• Alexander (10/5): Toplage!!! Ausstattung na ja... - Die Lage ist perfekt, fussläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Austattung in der Küche könnte besser sein, vor allem ,weil Spülmaschine zu Verfügung steht. Das Besteck ist zu wenig nur 2 Teelöffel. Töpfe und Pfannen sind in einem ermüdeten Zustand. Kein Spülmittel und nicht einmal Spülmschinentabs. Mikrowelle zwar vorhanden, aber fünktioniert nicht.

• Monica (8/5): - Ubicación espectacular. El apartamento tiene todo tipo de servicios. Uno de los colchones de la habitación doble está en mal estado, muy incómodo. La cortina del baño hace el uso de la ducha claustrofobico.
• Ratchaya (9/5): Excellent base location for Vienna - Comfortable stay and great location. Very close to public transport and amazing cafes, restaurants. Also an amazing base for VCM runners and supporters! Can be a little noisy as next to busy street, and can also hear people walking upstairs. The owner is very open and suggests bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper prior to arriving.

Матракът в спалнята беше неудобен. Прането, оставено да съхне в кухнята за следващите гости. Също така бих се радвала да има малко сол и захар.

Котел на кухне сильно шумит, в квартире был запах сырости из за вещей которые сушились для следующих гостей, полотенца сильно воняли. Хозяин квартиры просит оценить квартиру на 10 баллов на букинг, в квартире следует сделать хотя бы косметический ремонт.

• Nedim (7/5): Good value for the price - Location was very walkable to the city center, and the railway station at Praterstern. It provided us with enough space, and parking garage is just across the street. It is on the third floor, easily accessible by elevator. Neighbourhood is pretty quiet. I especially liked the spaciousness of the bathroom and the fact that every room has a lot of windows. They should’ve told us that we can park during the night under the window. I dislike the fact that badsheets and towels are being dried in the kitchen during our stay. Because, despite the messege not to touch it because it is for furure guests, anyone could use it and put it back, what would make it dirty. Also the walls should be painted, especially around radiators. It misses real wardrobe and I believe that guests should be provided salt, more silverware and more towels. The bed in the living room could be bigger as well.

• Javier (10/5): Apartamento con una excelente ubicación en zona tranquila. - La ubicación, cerca de la estación del Pratter y de otras paradas de metro permitía moverse muy fácilmente por la ciudad. Además, el tener la posibilidad de guardar las maletas en un establecimiento de la red Bounce que estaba debajo del apartamento ayudó a que aprovechasemos el día antes de ir al aeropuerto. El colchón de la cama principal algo blando para mi gusto. Por lo demás la habitación y la vivienda fueron perfectas, así como la localización.
• Iryna (9/5): a comfortable and well-located place to stay - We arrived at night, and the host’s instructions were clear, so we found the key easily. The apartment is warm and cozy, with comfortable sleeping arrangements. It was nice that the host left some coffee. The location is very convenient: just a few minutes’ walk from the train station with direct connection to the airport, and about a 20-minute walk to the city center.

Les volets fonctionnent 😉 Tout était à disposition : gel douche, lessive, pastille lave vaisselle... Il a fallu batailler pour avoir 2 serviettes par personne... Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Le lit double inconfortable. Comme les autres commentaires : nous confirmons qu'un matelas sur les 2 du grand est à jeter! Très inconfortable L'utilisation de 2 petites couettes pour dormir dans le lit double qui ne s'avèrent pas pratique pour dormir surtout quand on est grand... Pas de plat pour le four... Et poêle très abîmées pour cuisiner Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ qui ne correspondent pas à ceux précisés dans l'annonce et envoyés par le gérant (16h au lieu de 15h et 10h au lieu de 11h)
• Tiago (7/5): Enjoyable stay overall, with a few reservations - + The location is excellent, with plenty of public transport connections to the city centre, train station and airport, + Heating worked well and was very welcome in the cold winter days we spent in Vienna, + The apartment is spacious and comfortable, + There is a well-equipped kitchen, + Indoor slippers at the entrance was nice, + Lots of desk space if work is necessary. - There were a number of problems that did bother us. In view of the 200 eur/night price: a) the apartment should have been much cleaner. This is ironic given the doormat states "Yes, you really have to take your shoes off". There were enormous amounts of dust and dust bunnies under the bed, suggesting this is not cleaned regularly. There was dust and even things like clothing plastic tags on the armchairs. b) the drain in the bathroom sink was not in proper order and accumulated water, c) the blinds both in the living room and bedroom were broken, such that rooms could not be completely darkened at night. - The mattresses in the bedroom are worn, with some sagging areas, which is not great for one's back. - As pointed out by many other guests, towels and sheets were hanging in the kitchen "for the next guests", with instructions for these not to be used. While the need to prepare the apartment for other guests is clear, apartment managers usually find less intrusive solutions.

