• Dirk (4/5): Mooi en centraal gelegen verblijf in Wenen, maar heeft een aantal verbeterpuntjes. - De locatie was zeer goed gelegen, dichtbij een metrohalte én dichtbij winkels ... zelf een handige lekkere warme bakker enkele huizen verderop! Het appartement had een zéér ruime living en was netjes ingericht. Het personeel dat we contacteerden waren steeds erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al waren hun voorstellen vaak algemeen en niet steeds oplossingsgericht. Zij verwezen ze steeds naar hun linkapp waar niet de gewenste oplossing op stond. De keuken had alle gewenste faciliteiten... doch heb je deze niet echt nodig met de vele ontbijtzaken en lekkere restaurants in de buurt. Het was vrij omslachtig om via de voorgestelde linkapp van Abrio om toegang te verlenen via diverse sleutelkluisjes. Wij kwamen omstreeks middernacht in de duisternis aan en moesten in de duister de 4cijferige code ingeven (er hingen 2 sloten aan het lage hekwerk voor de poortdeur aan straatzijde. Via een wenteltrap richting 2e verdieping moest je sleuren met de valiezen... én dat in een zéér slecht verlichte traphal (er was geen licht op het eerste, noch in het trappenhuis zelf. Dit kan qua infrastructuur stukken beter qua veiligheid. Dit is zelfs levensgevaarlijk om van de trap te vallen. De badkamer was erg compact en had een douchecabine waar je niet vlot in of uitraakte, Alsook stond er een wasmachine wat enkel makkelijk was voor de noodzakelijke aflegruimte voor toiletzak en verzorgingsproducten tussen lavabo en douche. We verbleven 6 nachten en moesten het stellen met 1 paar badhanddoeken per gast. Terwijl je voor een weekend hetzelfde aantal badhanddoeken zou hebben voor 2 nachten. Zouden we indien we langer bleven dan 1 week ook met even weinig badlinnen ons verder behelpen? Idem beddenlakens. Je kon wel voor een meerprijs van 30€ nieuwe handdoeken laten leveren. Voor die prijs ga je in de supermarkt in de buurt er nieuwe halen en zijn ze van jou om nadien mee te nemen. Dit is een service voor mensen die langer dan een weekendje verblijven toch wel een must. En verwijzende naar de wasmachine is eerder een noodzaak bij een incident, al zou dit in de service moeten zitten bij langer verblijf met deze dagprijs! Ook de uitchecktijd wat verlaten ifv de koffers achterlaten ifv een late vlucht, was geen optie. Ondanks er geen nieuwe huurders waren de volgende dag. We hebben ons dan maar beholpen met een bagagesysteem van Bounce om in een naburige zaak die op zondag open is, toch onze bagage tijdelijk te droppen. Ook dit kon via een eenvoudig voorstel van Abrio worden aangeboden, maar ze wimpelde dit eenvoudig wel en zorgde voor wat irritatie tijdens ons verlof.

