- Fabio (9/5): - L'appartamento è comodo, spazioso e funzionale. Molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e dell'autobus. Con negozi proprio sotto casa C'era tutto lo strettamente necessario. Abbiamo sentito la mancanza solo di alcune piccole cose: Una tovaglia o delle tovagliette per la tavola una scopa per il pavimento Un tappetino all'uscita della doccia Un piccolo pentolino per il latte Una teiera Un forno microonde. La televisione non c'era anche se a noi non è servita. Internet era ok.

- Anna (9/5): Okej - Mieszkanie nad poddaszu, bardzo przestronne i czyste. Idealne dla większej rodziny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zaraz obok metra, w okolicy sklepy, restauracje, piekarnie. Trochę przeszkadza brak toalety również w łazience z prysznicem. Drzwi do łazienki z prysznicem ledwo się zamykają, najprawdopodobniej są wypaczone poprzez kontakt z wodą. Komfort jest okej, choć uważam że cena za ten apartament jest jednak trochę za wysoka.

We hope to be in the property again. We have been in it before - we prefer in principle appartment 35 we have been once. The current one - appartment 33 is OK, but 35 is better. I recieved an email from booking.com that a 20% discount will be made. It was not. I sent an email asking for the discount and never received any answer at all. The entrance code for the building worked very easy. For the door of the apparment - we had several times problem - the voice saying that the operation failed. We managed each time after several attempts

- Ivan (8/5): Za kraci i aktivan boravak odlican smestaj i lokacija - Smestaj je na jako dobroj lokaciji,nalazi se tacno preko puta merketa i pekare,na 100 metara od metroa U4,sam aparman je jako cist i sve ima sto treba da postoji u jednom apartmanu,sve u svemu odlican. Jedino sto je nama smetalo je sto je krevet malo neudoban i jastuci su losi.

- Jean-Marc (8/5): Great location, lots of rooms, apart needs some attention and expect one noisy bedroom - Location is fantastic, subway access, size of the aprtment, elevator Kitchen had barely any cooking tools, on the 4th floor yet there were ants, room on the street side was very noisy (as if windows did not close all the way), shower door replaced by a curtain. Needs a littlw maintenance and love. Worse part was trying to get the baby crib that had been reserved. We got it at 23h after 35 message exchange with owner. Not cool.

Tisztaság elfogadható volt. Kissé áthallásos a lakás. Nem volt túl kellemes egy síró babára ébredni kora reggel, és hallgatni 20 percen át, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája.

- Nadezda (10/5): Любимые апартаменты в Вене - Останавливаемся в этой локации уже второй раз и с удовольствием приедем ещё! Жили в апартах 41 - две спальни, просторная гостиная с кухней, два туалета, душ и балкон. На 4х человек было просторно, спокойно поместились бы еще пара человек. Очень чисто, минималистично, просто и приятно. Есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Метро и автобусы прямо под окнами. Отличное место! Не хватало доски для резки на кухне. Но это такая мелочь 😊

There was what sounded as building work noise coming from within the building on a couple of occasions at night, in the small hours, which woke me up. There was a note from the owner about refurbishing at the nearby train station, but this sounded to be from within the building and it was well outside of working hours.
- Ilaria (10/5): Excellent! - Le studio était très spacieux, avec beaucoup de rangements disponibles, bien équipé. Le lit était vraiment très comfortable. Le logement me manque déjà! J’y retournerai certainement pour mes prochains passages à Vienne.
- BARBARA (9/5): Appartamento molto ampio e comodo. Consigliato ai gruppi numerosi. - Appartamento molto ampio con una zona giorno confortevole. Ampio il tavolo ottimo per ospitare gruppo numeroso È un peccato che, in un appartamento così ampio ci sia disponibile solo un wc. La cucina era attrezzata con tutto l'indispensabile. Se ci è possibile un suggerimento, sarebbe stata utile la disponibilità di carta da cucina tipo scottex e qualche strofinaccio da cucina in più . Nel complesso è stato tutto all'altezza delle aspettative.

