• Sanyi (10/5): Ideális szállás pihenéshez és a város felfedezéséhez. - A szállás remek helyen van, villamossal nagyon könnyedén megközelíthető, valamint kisebb sétára van metró megálló is, ezáltal ideális a város felfedezéséhez. A környék nem zajos, éjszaka csend volt. Közelben van élelmiszerüzlet is. A lakás és az épület tiszta, rendezett. Bejutni egyszerű, lift is van így nem kell lépcsőzni sem.

• Anisha (7/5): A decent place for a family to live in. - The location is very well connected with transport lines. Decently spaced house. The blinds more than 50% were not proper. Due to which the 5:30am sunlight wasn’t something we wanted on a holiday.

• Farinos (6/5): Appartamento moderno, ma poco curato - L'appartamento era pulito. Era servito da ascensore. La macchina del caffè con capsule molto buone Il check in/ out fatto in autonomia grazie alle cassette di sicurezza con codice Alcune delle tende oscuranti erano rotte, alle 4.30 del mattino entrava molta luce e si faticava a dormire, abbiamo segnalato al proprietario il problema, ma non ha provveduto a sistemarle. Quindi abbiamo provato noi a "tappare" la luce con i cuscini delle sedie.. La fermata della metro Gumpendorfer Straße si trova a 8/10 minuti a piedi, ma non è il massimo, sia di giorno che di sera c'erano svariati soggetti in evidente stato alterato.. Il materasso matrimoniale molto scomodo, c'era conca di usura e ad ogni movimento scricchiolava. L'appartamento non è dotato di molti accessori esempio forbici, rotoli di carta da cucina/tovaglioli di carta, appendi abiti ecc.. si sentono molti rumori (tram che passa sotto casa e schiamazzi) Avendo un lato vetrato dove batte il sole, l'appartamento era molto caldo, impossibile dormire con finestre un po' aperte causa rumore

• Angelika (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für Städtetrip und sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung - Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Check in unkompliziert. Für drei Personen waren ausreichend Küchenutensilien vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die Bahnhaltestelle ist ebenfalls sehr nah gelegen und man kommt in 15-20 Minuten zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war nur ein Teil der Verdunklungsjalousien funktionsfähig; eine unmittelbar neben dem Bett war schon notdürftig repariert und ließ sich nicht mehr ganz schließen, was es im Zimmer hell machte
• Guerrero (1/5): Si no tienes ninguna otra opción, vale, pero no volvería - La ubicación y la cama no estaban mal No tiene microondas, ni horno, por lo que cocinar se complica, además la única sartén que hay es un horror (se pega todo). No había ni una triste escoba. Tampoco había ni una mini lamparita, por lo que estar de noche en la cama con la luz encendida era un horror (luz de hospital). La cortina de la ducha no llega al suelo y se moja todo el baño. Además la manguera de la ducha estaba suelta y tuvimos que repararla nosotros mismos. En general, la casa estaba sucia.
• Anna (8/5): Qualità prezzo molto buona per un appartamento con tutto il necessario! - - La possibilità di avere una piccola cucina con frigorifero e un tavolo dove poter mangiare; - il bagno con la doccia in camera; - la vicinanza a una fermata del tram e a un supermercato; - la macchina del caffè con capsule e un bollitore per il té; - il prezzo conveniente; - presenza di asciugamani piccoli e grandi; - l’host è stato reattivo per messaggio aiutandoci con il Wi-Fi. - si potrebbe aggiungere uno straccio per asciugare le stoviglie, noi le abbiamo trovate bagnate al nostro arrivo; - la tenda della doccia più lunga per evitare di bagnare fuori dalla doccia; - aggiustare le tende che non oscurano completamente la stanza di notte.

Tek sıkıntısı yanmış tava bırakılmış olması. Temiz bir tava olmasını dilerdim. Gayet merkezi. Mariahilfer metro istasyonuna yürüyerek 15 dk veya hemen önünden geçen tramvaya binebilirsiniz Tek bir adet omlet tavası olması ve onun da yanmış olması. Çok kötü. Misafire bırakılmaya uygun bir tava değil.

Környék rendben van, kisebb-nagyobb boltok elérhetőek, éttermek 500 méteres körzetben találhatóak. Szállás jól felszerelt, volt kávé is bekészítve. - Nem lakás és nem tulajprobléma, de a lift a lakóházban többször nem működött - Egy mikróhullámsütő hiányzott nagyon -

• Breznik (10/5): Odlično - Vse je bilo super. Studio je na odlični lokaciji. Do centra lahko brez problema prideš peš, takoj zraven pa je javni prevoz. Studio je prostoren in čist. Na voljo je bil tudi aparat za kavo s kapsulami. Ni na voljo parkirnega prostora, je pa možnost parkiranja ob cesti pred nastanitvijo.