Me la ricordavo bella,ora sotto Natale l’ho trovata stupenda!! - La posizione e la grandezza dell’appartamento,comodissimo come spazi per 3 persone. Check in facile. Tapparelle rotte in entrambe le camere,così alla mattina c’era troppa luce. Va bene per chi non ama dormire al buio,noi no. La pulizia e’ solo superficiale,pentole un po’ datate e nn molto pulite. Cassetti abbastanza sporchi. Inoltre ci hanno lasciato solo un asciugamano a testa (misura doccia) e quando abbiamo richiesto quelli medi ci è stato detto che non li forniscono perché la gente si strucca e li usa come se fossero usa e getta. Su insistenza alla fine ci hanno concesso altri 3 asciugamani. Inoltre in casa e’ segnalato che il check out è alle 11.00,su Booking che è alle 10.30 e nella mail ricevuta il giorno prima alle 10.00. Un po’ di confusione…soprattutto se ci si deve organizzare con il deposito o bagagli.

• Xavier (9/5): - La situation de l'appartement dans Vienne. L'appartement spacieux et propre. Les équipements très complets Le linge qui sèchait dans la cuisine à notre arrivée. Dans la chambre la literie côté droit face au lit est très inconfortable (sommier bruyant et mou). Heureusement nous avons pu utiliser le canapé.

• katerina (10/5): - Κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό, γύρω είχε πολλά εστιατόρια! Ωραία και άνετα έπιπλα. Ήταν ευρύχωρο!!! Λίγο δυσκολεύτηκα να βρούμε την κλειδαριά, έλειπε ο αριθμός 11 στην πίσω εισοδο.
• jana (8/5): Wien ist toll und das Ap. für einen Kurzaufenthalt (bei uns 3 Nächte) zu empfehlen. - Die Wohnung liegt in der 3.Etage eines Apartmenthauses. Sie liegt direkt an der Praterstrasse, d.h. es ist bei geöffneten Fenstern laut. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, lässt es sich dort gut aushalten. Das Ap. ist sauber, freundlich, hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Direkt um die Ecke sind Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Wien auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in ca. 6-8 Minuten zu erreichen. (Praterstern oder Nestroystr.) Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können . (Obstmesser fehlt z.B. ) Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist auf der rechten Seite kaum nutzbar, da die Matratze dort sehr weich ist. Leider steht in der Küche ein Wäscheständer mit frisch gewaschener Wäsche für die nächsten Gäste. Das hat uns nicht so gefallen.

Shower - shower head in the middle of the long wall of the shower with a shower curtain that's two short and extremely flimsy. Very difficult to shower without getting water all over the bathroom.

• Adam (9/5): - The apartment was spacious and well furnished, although the furniture was a little worn; everything was clean and comfortable. Great value for money, with many attractions within walking distance, and the public transport hub just a 5-minute walk away. I would choose this apartment again next time. Two things I didn't like were that the shower curtain stuck to me when I took a shower. The second thing was that the towels and blankets of the guests before us were washed and hung out in the apartment, so when we arrived, there was a musty smell, and the air was humid. It would be nice if they dried them somewhere else.

• Katatonik76 (8/5): Ottima scelta per posizione e senza sorprese - mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicina al Pratern e alla fermata della metro rossa. La zona è tranquilla, non è troppo caotica e la notte si può dormire bene. Vicini anche dei supermercati per poter comprare cibo per colazione. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e, anche se necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria "strutturale" (l'host ne è consapevole ma non può fare molto a riguardo), offre tutto quello che serve. • Peter (8/5): Good location with compromises. - Very close to Praterstern and other public transportation. There is a working elevator albeit small. The ventilation fan in the windowless bathroom does not work so it is always damp and smelly. The floors were not really clean (got black soles after walking around barefoot). No AC, so prepare for hot nights in the summer - or a noisy street, if you open the windows.

• Hoda (9/5): Superb - Apartment was 6 minutes away from the station. There are 2 nearby stations. The host was very responsive whenever we texted him. Check in and out was super easy as instructions were very simple. The apartment was clean and with a nice view.
• Volkan (10/5): Nice and cosy place to stay in Vienna - Great location, 200m. from Praterstern also from Nestroyplatz stations. You can go basicly anywhere from there easily. Self check-in is very easy. Apartment has everything you may need. Very cosy, simple and stylishly decorated. The elevator was under construction. But we were informed about this before, The next guests will enjoy the brand new elevator :)

• Susannah (10/5): Great location and beautiful apartment. Everything you need - Beautiful home The location is great. Next to a train station and a little fairground, which we really enjoyed a walk to on an evening. It's about 20 minute walk into the centre of Vienna (or quicker using public transport but the walk was pleasant). Great self check in. The instructions were sent in plenty of time and really easy to understand. This made check in and out so simple and the apartment easy to find. The communication from the host was impressive and really appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was great. I suppose the only "downside" (which didn't bother us at all) is the bed is two single mattresses on a double bed frame. However, the bed was really comfortable.

