• Sara (9/5): Bel soggiorno - Struttura ben curata, pulita e molto accogliente. C’è anche un bel terrazzino con una bella vista. Noi abbiamo dormito tre notti per i mercatini di Natale. Struttura vicina alla metro che porta in centro città ed è vicino alla residenza di Schonbrunn. Per rendere il servizio ottimo si potrebbe far trovare qualche kit di benvenuto in più.
• Stphanie (3/5): - Wir hatten kein Internet und Tv. 5 Tage hat es gedauert bis „ Team Michael“ endlich einen Router bereit gestellt hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fraglich!!! Es befinden sich insgesamt 2 Kaffeebecher(!!! ) in der Wohnung und 3 Trinkgläser . Unter die Kaffeemaschine passen aber nur Tassen!!!! Der Einsatz des Geschirrspüler kommt somit nicht zum Einsatz!!! Im Winter anzureisen ist kein gute Idee…. Ihnen werder äußerst dünne Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Heizung rauscht und gluckert da nicht entlüftet und somit in der Nacht nicht bedienbar! Die Dusche zu benutzen ist auch fraglich….wenn man warmes Wasser bekommt hat Glück !!Der Wasserdruck ist eine Katastrophe!

• Jasmin (8/5): - The apartment is really nice. It's well furnished. The bed is very comfy. In the kitchen you have enough plates and such. The towels are of very good quality. Also the terrace has a great view. It's very close to an U4 station so you are very well connected. A few small improvements would make the apartment even better: in the sleeping room a small lamp next to the bed is missing. The ceiling lamp is not so cozy and you have to get out of bed to turn it on and off. I the kitchen (they provide a bit of coffee, tea, sugar and a few small jam packages) salt and pepper us missing. I fully understand that you are not providing a fully equipped kitchen, but at least a few small packages of salt and pepper would be nice. And a roll of kitchen paper or paper napkins. Something to dry up the terrace furniture. Yes it's getting colder but if the weather is nice you can still have your morning coffee up there. The view is pretty. But during the night the furniture gets really wet and I really didn't wanted to use the nice towels to dry them up. The light from the elevator to the apartment door is not working. And at night it gets really dark up there. Most of the things are just small details but they would improve the experience even further.

• Margot (5/5): Erwartungen enttäuscht! - Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig; die Aufteilung ist zweckmäßig. Das Mobiliar vermittelt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig. Entgegen der Angaben ist das Internet schwach bzw. überhaupt nicht zu nutzen. Darüber hinaus gibt es keinen regulären TV-Empfang. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Leselampen. Das Bett hat nur eine einzige Matratze; was für manche Paare nicht komfortabel ist. Die Ausstattung der Küchenschränke mit ausreichendem Geschirr ist unzureichend. Sind die Fenster geöffnet, stört der laute Straßen- und Fluglärm.

• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - For our booking there has been a misunderstanding but the owner found a solution asap for us! We got a different appartment for our stay which was very similar to this Penthouse but in a different area and bigger! The 2 appartments look very similar in terms of furniture and decoration. I loved the elegant touch and you have everything you need. The bed and the couch is extremely confortable! The area is very quiet, the rooms are with a lot of light and more than enough space! Communication worked very good. We enjoyed our stay in Vienna very much!

The location was only a block from the UBahn, making getting around the city very easy.
