• Martin (3/5): booked for 4 nights but had to move out and book another hotel after no sleep the first night. - check-in was smooth with a doorkey. room was well prepared. we had Apartment D (the smallest). maybe the other three are different. - the matrace. if you use the bed with your partner you will feel every little move of him/her. couldnt sleep because of that. - no curtains. there were interior blinds but they didnt give enough privacy from the opposite building and they also let in the daylight at 6:30 in the morning. good luck sleeping longer if you dont use a sleeping mask. - dogshit at the entrance. - room was smelling moldy at check-in. - the room door is not well noise isolated. you could hear other people in the hallway very clear and loud in the evening. but it was quiet during the night. - the pillows were too flat and low quality. had to fold my pillow in half to make it higher. only two pillows on the bed. my girl is used to sleep with a second pillow.

En la ducha la estantería para el jabón era metálica y estaba completamente llena de oxido con lo peligroso que es eso. Faltaban muchos detalles,no había mueble para guardar la ropa, solo varias perchas. En fin creo que el apartamento tiene varias carencias

• Stefan (10/5): A lovely place to stay for a short quiet getaway. - The place was exactly as shown in the photos. The bedsheets were spotless and we had a couple of Nescafe capsules waiting for us on arrival. Despite the accommodation being at street level it was really quiet. Moving around the city was a breeze because of how close the tram and bus stops are. We had everything needed to make some simple meals and more. Communication with the owners was relatively quick, considering the fact that we only used email. All in all, would return :)

• Susanne (9/5): Alleine ein angenehmes Appartement, zu zweit vielleicht etwas eng. - Angenehm kühles Appartment, ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, check in mittels Türcode hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ich hatte zum Check in eine Frage, da habe ich ein bisschen länger auf Antwort gewartet. Das Bad ist trotz Lüfter etwas feucht - ich habe die ganze Zeit die Tür offen gelassen und das Appartement sehr gut gelüftet, das hat geholfen.

Lebensmittelgeschäft ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt Leider war die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen und im Bad war über der Dusche an der Decke leichter Schimmel! Auch an den Fliesen! Der Rest war schön U wirklich sauber!!! Das ist das einzige was nicht perfekt war!!!

• Rita (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend - Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Die Größe war mich als Alleinreisende perfekt. Das Badezimmer ist auch nicht zu eng. Schöner Ausblick in einen grünen Innenhof. Als ich ankam war zwar das Bett frisch bezogen und es gab genug frische Handtücher. Jedoch war das Bad nicht geputzt. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war schmutzig und auf dem Boden im Bad waren schwarze Flecken. Auch an den Wänden des Bades gab es komische kleine schwarze Flecken. Außerdem roch es im Appartement sehr muffig und da es kalt war, konnte ich nicht gut lüften. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschender Zustand. Ich hatte das Appartement anhand der 8 Sterne gewählt, leider aber versäumt, die negativen Bewertungen zu lesen, die genau die gleichen Mängel angeben. Im Bad wäre eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtuch oder Kleidung sinnvoll. Seltsame Besteckauswahl, es gab Kuchengabeln und einen Korkenzieher aber keine Teelöffel.

Their bot on WhatsApp sent me the registration forms, which we had to fill out in order to check-in. I filled in the forms completely right after they sent them. On the day of our arrival, I realised that they still hadn't sent us the door code. I call the number given from the bot (not the number of the bot), and turns out that it is it's some other organisation that tells me they don't rent any accommodation. That made me think that we have been scammed, which is the only thing left to think. Eventually I found another number to reach them and they tell me that my passport information and credit card are missing from the form, that's why they couldn't check us in. In a very much distrust I sent them the passport and cc, and received the code immediately. However the whole experience with the bot and the wrong number it provided gave a lot of stress. Also the room is much smaller than in the pictures. It is described as a studio, however it just a room with a window that looked into nowhere.

The photos and description in the listing clearly indicated a unit with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen. However, what we actually received was a single-room studio with a bed, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom — nothing like what was advertised. This kind of misleading presentation is unacceptable, especially from a property listed on a trusted platform like Booking.com. It has caused us a great deal of disappointment and inconvenience. We kindly urge you to investigate this issue and ensure that the listing is corrected to reflect the actual layout of the property. Future guests should not be misled in the same way we were. • Munira (1/5): Please Avoid. Moldy apartment and smells strongly of sewage - Easy access to building and apartment My stay was miserable. The room is Moldy and the apartment smells incredibly bad. it smells like sewage unfortunately. I had to go to the store to buy air refreshens to mask the smell so I can breathe. The smell comes from the bathroom which I think is due to bad drainage. What is worse is that you cant close the bathroom door because there is no window to let the steam out. So the apartment is always steamed out, which explains the mold. The fridge provided had mold in it. I am very allergic to mold and I got sick staying there. I contacted the property asking for another room and stated my reasons. The wrote back saying that "My colleague checked the apartment before your arrival and everything was fine." The smell was horrendous and no one could miss that. I also have photos of the moldy fridge. It made my stay in Vienna miserable . I do not recommend and booking.com needs to do something about this.

We had everything we needed for a short stay. The apartment faced the street, and only one window separated us from it. When the window was open, we didn’t feel very safe. The sink was clogged, and the water drained slowly. When we moved the curtain, we saw a lot of mold around the window.

• Michael (6/5): Great kitchen and check-in process, but also hot and uncomfortable in the summer - The flat was very modern with and looked to be recently furnished, with a modern shower, door locking system, and furniture. Check in was relatively simple. Although I had the wrong door code, the owners responded within 10 minutes to help me access the apartment. As my trip was in the summer, the room was extremely hot and I found it very difficult to get to sleep. (Thermostat read 27 degrees, although I'm not sure if it's accurate) I had to keep the window open at night, but the neighbours sometimes stayed up talking until 2am, smoking and coughing loudly. A couple other small things: I would also add more cushions/pillows to make the bed more comfortable. And basic cleaning products too. Luckily I didn't need to use them, but I feel any flat with a kitchen needs some cleaning products in case of emergencies.
• Julija (3/5): The price is absolutely not justified - It's a great location, with easy connections both to tram and bus lines to the city centre. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The flat we stayed in (flat D) wasn't a flat at all, but a room and even that is putting it generously. While other flats get a normal kitchen/kitchenette this one is severely lacking with only a couple of plates, glasses, and cutlery. It doesn't even have a separate sink to wash the dishes in, not to mention a hob or a microwave. The room itself was clean enough, but the building hallway was an absolute nightmare. It was extremely mouldy and completely unvenitllated. For 165 euros per day you would expect not to stay at a health hazard. What's more, while booking I didn't even have an option to choose which flat I wanted to rent. I get that there was a lot of demand for accomodations in that time period but looking back, this was an absolute robbery. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The location was close to stores and public transit. The neighbourhood felt a little bit sketchy sometimes late at night. This is a personal opinion. There was a police station further up the road so it's probably safer than my impression suggests.