• Maksym (7/5): Nice apartments, but there are some nuances. - The apartments are in an excellent location and well-equipped with everything you might need, dishes, spices, cleaning supplies, which speaks of the host's hospitality. The owner is responsive and ready to assist with any issues in the room. We stayed just before Christmas with children. After a long walk, we were looking forward to relaxing in a warm room, but the heating in the apartment was turned off. The owner responded quickly, and we turned it on, but it took quite a while for the room to warm up. Additionally, the bed linen had stains, which left an unpleasant impression, though it was replaced with fresh linen upon request. I also think it’s not a great idea to leave a drying rack full of freshly washed linens and towels in the apartment while guests are staying. The apartment description mentioned parking, which usually implies free parking. However, this turned out to mean the possibility of parking in a garage in the neighboring building for an additional fee, which could just as easily be done with public parking.
• Ivailo (10/5): Exceptional - First of all it is very close to Praterstern - just 1,2,3 and you are at Praterstern. When you arrive from the airport or you are in a hurry to fly back, it is the perfect location for you. It is 2 minutes away walking from Praterstern to the apartment. It is about 25 minutes with S7 to travel between the airport and the apartment. Next, but not as a second, it is the large spaces and fully equipped apartment. It has a separate kitchen, living room with a big sofa, that our girl falls in love to sleep in, and a huge bedroom with a king-sized and very comfortable bed. There are a lot of chairs , stools and a puff to relax on. There is a flexible check in and check out system using a lockbox outside the building. You have an elevator to the 3rd floor and the apartment's door is in front of you. It is quiet in the building and in the appointment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need - WiFi, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, shampoo, etc. There is a relaxing bathtub and a hairdryer in the bath. Lovely place for an enjoyable tour of Wien.

• Asmita (10/5): Made our stay in Vienna extra magical ! - Loved this apartment!! First off, the location is amazing !! It is walking distance from the Praterstern station so you have fantastic connectivity to literally all of Vienna since you’ll be close to all train, underground, tram and bus lines ! Plus, if you’re flying into vienna like we did, the REX 7 or S7 trains go directly from the airport to Praterstern ! Secondly, the hosts, Steve and Maria, were super nice and prompt - all instructions about the check in and check out procedure were so clear which led to a smooth and hassle free experience ! The apartment itself is very pretty and lovely and most importantly is spick and span, clean and tidy (which we loved since we’re a bit of clean freaks ourselves) ! It is accessible by an elevator and overlooks a cute view of trees and the street below ! Overall, a truly magical experience!! 10/10 recommended!!
• Steve (9/5): Great location, little quirky with the decor, would stay here if in Vienna again. - Great location close to a main station. The only apartment so far on our European adventure where it was easy to get in! The directions to the key lock box were clear (and accurate). The lift could fit both of us and our luggage (just) and the apartment was large. There is no air conditioner only fans which struggled to cool the apartment, we had to open the windows over night which made it a bit noisy. The shower is over the bath which I struggled with.

Everything clean and suitable for familly road under windows was under construction during our staying, so it was a bit early morning to be woken by machine-noices

• Hiroshi (9/5): Comfortable for access to anywhere. - It is suitable to cook for oneself, because the supermarket opened even on Sunday and having many foods is very near the apartment. The access is also good own to the station with S Bahn (to the airport) and subway (to a city center). It was a bit difficult to open the door with key (it took about 20 minutes at the first time).

• Cygal (7/5): Great location and everything you need - Fantastic location, close to train/metro/tram stations and an easy walk to various attractions. The apartment is a really great size and has everything you could need for cooking and eating. Everything was clean, but some design choices are less than ideal in a place with multiple people coming through: velvet cushions without removable covers placed on the clean bedsheets, a shower curtain that is clearly not new, and a bath mat. These things wouldn’t bother everyone, but I would encourage the owner to reconsider them, to give that extra clean feeling: use washable cushion covers (or don’t place cushions on bed), add a glass shower door, and use floor towels instead of a bath mat.
• Stephen (9/5): Clean Vienna apartment at a good price and a great location. - Very clean, large apartment located close to the Praterstern Station in Vienna. Several trains, subways, and trams are a short walk away. The living area is large with a nice flat screen TV. The bathroom is also fairly big and new. The hot water worked well. The lockbox was easy to locate and open for the keys. Our only real complaint was that the bed--two singles pushed together--was uncomfortable for our older bodies. New mattresses would be a good investment. The tub is a little narrow and doesn't give much room for a shower, but this is surely typical in many apartment buildings in Vienna. The windows face east and the curtains are thin, meaning people who like to sleep in might want something to cover their eyes.

• Valerie (6/5): Better for a couple- would find somewhere more suitable for a lone lady traveller next time - excellent location, clean and tidy, generous amount of space and very light. awkward locks on the flat door and it was a struggle to remove the key, especially on the first night. no one answered the contact numbers supplied. poor quality bedding which was uncomfortable in the very hot weather. someone entered the flat in my absence without warning me first, which made me feel uncomfortable

• Maria (10/5): We had a great stay here! - The apartment was very clean, cozy and well located - we were able to walk on foot to one of the most popular areas of the city quite easily (Prater park). We thought we got a great value for our money and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience Vienna. The apartment was quiet and felt very safe. Metro station Praterstern is just around the corner and takes you to the center, top sightseeing spots and also direct to Hauptbahnhof. Maria and Steve are very helpful and communicative, and provided us with detailed information about everything. Check in & out was super easy thanks to their advices. We had a great stay here. n/a
