• Clare (6/5): Sadly not a luxurious experience. - The location and views are great. One bed was unusable due to a mattress that had an extremely strong fish smell emanating from it. As requested, management changed the sheets upon arrival but then ignored further messages regarding the mattress. It’s hard to Imagine they were not already aware of the situation. We also didn’t appreciate the bedding which was composed of two sheets wrapped around a quilt. Inevitably, the sheets worked loose and bodies came in contact with the quilt which is obviously not washed in between guests.
