Andreja (10/5): It is a very nice apartment and the owner is super nice and helpful - It is a very nice apartment. It has everything you need. The owner is super nice and helpful. For the termen you get a special price 50% off during week and on the weekend 25% off. The apartment is only 5-7 minutes away from Termen. It the perfect location.

Rene (8/5): - Wir hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei diesen großartigen Gastgebern! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns wie Freunde empfangen. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sie haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!
Elisabeth (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen eine ausführliche Erklärung bzgl. Zugangscode. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich, praktikabel, hell, sehr sauber und geräumig - die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit eines Parks in dem ein toller Spielplatz integriert ist. Unterschiedliche Geschäfte, Bistros und einiges mehr sind auch für Kinder fußläufig gut erreichbar. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das Eurothermenresort ist 5 Min., Zoo Schmiding ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Wohnung liegen einige Prospekte für Veranstaltungen und Ausflugsziele auf. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft Salotto di LaZia weiterempfehlen. Eine Empfehlung kann ich auch für den "Ital. Laden" unterhalb der Wohnung aussprechen - sehr gute Produkte - sehr gute Beratung.
