• CHRISTINE (8/5): Appartement très agréable, excellente localisation - Conforme à nos attentes ! - Appartement spacieux, bien agencé, lumineux avec un accès par ascenseur. Calme et fonctionnel, bonne literie. Excellente situation pour les visites des points principaux de Vienne. Restaurants et supermarché à proximité, le typique marché Machmarkt est à découvrir. Accueil uniquement via messagerie, quelques difficultés pour l'ouverture de la porte de l'immeuble. Nous avons du patienter un peu ! Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées à la plaque de cuisson ou rideau de douche !

• Nelson (10/5): Totally worth it - Location location location. Close to EVERYTHING. Bright, sunny, clean and contemporary. The host was contactable by booking app, never met them, but they were friendly and awesome. Look, the floors are creaky.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - The apartments are located close to the different places of interest . Theater An Der Wien , Albertina , Wiener Staatsoper are near by . Naschmarkt is a really nice place to have breakfast , lunch or dinner and to bay some goods
• Caroline (7/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient. - Location was good for accessing all activities, close to bus and U-bahn. Supermarket next door and post office round the corner. Property was clean and warm. No microwave which was inconvenient. Very smoky stairwell/lift - not unexpected in a Viennese apartment block. A few spare towels would be appreciated. Some minor tlc required.

Short walk to the main attractions and Christmas markets. Handy having a grocery store directly below. Shower pressure wasn’t the best The entrance lobby at night is a bit difficult with no lighting

• Ela (3/5): Not appropriate for summer visits - Nothing We arrived at a very hot week and the property owner is not responsible for it, BUT: The only fan was broken ( we found in the reviews from July that someone already complained about it). The apartment owner was hardly responsive and only a day after she brought other fans that were old and noisy. The apartment is located on a very busy road and when the windows are opened all the noise from the traffic creates a very high noise level inside the apartment. When the windows are opened together with the road noises you are getting all night market restaurants smells ( like fried fish) . The noise level is so high that you can hardly sleep. The only relatively quiet time slot is between 1AM to 5 AM. When the curtains are opened you have zero privacy, when the curtains are closed - there is no air flow. The apartment is not well maintained - most of appliances are old or partly broken. The sofa bed in the living room that opened to provide the third sleeping place is not appropriate to sleep anyone - the bed has several height levels. The apartment is not clean ( a lot of dust everywhere, dirty shelves in the closets ), especially the kitchen. The bottom line: THIS APARTMENT IS NOT APPROPRIATE TO SLEEP MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR SUMMER VISITORS.
• Angela (7/5): Good - Location was just great and right in the heart of Vienna biggest market. Even of a walking distance to most of the must see of Vienna or easy access to underground service. Self check in was perfect and host made it very simple for us to access the building even though we arrived in the evening. Toiletries were available and even coffee and tea. Although we were a family of four grown ups we were not cramped and had enough space to roam around and privacy. This year's heat wave is killing, although it is nobody's fault, it must be made aware that the accommodation is not equipped for the immense heat. No AC available and there was only one fan that made a lot of noise and could not be used. We had to open the windows wide open and still found it difficult to sleep. Only blinds covered the windows and thus they could not be used since they would have killed any air ventilation, so it felt a bit bare. As for the rest accommodation it was equipped with the right necessities of a decent flat.
• Dennis (4/5): Old and dysfunctional bathroom totally unacceptable. - Excellent location for our particular interests. Very clean, roomy and well-supplied interior. The elevator to our third floor apartment was essential. Billa grocery market next door. The instant-on hot water heater causes wide swings in faucet temperature, several times scalding my skin. VERY difficult to set comfortable shower temperature. Toilet is old fashioned---has a fixed plate inside to hold excrement above the water in a stinking pile (for inspection, I suppose). No toaster or microwave, no lid for the big fry pan. No light over the stove. Exhaust fan not connected and not vented to outside. One small bulb light in the kitchen. No clothes dryer. Bathtub and floor dangerously slippery. Bathroom and toilet room doors stick, are hard to close. There are no teaspoons! Over the dining table was a poster of a guy in agony with forks stabbed into his eye sockets.
• Tina (9/5): Staying here was lovely and made our stay even better. - Great location. Windows excellent at keeping out noise. Great cross ventilation. Nice bathtub. Comfortable bed. Has a lift (elevator.) Very light as the description says. Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Liked the area and would stay here again. Fantastic access to transit. Could use a little bit of TLC. The broken or damaged items are very minor, a day or so of attention would correct them. The entry is a bit grim.

• Gail (10/5): As advertised. - Liked the apartment is clean, comfortable, great shower, great sleep, location perfect so close to everything. Supermarket next door, market across the road. Would stay again. There was just one thing, no toaster. Very small con, considering all the pro.
• Licas (4/5): Disappointing - The best thing of this hotel is location. Cross the street is the Naschmarkt. It takes 5 mins of walk to nearest underground and Tram station Karlsplatz. Overall we don't like the facility. At first look, it looks clean and the room is as big as the photo shown on website. However, there are some major flaws we can't ignore. First, there is NO curtain on the living room window. We value our privacy very much when traveling in foreign country. So this is a big minus point. Also the curtain in the bedroom is half broken. We have to step on the chair to operation it. The second issue is the heater in the bathroom is broken. We did contact the owner but couldn't get it fixed during our stay. Without heater, the bathroom is cold and wet. It's around 5 degree when we stayed there. Not a good experience. There are many other minor flaws that make us feel like staying in a cheap student house I don't have time to put them here. In conclusion, this apartment doesn't worth the price.

• Meri-tuuli (8/5): Nice bright apartement in Naschtmarkt - Nice and bright apartement. Big rooms, windows and lovely atmosphere. Basic facilities in the kitchen. Naschtmarkt marcet place is just front of the building. Silent area and good blackout curtains. Comfortable bed. Jenny was good host. Always answering to messages and key box easy self chek in was the best. Close tu U bahn and innerstadt walking distance. Microwave would be nice and useful. This apartement is just ideal for 2 people max. With 4 people I wouldnt recommended. Bathroom was quite cold during january.

• Jan (9/5): A great apartment in a convenient location - it was a great size and well located for sights, transport and the market.
• Rupa (9/5): Superb - Great location, sunny unit, very comfortable. Jenny was helpful and accommodating. Stove is tricky to light, only one burner seemed to work. Some street noise each night around midnight, but it didn't bother us.