• W (8/5): - locatie en ruimte in appartement, gezellig en keurig appartement Douchen in bad vonden we niet plezierig; er is genoeg ruimte in de badkamer voor een goede inloopdouche..
• Ortrud (8/5): - Lage großartig, da direkt an der U-Bahn und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, alles notwendige in der Wohnung enthalten. Achtung kein Aufzug vorhanden
• Gabi (6/5): Erhebliche und völlig inakzeptable Wartungsmängel in schöner Wohnung in guter Lage. - Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sparsam und gut dekoriert. Sie ist hell und die Fensterausblicke auf die alten Hausfassaden sind angenehm. Die Lage ist optimal für Stadterkundung, Museumsbesuche und für Shopping-Touren. So die genannten Mängel beseitigt werden, würde ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen! Bei der Instandhaltung ist definitiv Luft nach oben _ Vom Glastisch löste sich am ersten Tag meines 10-tägigen Aufenthalts die schwere Einlegeplatte , da die Kunststoffschrauben nicht richtig angezogen waren und landete auf meinen Zehen. Bis dato sind diese noch nicht geheilt und der blaue Zehnagel wird die nächsten Monate noch gut zu sehen sein. Beim Anschalten der Tischlampe im Flur musste ich festellen, dass der Schirm der Tischlampe nicht befestigt war, sondern sensibel in die Ecke gestellt, ausschließlich auf dem Drehschalter der Messingfassung ruhte, so dass man unweigerlich mit Metall in Berührung kam. Da der Anschluss lediglich 2-adrig und somit nicht geerdet war, habe ich diese sofort aus der Steckdose genommen. Steckdoseneinsätze waren beschädigt oder locker, eine (die rechts neben der Fernsehkonsole) hing fast komplett aus der Wand. Ein Holzobjekt fiel bei Berührung auseinander. Die vorderen Brettern der Fernsehkonsole waren locker, kleine Nägel standen über. Auch die Dübel der originellen Garderobe wanderten teilweise schon nach draußen. Die Hälfte war nur für ein Seidentuch zu gebrauchen. Nach 4 Tagen hing die Toilettenspülung - für den Rest des Aufenthalts unbrauchbar. Die Beleuchtung der Küchenarbeitsfläche wackelte - mit Tesa notdürftig befestigt. Nach 1-maligen Gebrauch der Dusche wanderten Ameisen ein und ich musste feststellen, dass ein Flügel der Glasschiebetür ausgehängt war, weshalb sich diese nur ungeschmeidig schließen lies. Und es gab 2 Wackelstühle, bei einem fehlten 2 Schrauben, der andere, gepolsterte beim Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer geht aus dem Leim. _ Danke für diesen prägenden Aufenthalt!

• xavier (10/5): Een ruim en goed uitgerust appartement op een uitstekende locatie. - We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement. Het was een ruime en nette kamer, een keuken met alle benodigdheden die we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, en een zeer goed bed. De locatie was perfect- dicht bij een metrostation en dicht bij de hoofdwinkelstraat ook niet ver van verschillende supermarkten. Alles was goed verzorgd en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Zeker een aanrader!! we verbleven hier 2 weken.

• Adair (6/5): Great location and comfortable enough - The location is excellent. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. Amazing French bakery and good restaurants steps away. Close to a range of public transport options. The flat is oddly laid out with the shower in the entrance way; the stall was small and lacking in privacy. The WC walls had plaster falling off. The lighting was very poor with limited options for recharging phones. No power outlet by the “bathroom” sink for drying hair or razor.

• Maria (1/5): Nothing luxury about this place - The location is nice Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned, there were no linens and towels, and the fridge was broken. We were unable to get in contact with the host, and for a while did not know whether we could stay at the place. In general, the apartment was super run down, a lot of things did not work, and you get bad customer service from them. Also, the heat did not work... In December.. The location is nice but that's about the only nice thing to say

We loved the little chocolate as a welcome! Matras was a bit soft to our liking but ok. The boiler made quite some noise throughout the day and night..

Der Checkin war eine Katastrophe: Es gab an der Haustür keine Schlüsselbox , obwohl dies per Nachricht behauptet wurde. Ich bin nur über ein Geschäft nebenan ins Stiegenhaus gelangt. In der ersten Nacht gab es kein Warmwasser und keine Heizung. Vollkommen Indiskutabel.

• Rainer (8/5): Stilvolle Wohnung in einem belebten und zentral gelegenen Wohnviertel - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem zum Schlafen nachts ruhig. Die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Leider gibt es zu wenige Teller, Tassen und Gläser in der Küche. Zum Kochen braucht man noch mehr Teller, Besteck. Es ist nicht sinnvoll jeden Tag die Spülmaschine laufen zu lassen weil es kein Geschirr mehr gibt.
• Robbert (7/5): - Het is een mooi karaktervol appartement op een top locatie! Heerlijke bedden ook. De badkamer viel een beetje uit elkaar. We vroegen ook aan of we later uit mochten checken en na wat heen en weer mailen gaven ze aan dat het niet meer kon omdat dat minimaal 40 uur van te voren geboekt moet worden. Dat voelde oneerlijk omdat het toen 36 uur van te voren was en ons eerste verzoek ruim 40 uur van te voren was. Ze lieten het pas weten nadat die 40 uur geweest was.

