• sandra (9/5): A lovely stay in a great location in Vienna. - The apartment was very well located, clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk to many attractions and public transport. The area felt safe and quiet, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. Everything was generally good. Only small details could be improved, but nothing that affected our stay.

• Стоян (7/5): Decent apartment with a few downsides - We visited in December for the Christmas markets. The location is really nice, the place is close to Subway and tram stations and also a walking distance away from the city center and many attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean and cosy, quiet and warm in the winter. The location in Booking was incorrect - the actual address was a few blocks away. The owner sent me a message that I had to pay extra city tax through an external app and I kept receiving notifications about this every day. When I sent them a message that according to Booking that tax is included in my payment - they said it was a "mistake" on their part and I don't have to pay that. However, I kept receiving automated messages and reminders to pay that every day. Not only that, but the amount requested through that external website was 6 times higher than the actual city tax amount, so don't fall for that trap and don't pay, especially through 3rd-party websites that are not verified. We had a lot of problems trying to open the building's front-door with the provided key (which looks like a bad copy). A helpful neighbor from the building had to help us to get in. The secret technique is to strongly pull the key down before rotating it. The bed was really uncomfortable, pillows were very cheap, thin and almost non-existent. Mattress was awful - felt like you can fall through it. The TV could barely load Youtube. The bathtub is not functional, as you cannot fill it up because its tap mechanism is missing. There were no extra trash-bin bags to throw away our garbage. Overall it feels like the owners don't care much about the guests, just doing the minimum to cash-in on their investment.

• IRENA (9/5): Comfort place in nice location, great for family with kid - Location, comfort facilities, good size, big window, nice area. The sofa bed was comfort for our child. It is perfeft for families with child. There is also hair dryer and iron which is very usefull. The bulding is good and silent. It is walking distance to city center and close there are underground and grocery store where you may buy fruits and what you like. I received great tourist info and used luggage hero nearby. Thankful for all. Would back when need to stay in Vienna again. All was good. Just will be better if the tourist tax is included in total booking price because when you pay there is another app. 20% you need to pay extra for tourist tax for your stay

• Emel (7/5): İhtiyacımızı karşıladı ama bu fiyata daha özenli olmasını beklerdim. - Konumu çok merkezi, kullanışlı bir daire Yeterince temiz değildi, kahve makinası, saç kurutma makinası temizlenmemişti. Ortada duran halı çok fazla toz çıkarıyordu. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar kırışık ve eskiydi.

• Dirk (3/5): Not advisable - They don't outweigh the disadvantages. Good location close to the center and close to nice restaurants. But I would not return to the apartment. 1) It was not made clear that in addition to the price of the apartment one has to pay 60 euros per person per day as a city tax (over 240 Euros in my case). For Hotels this tax is included in the advertised asking price. Here they only inform you when you want to check in after you paid the rent already. That is not transparent and needs to be made clearer. 2) The pictures in booking.com of the apartment are overselling the apartment, they are very well done. The apartment does not have the space they insinuate. Everything is basically in one room: master bed, sofa bed and kitchen. For more than 2 guests you need to be very close with each other as all four basically sleep next to each other. 3) Kitchen equipment was incomplete. After having informed the hosts, we were told to get the missing equipment not immediately not tomorrow but the day after (which is fascinating if you stay for a few days only) next door ourselves. When we finally caught the inhabitant next door kitchen equipment we received was still unusable because of its age. 4) There is no way to close the windows with shades in a way that the room stays dark after sunrise. 5) After having offered us a late check out (3 hours more) the hosts simply withdrew their offer on the departure day and insisted on 12h. No justification, no explanation. Overall feeling: the apartment is an investment to be milked and as a guest you don't count.

• Ashraf Ben Hammadi (10/5): A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Vienna! - We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Vienna's heart 18. Traveling as a family with two young kids, it can be hard to find a place that feels both comfortable and convenient—but this apartment was absolutely perfect. The space is equipped with everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better—quiet, yet very close to the center, public transport, shops, bakeries, and great restaurants. We felt right at home and loved being able to come back to such a peaceful space after our adventures each day. The self check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the instructions document. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna, especially families. We’d love to return someday!

