• June44S (10/5): - Es un sitio muy acogedor, calentito en invierno, y fácilmente accesible. Hay lo necesario para desayunar (té y café) y una nevera y un microondas para hacer algo rápido de comer. Todo me gustó.
• Erica Caetano (10/5): Minha 2a vez aqui - O conforto oferecido em cada detalhe e o charme da decoração e disposição das luzes ajudam a tornar a estadia ainda mais aconchegante. O apartamento é muito funcional e muito próximo ao metrô que dá acesso a tudo! Pra mim não é um incômodo, mas dá pra ouvir todo o barulho dos outros hóspedes. Porém isso é avisado nos detalhes da locação.

• ChrisRTW (8/5): Nice room in a residential area. - Nice room with a garden outside. It's in a quiet residetial area. There's nothing of interest for tourists in the area but the S-Bahn is only a 10 mintue walk away. There's a Spa supermarket 5 minutes away. The Wifi was good - 93mbps.. The self check in was easy - once I worked out how the key pad worked - it took a few goes. The walls are thin. The first night was quiet but I could clearly hear my neigbour's music on the second night. So it depends on who else is staying. I was warned about this when after I booked so it wasn't a surprise.

• Elena (7/5): Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Ob der Aufenthalt dann gut wird, hängt leider auch von den Nachbarn ab. - Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Ein Spar sowie eine Bäckerei sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Genauso wie eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man recht schnell zur nächstgelegenen U-Bahn Station kommt. Wie bereits von der Vermieterin beschrieben, ist die Unterkunft extrem hellhörig. Durch die kleinen Spalten im Holz hört man jedes Wort seiner Nachbarn. Ich hatte leider das Pech sehr rücksichtslose Nachbarn zu haben, die auch noch mitten in der Nacht extrem laut waren. Das fand ich sehr schade!

• Efe (10/5): Genel olarak her şey mükemmele yakındı, hem rahat etmek hem de kafasını dinlemek isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye eder - Oda gerçekten çok temizdi, hijyen açısından hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Her şey yerli yerindeydi ve fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konum olarak şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama yürümeyi seven biriyseniz bu sorun olmuyor, hatta gezinin keyfini bile artırıyor diyebilirim. Günün sonunda buraya dönmek çok rahatlatıcıydı; sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir ortam. Yoğun bir şehir turundan sonra dinlenmek için ideal bir yer.

(9/5): Sauber & ordentlich - zudem ideale Lage - ruhige Lage // ideal auch mit öffentlichen Mitteln zu erreichen // sauber & ordentlich // Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Hellhörigkeit, die von dem Vermieter erwähnt wird (war vollkommen in Ordnung) - klar, hört man ab und zu die Nachbarn, aber es war nicht störend für mich
• Leibner (10/5): - Ruhige Lage, gemütliches Zimmer, schöner kleiner Hof mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel , Bäcker, Spar und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Preis / Leistung passt auf alle Fälle. Zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder. Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Das Packetband an der Decke über der Schlafcouch war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da sollte Mal an eine Reperatur gedacht werden. Ansonsten aber alles Tip top.

• Sifoni (7/5): Good - Owner is very clear about lack of soundproofing, makes sure you understand that when booking. You really can hear everything. It was cosy and warm. Location is close to public transport. Had to ask for wifi password as info wasn’t left inside flat. Owner is pretty fast to respond. Ran out of toilet paper immediately, purchased my own rather than bother owner.

• Willem (9/5): Excellent apartment for a single traveler - it has a small Fridge and water cooker, comfortable chairs, clean apartment, quiet surroundings and only 15 mins from the metro The showerhead cant take much water pressure so getting it right its a bit of a hassle. The google link that was sent by the host to post the review on didnt work
• Kseniia (9/5): Superb - Had a wonderful stay. It exceeded my expectations. It was quite atmospheric to hear rain drops during nights and had a view to the garden. Very nice calm area.
• Mikhail (7/5): Good value for a money - Nice place with beautiful wooden design. Located near to subway station (about 10 minutes), it takes about 30 minutes to reach city center. There is a lack of air-conditioner, there is a fan, but there are a lot of mosquitos in case of opening a window. The bed is folding sofa.