Ev sahipleriyle hiç karşılaşmadık ancak sürekli iletişimdeydik, bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeleri başarılı. Studyo 3.katta ve asansör yok, merdiven çıkma sorunu olanlar için kısıtlayıcı. Duş kabini girişin hemen yanında ve minik bir tuvaleti bulunuyor. Eski ve hoş bir binayı, özelliklerini kaybetmeden, modern beklentilere göre adapte etmeye çalışmışlar

• gaelle (8/5): Bel appartement situé non loin d'une ligne de métro - Très bel appartement de charme. Situé non loin d'une station de métro. Calme et grand. Les indications pour entrer dans l'appartement sont claires. C'est au deuxième sans ascenseur mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. Pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre. Si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière pensez à prendre un masque pour dormir. Mettre à la disposition du sel, du poivre et de l'huile.
• Christensen (8/5): Dejligt og familievenligt sted i levende bydel. - Central beliggenhed i charmerende område med mange butikker og restauranter. Tæt på metro. Svært at få temperaturen ned om aftenen, da der ikke er aircondition i lejligheden.
• Jaqueline (5/5): Aufenthalt im 7. Bezirk Wien - Gute Lage Einrichtung sehr veraltet, sieht nicht wie auf den Bildern aus. Keine Vorhänge vorhanden, daher sehr hell im Schlafzimmer. Zu zweit im Bett schwierig zu schlafen, da Bewegungen gut spürbar sind. Kissen sehr hart, keine Ersatzkissen vorhanden.

• Richard (2/5): Strong sewer smell and clogged drain, but nice room - The location was good (but expected for the price), the room was actually nice. There is a bathroom as the entrance room with a separate small toilet (which is usual for this kind of apartment in old buildings in Vienna). We had to move out on the first night because the drain was clogged and sewer water flooded the shower. There was a terrible smell of sewer in the whole apartment. After contacting the host immediately to notify about the problem, there was no solution. I also have to mention that the communication with the host was very difficult. The chat in booking, it seems, is forwarded to an AI agent, and only gives generic answers. This suspicion was later confirmed since the Apartment is managed by "arbio". We had to call multiple times to reach a human, and even then nothing was done to help fix the issue. Finally we called booking directly to get the OK to change our room to another hotel - last minute at 23:30. We had no other option since we were on a business trip and needed to take a shower in the morning, which was not possible in the apartment because of sewer water flooding the shower (and it would have flooded the entire apartment if we would have used the shower). There was no effort from the "host" to try to fix our problem - but they tried to be friendly and just let us hanging. I would rather have an unfriendly host that grudgingly fixes the drain on Friday afternoon. There was also a bit of a mold problem in the toiled but nothing outrageous.

• Skipper (9/5): Great place to spend a week in Vienna - First of all location - it is second to none. Right on Mariahilf, so easy to get around, plenty of places to visit, eat, or just walk around. Apartment itself is equipped with all you need to spend a week or so in Vienna. Checkin instructions were spot on and easy to follow. Communication with the host went smoothly, when we had a piping issue it was handled quickly and very professionally. Bed is comfortable, heating works great (we were there in Feb). Also enough room for two person to work comfortably of needed. Squeaky parquet floor :)

• Ranie (7/5): Pleasant stay still despite some here & there errors. - Location is fantastic, can walk to almost all major tourist attractions, many restaurants and shopping places nearby, U3 station is just a a minute walk, Westbahnhof is within 10 mins walk. Apartment size (studio room) is perfect. One of the radiators doesn't work, unfortunately, it's the one near bathing area (bit hard for us due to low temp); the shower head is too high and made bathing difficult, it also broke and came off easily; the mattress is saggy and uneven; the building doesn't have lift and we are on the 3rd floor, however, it's my bad as I didn't check before booking.

The apartment is beautiful and also not too noisy despite being in such a good spot Door handle on bathroom was broken and despite calling and messaging them this was not fixed during our stay, once we even got locked in the bathroom so it was a bit difficult with little kids making sure they don’t accidentally lock themselves in the bathroom A bit tricky with kids also cause the rooms don’t really get very dark due to doors with glass
• Sergey (8/5): Pretty good overall, except the apartment was not ready on time. - Moderately stylish, big living room that serves as a dining room as well, because kitchen is basically in the corridor. Rather comfortable bed. For some reason looking at the photos I thought that there would be another room. There isn't. It wasn't a problem for me, just something to know. Outside it was rather loud sometimes because of the roadworks and garbage collection (garbage cans under the windows on the street). The apartment was not ready by 3 PM, the cleaning lady was still cleaning and told me to wait. My plane arrived at 6 AM and I had a lot of time to kill. To be fair, I did not expect it to be ready before the agreed check-in time, but at least it should be ready on time. Had to wait outside for another 20 minutes or so, at +32 degrees heat.