Struttura pulita e fornita di stoviglie, oggetti per cucinare e elettrodomestici. Area giorno molto spaziosa e accogliente. Wc troppo piccolo, una padella un po’ rovinata ma ce n’era un’altra in buone condizioni.

- Dimitar (9/5): - Smooth and easy check-in process, very convenient entrance to the building and the apartment. Communication was excellent and flawless, quick and useful. We were 6 adults and a 3-year old, there was everything we needed to prepare our own food. There are multiple bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants just around the corner. Extremely convenient location, just a quick bus or metro ride to all the main attractions, or the main shopping street. 35 minutes from the airport by CAT + Metro (the station is 20 meters away from the building).

- Milica (9/5): Svaka preporuka. - Lokicija je odlična. Metro je na 70ak metara. U4 linija. Marienhilfer Strasse je na 10ak minuta peške. Centar grada 20ak minuta lagane šetnje. Ili ko više voli sve se može metroom vrlo elegantno. Prodavnice (Spar, Bila) blizu. Stan je prostran, dobro osvetljen sa odličnom terasom. Posuđe, neki elementi su bukvalno za bacanje.

- Asier (8/5): Una opción aceptable si buscar un apartamento espacioso - Por el lado positivo, el apartamento es espacioso y el precio muy razonable. Aunque no está en el centro, cuenta con una parada de metro justo al lado, además de bicicletas WienMobil, que fueron muy prácticas para movernos por la ciudad. También hay dos supermercados al lado, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. Los baños estaban muy nuevos, lo que hizo la estancia más cómoda. Al llegar y entrar al edificio pensé: “¿dónde nos hemos metido?”. La primera impresión no fue buena, ya que la entrada está bastante descuidada y se nota que es un edificio antiguo donde conviven residentes y apartamentos de alquiler. Sin embargo, después de un par de días ya no lo veía tan mal: aunque las zonas comunes no transmiten la mejor imagen, el alojamiento en sí cumplió su función y terminó siendo una estancia aceptable. El apartamento en sí necesita mantenimiento: el sofá estaba poco cuidado y la ventana del comedor que da a la terraza no se podía abrir, incluso tenía un cartel de “out of order”. Además, como ya habían comentado otros huéspedes, se escuchan claramente los pasos del apartamento de arriba. La construcción es antigua y la insonorización frente a ruidos de impacto es muy baja. También echamos en falta una TV o al menos una radio.

The unit doesn’t have it own washing machine and we could use one that other 10 or do apartments have access to as well. The freezer and oven were very dirty .

- Francesca (9/5): Ottima sistemazione a Vienna - Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla metropolitana. Ottimi collegamenti con il centro città attraverso le linee della metro. Appartamento facile da trovare istruzioni chiarissime sul self check in. Pulizia ottima, spazi ampi, perfetti anche per la capienza massima della struttura (8-10 persone). Niente di significativo. L’unico appunto è che purtroppo per la capienza che può ospitare l’appartamento, un bagno in più sarebbe necessario. Tuttavia penso si tratti di questioni strutturali, difficili da stravolgere.

- Kate (9/5): Perfect base for a quick trip - This was a fantastic base for my two sons and my mother. The rooms were spacious and stylishly furnished and the sofa bed meant everyone had a comfortable sleep. The keypad was very convenient and easy to operate, and the apartment had a lift. The location is one of my favorite areas in Vienna. The U4 is extremely convenient for hitting tourist spots, while also boasting a lot of basics (bakeries, restaurants, grocery bars and such.) The apartment was very stylishly furnished, as we mentioned, but it was missing a few livable touches. For instances, only one of the bedrooms had lamps. While there were cooking supplies, there was not much for cleaning. Also, with all those nice wooden pieces, it would be good to have some coasters around so we wouldn't worry about the wood. Lastly, the windows and shades were quite complicated, but we just didn't touch them.
