- Louis (7/5): Good - Good proximity to shops and social areas. Really close to the beach. I would suggest a better mattress and pillows, they were very low-end quality that affected how comfortable it was in bed.

I strongly advise the management to addr - Location was closed to beach I regret to inform potential guests about the distressing conditions I encountered during my recent stay. From the outset, the presence of cockroaches was deeply unsettling, setting a tone for what was to be a series of unfortunate discoveries. The bedding was deplorable, marred by blood and food stains, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained here.
Equally concerning were the rusty toilet and the extensive mould found on the windows and walls, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. Sleep quality was severely compromised due to an uncomfortable mattress, diminishing the overall experience.
A significant health hazard was the water heater jug, which was not only mouldy but also seemed to cause illness during our stay. This is unacceptable and poses a severe risk to guest health.

- Nicholas (7/5): An excellent base to use to enjoy Bondi and also explore Sydney - The location of the flat is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Bondi while also having access to a very frequent bus route into Circular Quay. The flat itself has ample storage and a lovely bathroom Bondi is an expensive area and so inevitably the flat was quite expensive for its size. It also lacks a balcony, unlike some other flats available in the area
