Cool neighbourhood with no end of nearby pubs and restaurants. Good facilities and equipment and clean. Helpful property instructions including recommendations for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Posizione ottima, a 10 min a piedi da Newtown e dalla stazione del treno. Kristyn è stata molto disponibile, ci ha fornito alcune stoviglie in più e si è sempre interessata al nostro benessere durante il soggiorno. L’unica pecca dell’appartamento è stata la lavatrice inizialmente sporca e inutilizzabile. Dopo un lavaggio a 90 gradi l’abbiamo usata. Inoltre, uno degli strumenti per la pulizia dei pavimenti era inutilizzabile.
• Susannah (10/5): One of my favourite accomodations ever - we were so sad to leave! - Amazing location. Gorgeous accomodation, and has absolutely everything you would need. Brilliant aircon, so super comfortable. We are in the process of moving to Cambodia, and just sold our home. It was such a soothing place to stay and we left feeling very refreshed. Nothing!
• Brad (10/5): Great spot! We will definitely be coming back - Great location if your going to enmore theatre, cebtral to everything and only a short uber ride into darling harbour. The shared entry and courtyard is a court case waiting to happen, the tools are mossy and half of them are sticking out of th e ground

• Natalie (7/5): Adequate however disappointing communication which took up more time than it should have - The location was great for the work event we were attending. Poor communication from hosts. Last minute email regarding checkin which was followed with an apology and explanation. However, there was no method of contact for questions after checkin. Our emails bounced back on Day 2 of our stay and follow up phone messages were not responded to.
• Siva (8/5): Pretty good spot! - Awesome location + inner city parking very handy. Nice touches around the house to make it homely.
• Shauna (9/5): Easy access to trendy area and centre by transit, very comfortable - Great location, lots of space, quiet location but easy to get everywhere. Most comfortable beds I have slept in.
• Adrian (7/5): A convenient spot to stay with close amenities. - Close to trains, eateries and safe environment. Parking was available which is always a bonus especially so close to the city. It was very clean and had all the amenities you require. The refrigerator wasn't in working order, even though it was a simple thing to fix. A bit disappointing. We were requested to take out the garbage which is fine but there were no garbage bags so had to improvise.
• Steven (8/5): Suited our short stay needs - Quaint property, close to cafes and transport. Soundproofing was exceptional, hardly heard aircraft noise despite being near the flight path. Beds were noisy and mattresses ill fitting. Suitable for our short stay.

• Nicole (9/5): Amazing stay! Myself and parents spent two nights here to explore Sydney. The location was great. - Comfy beds, lots of public transport options close by, ‘eat street’ within walking distance, aircon in living area and in both bedrooms, well equipped.
