• OLENA (10/5): - Хозяин был так любезен, что лично встретил нас у подъезда. Очень удобное местоположение апартаментов. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. И в доме очень тепло. Очень комфортная кровать! Обязательно бы приехали сюда ещё раз!

• Rodrigo (7/5): Gran ubicación, hace falta invertir - El departamento es amplio, cómodo, muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de San Esteban, con muchos lugares para comer y al borde de un canal del Danubio y de la boca del metro. La cocina y el baño están bien equipados, y tiene un living para descansar, además de una pequeña mesa y la cama. El edificio está con andamios en su exterior desde hace un par de meses y por 4 meses más, por lo que la vista era nula. La propietaria debería haber avisado. Pero además las cortinas metálicas no podían subirse, sólo moverse hacia un lado, pero no para el otro, con lo que había que elegir entre tener luz natural a las 6 de la mañana o no ver la calle nunca. El televisor no funcionaba pese a que el esposo de la propietaria nos dijo que sólo se veían canales en alemán (habrá pensado que de ese modo no íbamos a intentar prenderlo). Tampoco funcionaba el equipo de música. La ambientación del edificio y del departamento son un poco pasadas de moda.

Arredo semplice ma funzionale, suggerisco di aggiungere una macchinetta per il caffèespresso all'attrezzatura dell cucina. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ia parte del bagno con il water avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, suggerisco di aggiungere una doccetta per ovviare alla mancanza del bidet. Probabilmente in estate con la finestra aperta l'appartamento è rumoroso.
• Paul (8/5): Trois soirées agréables - Excellente situation : métro et commerces proches. Accès facile au centre ville. Bien accueillis par Peter qui parle anglais. Par cette chaleur, nous avons apprécié le ventilateur.

• Wenwen (8/5): Letti comodi - La posizione strategica, comodo a tutto e vicino a tutti i mezzi pubblici. A 200mt si ferma il bus (11€ a corsa) che fa la fermata unica tra aeroporto - centro (una corsa ogni 30 minuti). Davanti c’è il battello per chi vuole andare nella capitale della Slovacchia. A piedi a 10/15 minuti a piedi arrivi nelle maggiori attrazioni del centro. Tutto attorno ristoranti molto buoni anche per colazioni sostanziose con uova bacon, omelette, toast con avocado al ristorante Castelletto. Tanti ristoranti buoni e di qualità a distanza di poca distanza ma nei weekend consigliato prenotare. A distanza di circa 100 metri c’è un negozio di souvenir dove si può depositare i bagagli 24/24h 6/7€ a pezzo. Cuscini troppi bassi 😅

• Dunja (9/5): Einfaches Appartment mit guter Ausstattug in toller Lage zu einem guten Preis - Der Vermietre hat nach meiner genauen Ankunftszeit gefragt und schon auf mich gewartet. Er hat mir alles im Appartment gezeigt und erklärt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett!
• Marahaini Amni Binti (7/5): Honest review - So far the best accommodation with everything. Cooking : has all the necessary cleaning detergent, seasoning, utensils, fridge, etc. Showering : provide good smell shower cream, clean. Bed and couch are okay. Accessibility : Next to metro and tram but barely notice any annoying noise. Accessible to many famous attractions. The host was nice and waited for us :) Furniture and washing machine are kinda outdated but they work fine ;) Toilet : wish it has better ventilation, but it's bearable. Wishing the owner can change the lighting.

• Roberto Martín (7/5): Modesto, sin lujos, pero cumple. - La ubicación. Cerca del centro y transportes. Buena predisposición del dueño. Wifi y cama bien. Mobiliario antiguo, mala distribución. Edificio viejo aunque en reparación. Olía feo en los pasillos, poca ventilación en ellos. Cumple con lo que ofrece pero con lo justo. No se distingue.

• Sterios (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is in 5 minutes walk from Saint Stefan church. It's also next to a metro station. It's in the heart of the historical center. The apartment should be more clean.
• Maher (7/5): Fair - The owner was very nice and kind, and the location was great. Generally, it's a normal property. The property needs to be refurnished. The facilities were too old. The bathroom is too small. The towels and bedsheets didn't seem clean and hygienic. Actually, these things should get washed and changed every time after each guest.

• Paolo (10/5): Convenient location for visiting Vienna! - The location of the apartment is very convenient for reaching the city center. Subway and tram stops -Schwedenplatz- are really near (50m) and you can easily reach any destination in the city. The apartment is little but has everything you need for a short stay, there's no AC, but a fan is helpful for hotter days. An update of the furniture would be nice, but not essential especially given the value for money which is very good

The apartment is well equipped and clean with everything a family or an independent traveler might need. The owner is polite and very helpful, a really good person. A real value for money, the photos you see at Booking are real.

• Shootcmu (8/5): Excellent location with very nice host - Excellent location, very near to U-Bahn and other public transportations. A lot of restaurant, shops, and supermarket nearby. The host is very generous and helpful. My friend forgot an adaptor at the room, and he could return to the room and got it with the host's help. Room key handover process is easy and smooth. Internet signal is great. The bed (or mattress) is quite old, and should be replaced. Only few hand towels and floor mats are given (we think there should be a bit more). Shampoo and Soap should be prepared similar to Hotel as well. It's very close to the public transportation, so it may not suitable for one who is difficult to sleep because of the noise.
• David (9/5): Great place to stay for a visit - Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Apartment was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. Friendly owner who met us at check in to show us around. Apartment was a bit dated. Maybe time to replace the Mattress. The lights were dimmer than we would have preferred. However, the positives out weighed the few inconveniences.

• Naya (10/5): Great location and very polite host! - The location was excellent! Near to the metro and nice cafe and parks! Everything was fine! If I have to make one suggestion is that we could do with a bit more comfortable bed.

• Lm (10/5): Loved it - Great location and apartment. Peter was extremely nice and we even forgot a phone in the apartment after check out and they sent it back to us. We thought it was a 1 bedroom apartment but it's a studio apartment. It was lovely but a surprise anyway 😅

• Barry (10/5): A "Hidden" gem - Excellent location. Near to supermarket, cafes and fast food. Very good facilities. Comfortable bed. Difficult to find...directions could have been more specific I e "Opposite Swing restaurant". A bit "tired"...paintwork needs refreshing in places Some guides or leaflets on nearby attractions would have been helpful, as would details of emergency services in case of fire or accident.

• Fidan (5/5): Passable - Amazing location! Very well equipped kitchen. Helpful host. It was very hot weather, and the apartment wasn't ventilated before we arrived. It was generally almost not possible to get much fresh air into the apartment, and it smelled old and smoky. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, so it was either some fresh air or mosquitoes protection. The main bed's mattress is old and bumpy, the pillows need to be exchanged as well.

• Yasmin (8/5): Excellent base for sightseeing - Central location, walking distance to Stephanplatz, which was where most of the sightseeing attractions were. Apartment had excellent heating and wi fi. Kitchen was fairly well set if you want to cook a few meals and thankfully a microwave was available. Cafes and restaurants right below. Everything was fine

• Robert (6/5): Great location. Roomy. Spend a small amount on bedding etc and itd be fab! - Location. Hot radiators. Roomy. Really bad pillows. Two single quilts on a double bed. Stained old coffee mugs. Only enough laundry tablets for two washes. 2nd hand hotel slippers....yuck!
