• Nadine (10/5): Perfect location, spotless apartment we'll be back! - An outstanding choice for experiencing Vienna from a truly central location. The Leopold Museum, Natural History Museum, MuseumsQuartier, and City Hall are all within easy walking distance, yet the street itself stays pleasantly quiet. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and metro and tram stops are right nearby — though many highlights are close enough to simply walk. The apartment is spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished. The generous living and dining area feels immediately welcoming, and the two bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy with very comfortable beds. Cleanliness is excellent throughout and everything is well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped — coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, all the utensils you need — and the bathroom is large with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The separate toilet is a real bonus when travelling with family or friends. The building has a lift, which makes arrival and departure easy with luggage. Check-in was smooth and stress-free. Instructions were clear, responses quick and professional, and login details arrived two days before our stay. We didn't miss a thing. If we return to Vienna, we already know where we'll be staying. Nothin I didn't like, everything was provided beforehand.

• Debra L (10/5): Fabulous apartment with balcony and great views around 20 mins walk from Stephansplatz - Beautiful, light and really comfortable apartment. Bedrooms were dark and quiet and we slept really well. The bed in the main bedroom was huge! Apartment is on 5th floor in a historic building but there is a fast lift. Loved the little balcony and the views. Quirky neighbourthood with some interesting little shops. Right next to all the museums. 6 mins walk to the Volkstheater U-bahn station and just over 20 mins walk to Stephansplatz. This was our fourth trip to Vienna and the best accommodation so far. We arrived late and did self check in, which involves calling a phone number to buzz open the main entrance to the building. For some reason, we couldn't call on either my phone or my husband's phone and we ended up having to ask a helpful local to call the number from their phone. Once inside the apartment there are codes and keys which worked fine.
• Agata (10/5): - Przepiękne, ogromne, wygodne mieszkanie w znakomitej lokalizacji, zapewniające wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia. Łatwe zameldowanie. Po prostu marzenie - serdecznie dziękujemy! Nie wyobrażamy sobie dogodniejszych warunków dla osób podróżujących w większym gronie (salon z kuchnią i sofą oraz toaleta mieszczą się na parterze, dwie sypialnie i łazienka - na pierwszym piętrze). Elegancki budynek z windą. Miałam niestety kłopot z otrzymaniem od personelu zarządzającego faktury, której potrzebowałam do rozliczenia wyjazdu służbowego, mimo że nie zapowiadano w korespondencji jakichkolwiek trudności. Ale poradziłam sobie bez faktury.

• Torsten (8/5): - Gute Lage, alles schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Schöne große Wohnung. Wie schon in den Bewertungen angesprochen, fehlen Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern. Am Nebengebäude wurden gerade Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. Vom Baugerüst aus konnten Bauarbeiter in das Schafzimmer und auch in das Badezimmer schauen. Da geht gar nicht und muss abgestellt werden.

• Charlie (8/5): - Grand espace, la terrasse au soleil, les canapés très confortables, les équipements (il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine), la propreté, la réactivité des hôtes, la proximité des ''must do'' Le seul bémol est cette absence de volet dans les chambres. Un peu gênant pendant notre séjour en février mais ça doit être plus embêtant en été.
• Verheyen (9/5): Magnifique appartement cosy près du centre - Appartement magnifique, spacieux, très propre, très bien situé, proche du centre. Métro et magasins à proximité, facile d'accès. Nos hôtes étaient très gentils et disponibles, réponse très rapide a nos questions. Ils avaient mis du chauffage et laissé les lampes allumées pour nous accueillir. Nous avons passé une merveilleux séjour à Vienne.Tout était parfait, appartement à recommander sans hésiter. Rien à redire
• Yulia (10/5): Удобно. Воспользуемся еще - Очень удобные апартаменты в самом центре города, было тепло и уютно. Чисто везде. Много посуды, посудомойка. Посуда для приготовления еды, все прилипает ко дну и готовить проблематично. Но если питаться в кафе и ресторанах, то этот минус даже не заметно :). Чайник нужно заменить на более качественный пластик, иначе привкус этого пластика в кофе/чае. Также как и фен.

