• SYAMIL (6/5): - Great value for money with excellent WiFi and a convenient location close to public transport. The kitchen was also well-equipped with sufficient utensils and appliances. The check-in instructions for collecting the key were clear and easy to follow. I booked for two people but upon check-in, one of the beds wasn't made up. Very disappointing. The shower hose was leaking and the water pressure became weak when the kitchen sink was used at the same time. There was only one key provided for the two rooms which made it inconvenient to lock each room separately. The main door also felt unsafe because the door frame was almost broken.
• Paula (8/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in front of Hannovermarket. - Spacious two-bedroom apartment with common area and toilet separated from bathroom. The apartment was equipped with washing machine and other useful appliances. The location was very convenient, close to metro stations and local restaurants with good food. The apartment could benefit from a more accurate cleaning. The shower also had a little issue with the hose.

• Jasmin (2/5): - Es war sehr dreckig. Außerdem war die Wohnung nicht geheizt, als wir angekommen sind - bei Außentemperaturen von ca. 6 Grad hatten wir 13 Grad in der Wohnung. Vom Unterkunftgeber wurde keine Entschädigung geboten.

• Dewulf (4/5): - It was well connected to the city. Parking: The advertisement of the accomodation said that there was parking available. We booked this accomodation because of the parking facility, since we had a car. However, 2 days before arrival, I asked more information regarding the parking, and then the host said that there was no parking. Hot water: There was no hot water for the shower when we arrived. We turned the boiler on ourselves and then it worked for one night. The next day the boiler did not work, even after we tried to turn it on. The boiler is also small for an apartment that can host four people, so there is not enough hot water for everyone. Heating: The central heating in the apartment is running from the same boiler as the hot water for the shower. When the boiler switched off during the night, it switched off the heating as well. By the morning, the apartment got very cold. On top of that, we were unable to switch it back on. Although the boiler was turned on, the gas flame was not on so was not working and heating up the apartment. Noise: This is not on the host, but there is a market in front of the apartment. The noise on Saturday morning at 5 am was really loud when they were setting up the market.
• Ana (7/5): Mostly positive, but one big problem - Very good location with quick access to metro and tram stations. You can get around the city quickly due to this. Apartment is part of an old building but very modern and recently renovated. The bed is very confortable, the kitchen fully equipped. The view is okay, and the walls are thick enough to not hear any nearby rooms in the building. The biggest problem with the apartment was heating it during the winter. It's heated through a boiler in the bathroom, which had to be reset at least 30-40 times during our 3-day visit. Once reset, the apartment heats up quickly, but it literally stopped working every 20-30 minutes or so. Nights are really cold when it's not working, we had to help ourselves with double blankets. The first night we were freezing, because we did not know about the boiler problem, as there were no instructions about it upon arrival. The boiler also controls the water, if the boiler isn't therefore working, the water in the kitchen, shower and bathroom are freezing cold. We skipped showering the first day, because of the cold water. Keep this in mind if you're planning to visit during winter. Also do not be surprised with loud noises, there are alot of markets below the apartment, which can be easily heard, especially in the morning.

• Marco (5/5): - Posizione molto comoda e ben fornita La struttura era sporca, molta polvere e molte ragnatele, il riscaldamento nel bagno non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno rendendo molto difficile anche una semplice doccia viste le basse temperature di Vienna a metà ottobre

• fanny fatna (8/5): - Les lits étaient confortables et l'appartement en lui même était très bien et propre. - il y avait du café et du thé à disposition! Merci. Quelques points négatifs néanmoins: -l'emplacement de l'appartement dans un immeuble plutôt sale et bruyant. - Le fait d'être face au marché engendre forcément des nuisances sonores. - Le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine.

• Mery (8/5): Lo staff molto gentilissimi, presto per qualsiasi cosa che avevamo bisogno - Il letto erano molto comode, tutto pulito, la mia famiglia e io abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ho utilizzato la cucina c’era tutto che c’era bisogno Il condizionatore non raffredda niente, è state, agosto quindi fa caldo, il letto era comodo ma con il caldo io no ho potuto godere bene di la comodità dil letto

But in saturday it begin preparing work And napíše very early. The only thing I didn't like, when comparing the price-quality ratio, was that the main entrance door to the entire house had no locking, and the locks were relatively loose.The hallway in the house was really unsealed and not clean and it felt very dark and dangerous, but it was just an impression.

It’s opposite a market so unfortunately there is a bit of noise early in the morning and some kind of construction that was on and off from 4:30am. It’s not very close to central Vienna.

• Michele (7/5): Ok - Comfortable beds and relatively quite building. Large rooms. Entrance, stairs, and apartment entrance in a poor status. Sink in the apartment corridor full of cigarettes, beer cans and bottles in the stairs.

• Adam (5/5): Passable - I booked the apartment at the last minute. Nothing closer to the stadium was available. The ordered apartment had very good equipment. It's not the apartment owner's fault, he's trying to do business. But in an unsuitable location, which lowers his ratings. The price was higher than usual due to the great interest in Ed Sheeran's concert (I accept that, I also cooperate through booking. The surroundings outside the apartment were not suitable for my family. I was afraid to spend the night in the area. Apartment not maintained. The windows in the corridor are broken. The corridor in the apartment building is dirty. The door to the apartment building is old and drawn. In the evening, a local concert that bothered my family
• Magdalena (6/5): It was fine but not great - -two separate bedrooms -a lot of space -fun things to do relatively close by -easy parking nearby (street parking & parking garage) -the Hannovermarkt (Mon-Sat) is right next door and set up starts very early (4:30/5:00am) and is VERY loud -the AC in the big bedroom didn't work properly. It blew air but didn't get cool like the other two units -the big bedroom stays pretty bright bc there is no curtain for the milk glass door -there is no couch even though the place is certainly big enough and feels pretty empty as it is. The only seating is at the dining table