• Yuhsuan (10/5): I have been traveling in Europe for a month, and this is the quietest and most relaxing place I’ve stayed. The room is c - 1. The room is very comfortable and looks just like the photos. The small kitchen is equipped with basic seasonings and oil, as well as a dishwasher. 2. Although the location is a 12-minute walk to the metro, there is a bus stop in front of the SPAR supermarket that takes you to the metro station, which is very convenient. 3. There is an extremely cute and affectionate cat in the garden. I hope the next visitors can continue to help feed it. 👍
• Peter (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was in a nice quite location, looked great from the outside and from the inside at first. Unfortunately, there was water dripping from the ceiling, so the bed needed to be moved. Also the water damaged the wood and mold began to form, so there was a bad smell in the apartment during the entire stay

• Kroko66 (10/5): Nice stay in the old, beautiful outskirts of Vienna. - The apartment is really beautiful. Everything is just perfect. The only thing, which is a bit drawback is lack of acoustic isolation, so if you have nasty or thoughtless neighbours, it's a real trouble. But, the host makes you aware of it in advance, so it is your choice. Apart from it the apartemnt is lovely. The host is very nice, the place is very quiet and safe, you have nice restaarants nearby, so I can reccommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you, Clara, hope to stay in your lovely place in the future. Nothing.

• Mihaela (10/5): Cozy room near the metro station - It was very close to the metro station and it had a cozy vibe to it. The bed was so comfortable that I almost didn't want to leave it. The hosts were kind and provided me with a fan and an umbrella. 10/10 would recommend it to everyone.

• Gaveika (5/5): Good and really beautiful equipped place for stay, not so far from center of city, maybe take a extra jacket for stay, b - Apartment is new repaired, furniture is beautiful. It was clean. Have microwave, coffee maschine, fridge, kettle and all coffee tabs, sugar was available. Good location if you go by metro. I like very “green thinking” approach- toilet use rain water, can separate waste. Walls are thin- you can hear neighbours very good, especially if some one wakes up a lot earlier than you😅. At first evening when I arrived was cold and was quite difficult to warm up, because there is only one heat element on the wall, but days after it becomes better and warmer, and owners help me out to solve problem, and turn on heet wile I was gone, so on second day when arrive back it was a lot better. For me was a little bit too dark, there are a lot of wall lamps, but I central light.
• Dermitzaki (9/5): Great stay. I recommend as a solo traveller! - Upon arrival, I entered the door code and was easy to collect my key once within the complex. As I arrived at 1.30am I took an uber as there was no public transport to the area from the airport. I will say transport in Austria is very reliable and safe. Was such cute touch that a chocolate was on my pillow (really loved that!). I was pleasantly surprised to see the toilets use rain water (massive fan of this!). The facilities such as free washing (the detergent was included! this is rare for a property so bonus points as I was staying for 9 days. My room did not come with the kitchen but was extremely well equipped with a fridge (and small freezer space), a coffee machine, kettle and more that I was impressed by and came in use. The privacy of the complex, although you can hear the other guests in the surrounding rooms, the location is private and felt extremely safe. The room was very well decorated and I was impressed by the size of the room - as they are bigger in person, it felt very warm and cosy. I thought being in Austria I would be cold... even without the heating on I was warm. In other news, the wifi connection is exceptional, and more than enough plug sockets to charge electronics. The location of the place is great, with food, beverage and transport all very close by. The area is clean and even over New Year's celebrations the area was still very peaceful and comforting to be at. Overall the value for the price was exceptional. I have already told friends/family about this place and recommend it to my network for future stays in Vienna. My first time in Austria (everyone is extremely friendly, polite and so so helpful). I am already planning to return in spring/summer. There was a usual mirror in the bathroom with good lighting however the room could do with a full length mirror (or the option to include one if one wishes to have one). Yes - my outfit choices require a full length mirror (I did cope without one though!). I would also ask for maybe more sustainable / eco products to be used within the complex but that is me being picky. Further to this my only serious criticism is that the sofa bed came with a single mattress and I found that my back hurt from the mattress provides. This usually never happens - but I do realise that I am use to memory foams. I know this could have happened if I was rolling from the mattress to the sofa side which were two different surfaces. There were ample pillows which helped a lot. But if I were to book again I would look into and acquire about the mattress quality. As I am in my early 20s and don't ever have back problems!!! Also - you might notice feedback about hearing your neighbours - the hosts were upfront about this once I booked and said that I could cancel if this would be an issue. Honestly - it was not a problem at all, I was in Top 3 and heard the visitors in Top 4 and the ones above my room. Yes the occasional loud singing, toilet flushing and murmurs but it didn't bother me as I would usually have something playing on my laptop that would contrast the other sounds. I would warn any couples - especially for romantic getaways this might not be somewhere you would want to stay if you know you'll be loud with your partner. Other than this I would highly recommend it to solo travellers, families etc.
• Šárka (9/5): Superb - I truly like the design and location. Apartment was super cozy and clean and I had everything what I wanted. I truly like that the toilet using rainwater! ❤️ If I will be in Wiena I would love turn back. IT was a bit little loud because of wood construction in the evening, but I slept pretty well And its just a small minus. Apartment is amazing!
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - The property has a very simple self-checkin system and the host is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the construction and design of the property very much. The wooden construction allows noises to come through the walls but the nights are calm, quite and provide excellent sleeping conditions.