Lack of window coverings in the bedroom - not a big problem in late October, but could be a big issue during the longer days in spring and summer.

• Ioana-Gabriela (9/5): I would rebook - The location was amazing, in a wonderful building and the apartment was renovated and made to feel homey. It was spacious, clean and practical. The downsides are: the lack of air conditioning, the windows in the main bedroom did not close completely, letting hot air in, but also could not be opened at all to ventilate early in the morning, no shades at the windows.
• Leoschnecke (9/5): Schöne, zentrumsnahe Wohnung - Sehr schöne Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Nah am Zentrum, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, U- Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Großzügig Platz Es gibt keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, es ist um 5 Uhr im Schlafzimmer taghell. Hier sollte mit Rollos nachgebessert werden. Man liegt direkt unter dem gleissenden Dachfenster. Im WC gibt es keinen Mülleimer. Gar keine Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden, keine Kaffeefilter, kein Salz, usw. Man muss wirklich alles mitbringen. Parkplätze nur für Anwohner ( mit Pickerl). Haben uns nach ewiger Parkplatzsuche ins Parkhaus Lerchenfeldstrasse gestellt, sehr teure Gebühren, 24 Std 47€, mit Apcona Parkapp nur 17€, daher unbedingt vorher die App runter laden und registrieren. Hat dann tatsächlich funktioniert und wir haben nur rund 75€ für 5 Tage gezahlt, was für Wien ein Schnäppchen ist... Balkon ist sehr klein und verfügt auch nur über Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen.

• Sam (6/5): Good flat but no window blinds is a problem - The flat is located very well, is clean and has all the amenities we look for with one exception - no functioning window blinds. Unfortunately the window blinds are either missing or don’t work. As a top floor / penthouse flat this is problematic with the pillows of one of the beds literally under two massive skylights that beam light in during the early hours of the morning. As such we didn’t sleep that well. When we booked the flat we didn’t realize this issue and it should be a relatively easy fix, but we wouldn’t come back if this issue wasn’t rectified. Other than the window blinds issue the flat was very good.
• Christa (7/5): Good place but some improvements needed. - Clean, quality furnishings, comfortable. Great location No blinds on windows and doors meant it was impossible to shut out sun, heat and sleep was impossible after 6 am. In this current climate that is unacceptable.

• Zsuzsanna (9/5): Superb - A beautiful, spacious apartment in an attractive, vibrant neighborhood with many restaurants and shops. Very close to museums. The apartment was very clean. The strict adherence required to checkout and check in times was very inconvenient. It would help to have a dedicated place or service for storing luggage. The left luggage company suggested by the host was hard to locate using the link provided and was closed. Shower gel, paper towels , coffee and tea were not provided and would have been greatly appreciated.

A bit far out, but very good value for money. - We were confused by the instructions about getting into the property from the street and it is not a very pleasant street, especially at night. In fact it was fairly simple but the instructions were unclear about phoning a number as no-one answered.

Some lovely restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity. TV good with Netflix etc Lift access Small balcony/terrace overlooking rooftops which was quite atmospheric in the snow! Good communication with owners Location excellent but was very icy and the pavements on streets near the apartment had not been gritted so difficult to walk around that area, especially at night which was a shame. Not fault of the apartment though, just a note to anyone with potential mobility issues going there in winter! Didn't seem to be any blinds on skylight windows in the master bedroom and if there were, no instructions on how to close them. Slightly sterile decor but may be a matter of taste. Pillows a little thin and only one available per person Heating went off on a few occasions and was pretty cold, unclear how to operate central heating and appeared to be on automatic.
• Jill (7/5): Good - The location is excellent and walking distance to nearly everything in the City Centre. The lengthy instructions to get in for the first time were confusing. There are several doors to the property, a phone call was needed, and overall it didn't really go smoothly. A helpful and kind neighbor let us in. We had luggage and were tired. I suggest sending some photos of the doorways to guests. Once in the first time, and knowing which door to use, entering the property went well. I also had hoped for some minimal food items in the kitchen... coffee and tea, salt and pepper, etc. There's nothing whatsoever. One light duvet and one pillow was provided per bed. We were quite cold until the heaters warmed up the apartment.
