• Sarina (1/5): Freezing - It was cold. Window is broken, we had to use three blankets. There was one thing to hit up the room which was totally not enough. In the bathroom was another heating body which only heat up the bathroom and that was way too much heat we couldn’t lower it or move it to the living room. Couch was dirty. Very small room and while we were promised a tv with Netflix and such only YouTube worked and that only worked when I messaged the host(s) about it and they had to give me another WiFi which kept connecting and unconnecting. Totally not worth it the price and nor should anyone live there during winter.

• Nina (4/5): Only if you are without a car - It is written that it is possible to park a car in a nearby garage where the cost can not exceed 6 eur a day. Once we arrived, the garage was closed (more than 1 month already) and we had to park on the street where it costs 2,6 eur per hour. And you are not allowed to park more than 2 hours in a row. We contacted the host who was not helpful.

• Alla (7/5): - Сподобалось розташування, недалеко від торгового центру. Чиста постіль . На кухні вистачало приладдя. Ми бронювали помешкання на трьох, але третє спальне місце по факту - це просто матрас на підлозі.

• Dumitru (1/5): Bad - There is noting I could recommend to this place unfortunately! ❌ Because of my work, I travel to different places and country’s every month! One of the worst apartments I have ever rented in my life! There is no privacy, 2 very big old windows in front of the room so plenty of noise,cold place (it was cold the moment I was there 🥶) The staff they send so many messages,very stressful, the cleaning staff don't speak English at all ,she was extremely rude and treat us like some kids!(you should train you’re personal also to know how to act,treat and respond to the clients ! They send so many irrelevant messages asking and asking and asking when we arrive(there is a safe box there ) we arrive when we want! There do have actually better apartments in other places where I did rent. But given the lack of education, respect and professionalism from staff I would never recommend! TEACH YOURE PERSONAL TO BE EDUCATED!

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We had everything we needed. It was clean and well located. The bed for the third person is just a mattress on the floor.
• Tetiana (4/5): Never again - It’s nice to have the kitchen and basically everything you need in one place. Good location and good value for the price. But it was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. Starting with the owner, that gave me a parking location that was 40 minutes away and in the end he told me he doesn’t know where the parking is and I had to look for it myself or park for 2 EUR/hour on the street. If you don’t know where the parking is - do not state in your property description that you have a 6 EUR/day parking a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment itself was really DIRTY and smells bad in the bathroom. We only got 2 towels for 2 people and they don’t even have a hanger in the bathroom to hang them. Basically every picture you see on Booking is false advertising. The Wi-Fi was horrible, with its signal so weak, that it kept disconnecting, so we’ve just used cellular. The owner didn’t help with any of the problems above. And like a cherry on top after we have checked out their support guy Ali had the audacity to try and scam us out of 100 EUR, claiming we have smoked in the apartment because the cleaning staff found the package of unused Glo sticks in the trash!

• Erol (3/5): Poor - Apartment for two would be very nice. Toilet is nice and clean. Double bed was comfortable. Apartment was rented for 3 adult persons, but in apartment was 2 beds only, 2 bed linen, 2 towels, 2 plates etc, although in advertising it was picture of third bed, which was not in the apartment. Instead was one sofa, which when is opened, it was damaged; when open it was not flat, but front and rear part are sloped down, while middle third was flat. Also middle part was very hard, like it was only wood beneath. Man cannot sleep on this at all. We called an owner on phone and on WhatsApp which phone was given in advert we sent him a message on WhatsApp that we have a problem, that there is no third bed and that we cannot accommodate ourselves in the apartment, but at vain. Owner did not want to pick the phone neither looked at the messages which we sent to him at all. Three adult had to sleep in bed for two with 2 blankets and none of us had a rest.
