- Raabe (9/5): Großzügige, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Wien - Die Wohnung ist großzügig und toll eingerichtet. Sogar Kaffee- und Spülmaschinentabs liegen bereit. Vielen Dank! Im Hinterhof wächst ein Riesenbaum und nimmt der Wohnung das Licht. Der Balkon ist ungepflegt, die Auflagen sind verschmutzt, die Balkonpflanzen nehmen weiteres Licht und sind einfach nur Kraut. Das ist so schade, weil die Wohnung schön ist.

- Stephanie (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Der Zugang zum Wohnkomplex ist sehr einfach mit einem Zahlencode möglich. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Sowohl das Appartement als auch der Wohnkomplex sind sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es gibt kurze Gehwege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokalen und U-Bahn-Stationen. Mit den U-Bahn-Linien U6 und U4 ist man schnell in Schönbrunn, der Einkaufsmeile oder in der Innenstadt. Das Team von AbiesHomes ist immer sehr zuvorkommend und fragt während des Aufenthalts nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal hier und werden immer wieder gerne ein Appartement von AbiesHomes mieten. Man hat nichts auszusetzen.

La dus ar fi nevoie de o poliță pentru articolele cosmetice și este necesară schimbarea blatului de bucătărie din zona bateriei de chiuvetă și alinierea ușilor de la dulapul de bucătărie.

- Carmen (8/5): Gute Wahl für eine Nacht in Wien - Apartment mit 2 Zimmern. Beide Räume mit TV, Sitz Bereich zum gemeinsamen frühstücken, Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs vorhanden. Nahe der U Bahn Längenfeldgasse, BILLA und Apotheke um die Ecke. Check in ohne Kontakt mit Code reibungslos. Bett im Wohnbereich sehr hart, ist eine Schlafcouch, für eine Nacht okay länger würde ich es nicht wollen, Räume sind hellhörig.

It is in a great location - metro, bus, tram lines were all within couple minutes of walking from the apartment, but you could also easily walk from there, although it was very cold during our stay, so we used the convenience of the public transport. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and has a lot of shops and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive and really ensured we got everything we need. We were also able to leave the luggage prior to check in which was a really nice gesture. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with one of the best king size beds ever. The Nespresso machine with capsules that the hosts would refill upon the ask was cherry on the top of a great stay at Abieshomes. could not find anything that I did not like

- Gerald (10/5): sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Appartment in einer ruhigen Gegend - sehr schönes und sauberes Appartment in einer ruhigen Gegend nur 2 U-Bahnstation von Schloss Schönbrunn entfernt. Bei Problemen war sofort jemand vom Team vor Ort. Außerdem konnten wir einen Platz in der Tiefgarage buchen, die zum Appartmentkomplex dazugehört. Die Einfahrt von der Straße ist zwar etwas eng, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung ist neu. Sehr bequemen Betten

- Volkan (10/5): - The apartment is close to the metro station. The kitchen is sufficient; it has almost everything we need. The apartment staff are very helpful and kind. The internet connection is good. We were able to watch TV properly and didn’t face any issues. This made us happy because we had experienced many problems in places where we stayed before. There are many markets such as Billa, Penny, and Yedigün close to the apartment. They adjusted the temperature for us when we asked them. This was the best place for us in Vienna. We really appreciate staying here.
- Natalia (1/5): - Our stay at this place was a complete disaster. First of all, we did not receive the apartment we actually booked. Instead, we were given a completely different one, which the owner tried to call an “upgrade”. In reality it was clearly a downgrade in every possible way. When we entered the apartment the first thing we noticed was a terrible smell – a mixture of sweat and cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the smell was only the beginning of the problems. The apartment was in a very poor and disgusting condition: • the walls were dirty, • cupboards were damaged and barely functioning, • the floor was worn out and dirty, • there were spider webs everywhere, including in the corners and on the ceiling, • the bathroom had visible mold/fungus, which smelled terrible, • the kitchen and its equipment looked very dirty and unhygienic. The apartment looked completely different from the photos shown on the booking website. The listing is clearly misleading compared to the real condition of the place. Because of the very poor hygiene and overall state of the apartment, we could not stay there at all. It simply did not feel safe or clean enough. Since we arrived late at night due to our flight, we had no choice but to look for another hotel at night, which was extremely stressful and frustrating. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and completely ruined the start of our stay. I strongly recommend being very careful before booking this place.

Fácil acesso ao metro. Tem supermercado, padaria e restaurante muito próximos. Não havia detergente para lavar a louça. A estação do metrô ficava uns 10-15 minutos andando.

Way too much furnitures in the apartment than needed. Make it even to move in apartment very difficult and you keep getting bumped into funitures. Even though they offered the checkout at 12:00, they sent people to clean clean the apartment at 11 and when we went for checkout it was weird. Parking 37 euro a day is too costly anywhere.

All the necessary details were provided to us two days before arrival. Parking is available about 800 meters from the accommodation and can be reserved through the Repark app, with a price of €8 per day.

We booked for 6 nights ….The first day when we get there we could see that it was not very clean the house it was everywhere dust and hair even under the sheets that’s supposed to be clean the first day.Not to mention under the bed o my God ….Anyway after 4 days I see the woman who was cleaning the apartment next door and I ask her to throw the garbage and she said that it’s not her job to do that that it’s our responsibility.They didn’t clean neither one time the holed time we was staying there.Neater the flor nothing,and also with us my friends booked the same hotel so as they’ve told me they had same treatment as us no cleaning for the 6 days we stayed.Only towels was given.Plus we also had problems with the front door downstairs witch had code for unlocking and at the night it was blocking all the time most of the time we were just waiting on the cold for someone going out and opening to us and we wore freezing out side.Until we find way to go in from the garage …I sent an email they’ve told us that they will fixed or restarted and the next day the same thing happened. This was our experience with Abieshomes and it was 11 people our company with us.

- Miloslava (10/5): Все отлично, цена конечно высоковата но мы были в рождественские, новогодние праздники цена всегда выше, если приедем ещ - Тепло, уютно, безопасно, хорошее расположение, магазины близко, метро в пешей доступности. Стол шатался, и 3 стула нас было 4, но это мелочи. Не было тряпки и метлы, чтоб немного прибраться когда это нужно, но мы не просили, хотя я думаю можно было.
