There was no on-site information about the apartment, its facilities or nearby facilities eg food shopping. No Housekeeping, and we were there for 3 weeks - unreasonable to expect paying customers to do cleaning/linen change. Carrying luggage up steps from the ground floor to the lift was difficult and not included in the description of the property.

• Timothy (9/5): A spacious and quiet apartment near Vienna museums. - This was an amazingly spacious property with rooms I didn't even use. The apartment is in a nice building which has an Art Deco feel, but the apartment itself is more contemporary in feel and very comfortable. It's in an excellent area for the museums, but not so good (at the moment) for access from the Metro. It's also very near to a big shopping street though the actual road with the apartment is quiet. There's a good atmosphere about the area. There's also a lift, which I found really helpful. It took me a while to work out the best routes into the city centre and to access the places of interest I planned to visit.

• Denitsa (10/5): Perfect location! Would stay here again! - Perfect location - right next to Mariahilferstrasse! Close to U2 (which is currently under construction), U3 and U1. You can reach MQ, the twin museums, Hofburg, Albertina and other monuments/attractions/galleries just by walking. The apartment itself has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, two ACs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), separate toilet and bathroom with great water pressure. Thanks for the hospitality, we hope to stay here again! It wasn't an issue for us, but there's no terrace/balcony. If you are a smoker you need to go outside (in front of the building).
• Debra (10/5): Tatyana was very responsive to several messages regarding checking in a bit early. The condominium exceeded our expectat - The property was beautiful and well-maintained. It was very spacious. My daughter was using the sofa bed in the living room, and appreciated the fact that there were doors to close the area that made it where the bedroom for her. Everything was excellent.

• Rima (10/5): Lovely large apartment that exceeded our expectations!! - - Perfect location for exploring Vienna- very close to the Museum Quartier, short walk to the Natural History and Art Museums, 15 minute walk to the Ringstrasse -Large, comfortable, modern, clean apartment in elegant building with locked outer door for good security - Easy contact with hosts via WhatsApp - Perfect A/C when needed! this is very hard to find in Vienna apartments-most of which have no or poorly provided air conditioning. Don't believe people who say you don't need A/C in Vienna! There were a few brutally hot days in early June when we were there. The bedroom and the living room had the most perfect quiet A/C - excellent wifi - there is an elevator if you need it, but this apartment is on the Mezzanine so easy to walk up. - the pictures on Booking.com don't do this apartment justice! nothing

The hosts are incredible, we had a little misunderstanding, but they answered the phone quickly and in less than 30 minutes they solved our problem. The location is also amazing. I’ll definitely book this apartment again if I’ll ever be back in Vienna. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful flat. It even has board games available. Great kitchen, wooden floor, rooms are huge. No view from any window and not very light. Also, no way to make the rooms drak for the night (curtains don't stop light).
