Marta in prima persona che è stata di una dolcezza e gentilezza immensa: mi ha aiutata a rendere questo regalo ancora più bello, dimostrandosi disponibile ad aiutarmi in tutto e per tutto e ad accontentare ogni mia richiesta. He said the reason was a hot water problem. He then booked me an apartment quite far from the city center, which also had heating issues. I had to stay there for 2 days with my children. We got very cold and got sick. He didn't care despite me telling him many times. Absolutely do not trust him.

În ziua sosirii, gazda a schimbat apartamentul rezervat cu alt apartament aflat într-o altă zonă a Vienei, motivând probleme cu apa caldă la apartamentul rezervat de noi. Apartamentul oferit era mai departe de centru și aici au fost câteva probleme cu centrala termică.

If you’re staying on the sofa/couch bare in mind that you will ear the noises from outside. The isolation is not the best on the living room but on the room, it’s perfect.

The communication with the host was a total mess, i was with my friends waiting outside of the appartment in the cold for the host to show up and give us the keys. • John (5/5): Unscrupulous Management - We had booked many months prior and picked the apartment because of the location. On the day of check-in we received a message advising that we had to be relocated due to lack of hot water. Upon reading of other recent reviews this appears to be a common happening for this apartment. As this has been an ongoing practice it is obvious that the property manager are double booking rooms and charging higher prices once a room is filled and moving early bookings out. This practice should be investigated and removed from booking.com.

Ayrıca ne zaman evle ilgili sorumuz olsa mesajlarımıza hemen dönüş yaptılar. Evin temizliğini yapanlar çok da özenli değildiler.Her yerde toz vardı. Çarşaflar pek de temiz değildi.Ama evde kurutma makinesinde yedek çarşaflar vardı kendimiz değıştirdik, sorun olmadı.En rahatsız olduğumuz ise 5 kişilik yer ayırtmamıza rağmen sadece 1 adet çift kişilik ve 1 adet de tek kişilik yatak vardı. Ve her şey 3 kisilik hazırlanmıştı (3 yastık, 3 yorgan).Çift kişilik yatak çok dardı.Kesinlikle 3 kişi (biri çocuk) uyunulmaz. Salondaki koltukta yatmak için yastık bile bırakmamışlardı.

They explained that the new apartment was upgraded but it was not at all. Ku mojemu ogromnemu zaskoczeniu, w nocy przed podróżą otrzymałam wiadomość e-mail o rzekomej awarii wody i odwołaniu rezerwacji. Warto podkreślić, że o tym fakcie dowiedziałam się przypadkiem dopiero w drodze – zaledwie trzy godziny przed planowanym przyjazdem, mimo że właścicielka znała dokładną godzinę mojego dojazdu z Polski do Wiednia. Natychmiast skontaktowałam się telefonicznie z obiektem. Odebrała pani Marta, która w nieuprzejmy i lekceważący sposób stwierdziła, że może zaoferować nocleg w innym miejscu i nie rozumie, na czym polega mój problem. Tymczasem wybór pierwotnego obiektu był przeze mnie przemyślany – zależało mi na konkretnej lokalizacji, parkingu w pobliżu oraz dogodnej odległości od centrum. Takie potraktowanie gościa uważam za całkowicie nieprofesjonalne i nie do zaakceptowania. Informacja o awarii została przekazana zbyt późno, bez żadnej próby wcześniejszego kontaktu telefonicznego, a zaproponowana alternatywa nie spełniała warunków mojej rezerwacji. To bardzo przykra sytuacja w podróży.

• Christine (7/5): - L'appartement que nous avions réservé n'était pas dispo car pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons été relogé hors périmètre au 4ème etage sans ascenseur.
• Eungzu (3/5): - 숙소에 대해 좋았던 기억이 없습니다. 원래 예약했던 숙소는 주요 관광 사이트,레스토랑 근처였습니다. 그런데 숙소에 온수가 안나온다며 다른 위치의 더 좋은 숙소로 바꿔주겠다는 제안을 받았는데 여행 당일 운전중에 전화로 제안받은 거라 어쩔수 없이 수락을 했습니다. 예약을 취소하고 다른 곳을 찾을 여건이 안되었죠. 문제는 새로운 숙소 도착시간을 사전에 알려주었고 숙소 운영자가 요청한대로 도착 1시간 전에 알려주었음에도 담당직원이 숙소에서 기다리고 있을꺼라는 약속과는 달리 우리 가족을 좁은 복도에서 20분을 기다리게 했습니다. 담당직원은 영어소통도 되지 않았고 불친절했습니다. 그녀가 우리를 위해 해준 것은 문을 열어 준 것 뿐이였습니다. 저는 그들로 부터 어떠한 사과도 받지 못했습니다. 그들의 체크인 과정은 정말 최악이였습니다. 더 좋은 숙소라는 말도 믿을 수가 없었습니다. 원래 숙소와 비교할 방법은 없었지만 저희 가족은 여행 중심가로 이동하기위해 QBB 1 Day 티켓 구매를 위해 32EUR를 추가로 지불해야했습니다. 숙소 내부도 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 세탁기는 2대가 있지만 1대에는 침구류 빨래로 가득채워져 있었고 샤워기 꽂이는 부서져 있었습니다. 왜 평점이 낮았는지 뒤늦게 이해를 했고, 이 업체가 운영하는 숙소는 피하시는 걸 추천합니다.

• Edmondo Febbrari (7/5): - La posizione: l'appartamento è a due passi dalla Wiener Staatsoper. Il bagno è un po' piccolo. Inoltre il wc è in uno stanzino separato dal bagno con la doccia.
• BERNAR (1/5): Not advice anyone to deal with them - I booked in the center but in the same day they called me and informed that the property is having hot water issues and shifting us to very far away place which in 4th floor without lift and very old building and toilet is TINY, I have read before in comments that they are doing same thing with other people. They are keeping the property in booking even after we booked and waiting to get higher prices then they shifted the reservation to far away place.
