• Nadi.v (10/5): - Perfecto departamento en un barrio muy bonito cerca del parlamento, a corta distancia caminando del centro de Viena. Muy buenas conexiones de bus, metro y tren. Cama y sillón cama muy cómodo. Me quedé con mi familia y estuvo todo perfecto. Muchas gracias!

• Stefania Buscaglia (7/5): Abbastanza bene - Letto comodo. Televisione non funzionava,le porte e le finestre difficili da aprire e chiudere.
• Claudia (4/5): lamentablemente nada recordable, no volveria - La ubicacion es buena, hay transporte a pocas cuadras y unen toda la ciudad. Es un departamento tranquilo ya que esta entre dos patios internos ademas la calle donde se encuentra casi no tiene movimiento muchas cosas no me gustaron , es un apartamento antiguo vintage, pero supongo podria estar mejor.1. las anfirrionas se comunican solo en aleman, a pesar de escribirles en ingles o español2: el piso del apartamento cruje por todos lados, 3: las puertas de los baños habria que aceitarlas hacen ruido al abrir y cerrar. 4: la ducha tiene una provision limitada de agua caliente si se baña una persona la siguiente se baña con agua fria o debe esperar mucho tiempo. 5: las sillas de madera del comedor estan flojas. 6: la cama del dormitorio tiene un reborde de madera dura que es muy incomodo al momento de levantarse o acostarse y tiene unos angulos muy peligrosos en las esquinas, debajo de los colchones esta sucio. 7. Hay manchas de pintura en el piso podrian haberlas sacado
• Gulmira (8/5): - The hotel has a very convenient location, with metro stations and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to get around and find everything you need. The owner is responsive and quick to reply. Easy and smooth check-in and check-out process. There is no elevator, which is inconvenient for senior travelers.

• ATHANASIOS (7/5): good budget house! - spacious, comfortable sofa bed, nice location , modern bathroom, value for money third floor with no elevator, very old lock on the door (we needed 5 minutes to unlock the door because it wouldn’t work), in general old floors. also the hot water lasted for one person so that was inconvenient.
• Türkü (10/5): - Odaya ve odanın bulunduğu binaya bayıldık, çok otantikti. Biz check-in saatinden erken varacağımız için valizleri bırakmak istediğimizi önceden ev sahibine yazdım, bu konuda hiç sorun olmadı. Eve vardığımızda hala temizlik yapan hanımefendi oradaydı ve çok sıcak birisiydi. Oda çok temizdi, odaya giriş çıkış kolaydı, konum olarak bizi zorlamadı, tam merkezde değildi ama 20 dk yürüyüş uzaklıktaydı ve yine çevresi işlekti, süpermarket, tramvay gibi yerlere yakındı. Kahve makinesi, kettle, kahve çay gibi malzemeler de vardı, o nedenle bizim için çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fiyat performans bir daire.

• MARIA DOLORS (10/5): - El comfort de l'allotjament i l'atenció de Bàrbara. Ull és un 3r sense ascensor. Son una seixantena d'escales però això no impedeix que tornariem a venir!

• Yevhen (7/5): Good - Good location and fast internet connection. There are cobwebs on the walls, old slippers in the shoe rack, and the floor sinks under your feet. The apartment is advertised for 4 people, but it's probably for 2 children or 1 child. The water tank is small, which is ideal for two people but not for four.

• Oliver (9/5): - Lage, Einrichtung top; sehr schön in der Josefstadt gelegen; unkomplizierter Vermieterkontakt; Stadtzentrum zu Fuß oder per ÖPNV schnell zu erreichen; gemütliche Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock; sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft; Parkhaus direkt nebenan. Wir empfehlen den Würstelstand in der Pfeilgasse ;-) -

• Anita (8/5): It was lovely - The vibe of the apartament and a location was great. Communication with the host was also great The building was beautiful with a liitle garden space inside. We had a little problem with the amount of hot water on our first day. But it was only once at night
• Anne (9/5): Lovely - The location was great. Easy access to public transport and many many shops. Cool neighborhood Just be mindful that it’s located on the 3rd floor without elevator. OK for us, but guests with little kids or so might struggle

• Amit (9/5): Comfortable experience at a great location. - Good central location, near to many restaurants and close to public transport. Its an old building with some recent renovations, so we had good mix of historical feelings and modern amenities. A couple of wooden planks in flooring near couch were making some creaking noise whenever you walk over those.

• Duygucakir (7/5): Nice value for what it is - The house was located 2 minutes away from the tram, which we used to access everywhere! There were nice backerei's to have breakfast, and nice cafes.. the house, the beds, the sheets were comfortable. We used the refrigerator, wifi, tap, stove, and the washing machine. The beds and the towels were clean. The directions to the house were perfectly given. There was no elevator, but wasnt a problem since it was on the 3rd floor. The house was hot enough for 0 degrees outside. The shower, sink, and the toilet were dirty as if someone shaved right before we came in, or used the toilet :( we had to clean it all over. The floors were clean but dirt was sweapt under the sink. We could see the dirt when we looked under. Wasnt disgusting, but wasnt pleasing either. Also the owner did not return messages quick enough.

• Fedora (8/5): yeah, okay stay Vienna. - fully furnished unit in the city of Vienna. Kitchen has all the utensils needed, bathroom and toilet are separated. Really appreciate the heater of the entire apartment fully on during our 2-day stay. the host is very informative as the unit is filled with various brochures of Vienna. The toilet bowl is upside down. location is far away from a lot of touristic spots. The unit is also located on the third floor of the building which was tiresome. Hot water in the bathroom was not stable for showering of 2 people at a subsequent timing.

• Agnese (10/5): Authentic apartment in a quiet area near the city centre - Wonderful, authentic apartment with loveliest little backyard of the building. Everything was comfy, the location - superb, in a quiet area. We had a trouble finding affordable parking option for a week long stay but that's probably too much to ask being so close to the city centre.
• Magdalena (9/5): Really cute place for a city break ❤️ - Apartment is located in amazing, old building. While it has vintage vibe it also is fully functional. Location of apartment is quite good.
• Korozs (8/5): Cosy small apartment at very good price/value rate! - Very good location, silent. Nice big towels (you don't have to carry from home). The shower cabin is a bit high which could be uncomfortable for older ones. It was ok for us.
• Raphaela (7/5): Good stay in Wien! - The apartment was organized and clean. Location was good, very well conected with the center and airport/ train station with public transportation. Check in was smooth and easy. Third floor with no elevator was a bit rough. For us was fine, but maybe it should be specified for other people with less mobility.