• Lisa Maria (5/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, wenn es nur ums übernachten und duschen geht. - Sie lag sehr zentral und wir waren innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Es war sehr geräumig, mit großer Küche und durch die Fußbodenheizung wurde es auch schnell warm. - Fenster und Fensterbretter waren leider extrem schmutzig - in der Küche leider wenig vorhanden, von dem was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt (Geschirrtücher, Salz, Zucker) - kaputte Kaffeemaschine - Matratze durchgelegen - Schrank sehr unpraktisch und zu klein - Dusche läuft aus, trotz schließen der Türen

Perfecto para lo que se busca: un sitio para dormir, comer y asearse mientras disfrutas de la ciudad. Aunque había horno, eché en falta un microondas, y las almohadas eran bastante incómodas por ser demasiado altas.

• Drascek (9/5): - The position was great if you need a place near the Weiner stadthalle and also near Schonbrun. Great places around the apartment to eat typical austrian food for normal prices. Near the subway, also a lot of parking garages so you can leave your car and just use the buses, underground or metro to go to the center. The studio had everything you neew for a great weekend in the city. You can even cook your own meals if you dont want to spend money, because the kitchen is big and comfy. Great place! Everything was perfect, just the matress was not so comfortable.

No obstante, faltan algunos pequeños electrodomésticos, como una tostadora. El barrio está bien, tiene de todo a pocos minutos andando: supermercado, restaurantes, etc. La ubicación no es ideal para visitar el centro de Viena. Hay que coger un autobús y un metro. Sin embargo, para el palacio de Schonbrunn, está muy bien situado, a unos pocos minutos en tranvía.

• Kateryna (10/5): Вена To Ta studio - Номер очень светлый, просторный. Температура комфортная, регулируется, теплый пол. Система заселения очень простая, инструкции подробные, все замечательно. Трамвайная остановка поблизости, найти дом очень легко, в google maps есть метка, можно сразу набрать To Ta Studio, местоположение определяется без введения адреса. В номере достаточно посуды, есть все необходимое. В ванной мыло и гель для душа, фен. Все было отлично, рекомендую.
• PRERIT (5/5): - There is an elevator, so carrying big bags is not a problem. Cleanliness is good. Overall a small unit which just does the job for you for a short stay. The stay is very near to tram stations, which take you to all popular stations, especially westbahnof station. Rooms are small, feels a bit claustrophobic

• Tamara (7/5): Für kurze Aufenthalte gut geeignet - Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns sehr praktisch (3 Freundinnen für 3 Tage). Die Lage war ganz süß, in der nähe gibt es Cafés mit veganen Optionen und es ist nicht allzu weit zum Westbahnhof. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, was sehr sehr praktisch ist, da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, bei Regen atmosphärisch durch die Dachfenster. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, was wichtig ist, da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt und viele Fenster hat. Der Check-In war unkompliziert :) Es war (vor allem in der Küche) nicht besonders sauber, wir mussten das gesamte Geschirr neu spülen, weil es voller getrockneter Essensreste war. In den Schränken sollte auch mal gewischt werden. Die Küchenausstattung ließ auch zu wünschen übrig: Es gab kein Geschirrtuch, nur wenige Gläser und Teller und nur Salz. Außerdem gibt es zwar eine Spülmaschine, aber leider keine Tabs, für eine dreitägige Reise kaufe ich aber nicht extra Spülmaschinentabs. Das Doppelbett war leider sehr durchgelegen und unbequem, die Matratze sollte dringend getauscht werden.

• Besnard (8/5): Très bon endroit pour court séjour à Vienne - Studio spacieux et propre. Situé juste à côté du tramway. Il possède la climatisation ce qui était top. Nous avons réservé une place en garage au dernier moment et cela a été faisable donc grande réactivité. Le rideau douche, c’est peu hygiénique et cela met de l’eau partout.
• VIJAY (8/5): Very nice stay since proximity to train bus metro and other malls and markets. - Location is excellent.property is on top floor hence very good light and view. The owner is very co operative. Place is very good for a couple. Adding a small oven in the kitchen will be very useful.Also the room gets very hot during daytime due to direct sunlight. Suggest to improve the Ac performance and addition of a pedestal fan for cooling. Also all windows have the moving sunshade but only one is working probably it can be repaired.

• Celleri (10/5): Todo perfecto, recomendable - Los anfitriones son muy amables. Por los horarios de viaje que teníamos nos permitieron llegar un poco antes del horario del check in y dejar el alojamiento un poco despues del check out. El departamento es muy còmodo, luminoso y la cocina esta equipada con utensilios suficientes para unas vacaciones. Tiene heladera grande y freezer. Si bien està un poco alejado del centro, en 12 minutos a pie se llega a la estacion de metro del U3 o del U4 y ambos te llevan al centro en 20 minutos. Tiene supermercados relativamente cerca (estar atentos que los domingos la mayorìa estan cerrados). La zona parece bastante residencial con lo cual no hay mucho movimiento pero parece tranquila Al ingresar al edificio hay olor a basura, pero dentro del departamento no se huele.
