• Maike (8/5): Tolle Wohnung für unser langes Wochenende - Sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein paar Urlaubstage benötigt. Von Bahnhof waren wir zu Fuß relativ schnell bei der Wohnung und zur Oper waren es zu Fuß auch nur ca 20 min. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Wir durften auch schon früher in die Wohnung, das hat uns den ersten Tag sehr erleichtert, da wir das Gepäck dann los waren :) Sofa war sehr hart
• Liubove (10/5): - Апартаменты очень чистые, просторные, тёплые и уютные. Кухня отдельно и есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Местоположение просто замечательное, до центра можно дойти и пешком, но недалеко расположены остановки трамвая, автобуса и метро. Мы остались в восторге от роскошной Вены и от приветливой хозяйки такой классной квартиры Марины! Так как я люблю готовить, то мне не хватило большой сковороды с крышкой, есть только маленькая сковорода с крышкой и побольше квадратной формы, но без крышки. Это было, пожалуй, единственное неудобство.

Ο καναπές δεν μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει τρίτο άνθρωπο,δεν είναι καθόλου άνετος,όπως επίσης δεν φαίνονταν κ τόσο καθαρός.Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα δεν μύριζαν καθαριότητα . Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν πλήρης σε όλα τα σημεία.Το βεσε μύριζε περίεργα.
• Juliana Marinho (8/5): Ottima posizione - Appartamento grande e luminoso con grandi finestre, posizione eccezionale, ascensore, palazzo e zona veramente tranquilli. La cucina ha tutto l'occorrente. Come al solito i divani letti non sono granché, ma questo era molto scomodo, sarebbero graditi altri cuscini a disposizione e la tenda l'oscurante in soggiorno.. L'estrattore del bagno era fermo, penso rotto da molto tempo visto la quantità di polvere che aveva.

• Jean-Pierre (8/5): Calme et spacieux - Appartement spacieux et dans un environnement calme. Le canapé "lit" du salon mériterait d'être équipé d'un matelas car on ressent les cloisonnements. Et un four micro-ondes serait le bienvenu dans la cuisine.
• Martin (10/5): Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unseren Wientrip, nette Vermieterin - Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon zwei Stunden früher in die Wohnung, was uns mangels Schließfächern am Bahnhof, um unser Gepäck einzulagern, den ersten Tag gerettet hat. Der Zugang zur Wohnung in einem Mietshaus war unkompliziert. Die Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt, um Wien zu erkunden. Bus und Straßenbahn sind sehr nah, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Unser Sohn war vor allem begeistert, dass es in 600 m Entfernung eine Boulderhalle gab. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und für eine Ferienwohnung in der Stadt gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Smart TV Eigentlich nichts. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern/Jugendlichen war die Wohnung ideal. Nur mit mehreren Erwachsenen könnte es unbequem werden bei Belegung zu fünft.

• Mariana (9/5): Un apartament spaţios într-un cartier liniştit - Amplasarea bună, destul de aproape de staţia de tramvai, Cartier liniştit şi sigur, cu destul de multe magazine şi restaurante. Apartament curat şi spaţios, comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Bucătăria are puţine ustensile şi doar două oale. Lipsesc sacii de gunoi, a trebuit să cumpărăm noi un set întreg pentru a folosi un singur sac deoarece nu putem lăsa gunoiul o săptămână întreagă în bucătărie. Selecţie săracă TV, nu prea ai la ce să te uiţi dacă nu vorbeşti germana.

• Tamara (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. A unos 15 minutos a pie de la Estación Central y a unos 20 minutos a pie de la zona de la Ópera y Albertina. Tiene buena conexión con tranvía y metro, así como supermercados y cafeterías cercanas. El barrio es tranquilo. La cocina está equipada pero sin microondas. El wc tiene su propia estancia, en la cual hay un bajante visto y se escucha bastante cuando cae agua, sobre todo en la noche. El sofá cama no es cómodo, pero pasable para un par de noches.

• Franziska (7/5): Gutes Apartment für einen Wien Kurztrip - - gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, Apartment leicht zu finden, ein früherer Check in wäre möglich gewesen - gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV (eine Station vom HBF, zu Fuß U-Bahn 10 min und Straßenbahn 5 min) bzw. viele Attraktionen auch fußläufig zu erreichen - Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe - Aufzug vorhanden - Schlafsofa war unbequem - sehr hellhörig

• Kit (5/5): Havde lejet lejligheden for selv at kunne lave mad og valgte den også pga. Beliggenheden tæt på bus, sporvogn og Metro o - Beliggenheden Forekom noget slidt. Bl.a. faldt håndtaget til ovnen af og jeg måtte reparere med et stykke papir i skruehullet. Køkkenudstyret var noget mangelfuldt. En ny stegepande kunne være rar at have.

• Manuel Alfonso (10/5): Experiencia enriquecedora en Berlín - Me gustó que los espacios eran muy amplios e iluminados, fue como retroceder a los años ochentas, todo muy bonito, todo muy de la época. Tanto el espacio del sanitario, como el espacio de la ducha, no se pueden cerrar con candado, sin embargo, cuando estás en familia, no hay por qué tener problema alguno. Tal vez algo de calor

• Lin (8/5): Very good - The location is good. We book it for 4 ppl, but the bed prepared for us is only for 3. Luckily they have additional sofa bed that we can pull out from bed room for the 4th person.

• Giddy (8/5): Was not modern or luxurious but clean and in good condition, everything worked and was v comfortable - nice location withing walking distance of various useful sites and on a bus and train line. Restaurants and supermarkets close, railway 1k. Lift small but good. Spacious older apartment with a perfect retro kitchen, very clean. Vienna is very quiet. Some eclectic touches but all clean and operational. Huge bed. Dishwasher and washing machine great. Good light, reasonable view. No complaints really, few more cooking utensils would be good, a microwave would not go astray. Coffee maker required one specific type of capsule and we never had time to find it and purchase it. Prefer drip coffee or plunger, cheaper, easier and better coffee. Everyone has a phone for directions but a map and a few notes on nearest bus and tram routes, close restaurants and supermarkets would make life easy. The thermostat could have been set at maybe 23 as 21 was a bit chilly and no spare blankets. We worked it out in the end but took two days.

• Frederiko (7/5): Good - The location was near the metro So the bathroom if you wanted to shower it didn't had a door which for renting the apartment for 4 people is unbelievable! It has a curtain and for 265€ per night for me that is unexeptable. The corners of the walls had spider web, and the towels where clean but they where smelling, besides that the drawers in the kitchen where so old that you could not open them
• Elizabeth (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location was near our son’s apartment and was the reason we chose it. There was an unavoidable problem with the WC during our final night. The host responded quickly when I notified her the next morning.

The kitchen was very nice, but the photo showed a drip coffee maker so my son gave us some ground coffee to use. We easily adjusted to using his French press coffee maker! We enjoyed our stay The bed was a bit low and soft for our age (over 70) but we did fine.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - A quiet location, with good value supermarkets and restaurants close by. Less than a twenty-minute walk to Karlskirche, but with good public transport connections a few minutes away if one doesn't want to walk. The apartment had good facilities and was comfortable to stay in. And the host was very helpful.