The location was perfect: a minute's walk from the tram and metro and walking distance to most of the city centre attractions. We would recommend it and will be the first choice when we'll visit Vienna again.

The Smart TV was a bonus as I was under the weather for 1 evening during our stay. Excellent location for access to public transit but easily within walking distance of the center of the city. The elevator was broken during our stay but understandably not the hosts fault.
• sasan (1/5): The worst experience a traveler can have from a stay - This was the worst experience I had from staying in an apartment. Our problem started with the host from the first day when we informed that the sheets for the sofa bed were completely dirty and in response they told us that this room was reserved for 2 people. and we can't do anything if the capacity of the room was specified for 4 people. On the second day of our stay, the elevator broke down, and considering that this apartment was on the 5th floor and I was staying with my children, I requested that the elevator be repaired. Yes, and unfortunately, this did not happen until the last day, and our host said that it was out of our hands. In the end, after all these events, the host sent me a message that the carpet in the room was dirty and you have to pay an extra amount to clean the carpet. This level of disregard for the guest was strange to me. I really think that as long as this group or person is the host of this apartment, staying in this unit can become the worst experience for any traveler. However, there were problems inside the apartment, such as The washing machine was in the corridor and shared with other units, the windows were small without suitable curtains and facing the windows of other units, the TV was very small and this unit is considered a studio because the bed, sofa and kitchen are all in the same space. If it is introduced on the site as a one-bedroom apartment

Rain pouring on the skylight windows (top fourth floor) with strong winds, as we had, does not let sleep. Heating turns off at night and during bad weather, as we had, it is very cold. Heating can be crucial....parking is much easier than advertised, so no reason to spend a fortune on a parking garage as recommended

• mauro (9/5): Appartamento davvero bello, posizione top - Le istruzioni rese dal proprietario erano molto chiare, per il check in, per il check out e per il funzionamento generale. Alle nostre richieste per messaggio tramite booking, ha sempre risposto celermente. Lo stabile è molto bello con un imponente androne di accesso. L'appartamento è posto all'ultimo piano con numerosi abbaini e finestre che danno sui tetti caratteristici del palazzo. Le finiture dell'immobile (porte di legno massiccio bianche, parquet di legno chiaro, legno bianco a contornare tutti gli abbaini e La cucina (molto bella) è dotata di ogni necessaria attrezzatura e dotazione. Il letto ed i cuscini erano molto comodi e la qualità del materiale delle lenzuola molto apprezzabile. La posizione davvero comoda: 50 metri dalla fermata del tram (vi passano le linee principali), 80 metri dalla metropolitana. La fermata del tram successiva è quella di Stephansplatz. Proprio sotto allo stabile vi è una pasticceria/bar di una nota catena (Strock). Consigliabile per la colazione. Sintetizzando una sistemazione davvero molto consigliabile!!! Preciso che si tratta solo di suggerimenti e non di vere e proprie critiche, perchè l'appartamento era impeccabile: le paratie mobili della doccia posizionate sopra la vasca da bagno non sono fuzionali, quasi sempre ci sono fuoriuscite di acqua sul pavimento; sul divano, per soppererire al poco spessore del materasso, posizionerei un topper.

It gives vienna vibes with these cute windows and is everything clean with all you need . A perfect spot studio to explore vienna city specially if you are two people, since there are alot of stuff to do. The owners are very helpful and polite! I would recommend it and visit again. Nothing! Everything perfect.

They showed no inteerst in coming over the property to fix things. We were there for 5 nights - the least we would have expected is someone come over to fix the airconditioning on warm days.,

• Edward (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage. - Schönes Appartement in einer guten Lage. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus anhalten und des Gepäck abladen. Am Wochenende und zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 9.00 Uhr sogar kostenlos parken. Parkhaus in der Nähe etwas teuer, aber der Vermieter gab uns einen Tipp für ein Parkhaus ca. 500 m entfernt, in dem man für 9,90 Euro pro Tag parken kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos über einen Schlüssel-Tresor. Auschecken noch einfacher: Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegenlassen, die Wohnungstür zuziehen und gehen. Wenn ich wieder nach Wien fahren muss, werde ich versuchen das Appartement wieder zu buchen.