• Ccforteza (2/5): Nothing Luxurious about this place - will not recommend. - The instructions to get keys were not clear, I think it may have something to do with translation. The apartment is located on the 3rd Floor (Ground Floor = 1st Floor) and when I asked host, we were advised that there are no elevators per description. I searched the description twice again but did not see any mention of this so I screenshot the entire description. The title for this property is not accurate. There is nothing luxurious about this property, it was OK - but not luxurious at all, it even has cobwebs in some areas. It is very old and there was no mention that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, this will be very difficult. Vanity sink leaked on our first night. Our shower also leaked for two days and neighbors below knocked on our door and advised us to stop using shower - imagine vacationing and not being able to use shower for two days. We stayed for 5 nights and they provide you with one tiny soap and shampoo - luxurious? Communication was awful too, the host was very unresponsive. The only thing we really like about this place is the location. It is close to everything and the actual street is nice too, lots of restaurants around.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Huge sized rooms, looked just like the pictures! The location was outstanding, 1 block to mall/ main shops and metro. Loved the space and it was set up well. Washing machine was appreciated and beds were huge and very comfortable.* Note there is no air conditioning (this was not a problem for us). Great sized double glazed windows looking out to the street. This apartment had good bones and some old world touches with modern comforts. Check-in was a little confusing because the lock box outside the building was not the one intended for us. Our lock box was upstairs on the first floor near our apartment door. The first instruction to buzz a button was how to get in the big green door from the street and this was also unclear in the translated instructions. Once we worked it out it was all fine 🙂 no elevator but stairs were only 1 flight and easy.
• Fatma (1/5): Bad - I've been charged 2000€ as a deposit however its been over a month since I left and they did not return the amount. 130€ for cleaning and they only came once after I contacted them. That is for just a 1 month stay. Could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for what I payed in total. Not worth it. I won't stay here again.

• George (6/5): Well, for my purposes it was enough. But for this price you can find much better and more convenient - Location is awesome. Big flat. Everything is what you need. In addition to what is necessary upon arrival, it is somehow inconvenient to look for elementary salt. The first is the difficulty of entering the house. It is impossible to get through or very difficult to reach the tenant. The second is not clear how the door opening system works, based on the fact that this is an apartment building, you have to wait a long time for someone to open the door. Once stood in the heat for 5 minutes. The second is the creaky floor, which is just annoying. The apartment is very hot, and the small fan is definitely not enough for cooling. Clogged sink, shower stall doesn't close properly

• Ahmad (9/5): Good staying in wien - The apartment was super,its big and nice and comfortable,its close to mariahelf street and good neiberhood. In the first day when we arrive it ,was so hot,i felt that we need air-conditioning, and then we find 3 fans that help us a little bit.

• Ioannis (7/5): value for money place for a short stay to explore Vienna - nice design inside the bedroom. rich variety of kitchen appliances (can cook and do pretty much everything you want)). very good location with a lot of options for food, fun, literally 3’ walking from underground. some appliances (gas) were quite old and adding in the poor insulation, specially at winter months the gas would kick in to warm the place but, one of the radiators was not working in the bedroom and the sound of the appliance when boiler was turning on was waking you up in the middle of the night. another thing was the fact that shower was just in the entrance with no doors etc so if you wanted to have a shower and had company you could not. no elevator, counted 70 steps to walk until room 19 - 3rd floor. another big one for us was that the bed had a separation in the middle (probably two mattresses) so we had to sleep to our sides or we would fall in the middle “crack”.

• Martijn (9/5): Good place to discover Vienna from - Extremely nicely located, close to the metro so you can get easily, but also close to the Mariahilfer Strasse that has a lot of big stores and supermarkets. The host was easily reachable via whatsapp and always at our service to answer any questions. The apartment lacked a good seating area to relax after a day of being about. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the high table for eating. A deposit is required but we didn't do a walkthrough of the apartment to assess damages that were already there, which led me to worry a bit afterwards that they would keep deposit for minor damages (which they didn't do, I received my deposit back in full!)
