• Philip (1/5): The unit would be fine, if you fixed the sewerage problem. - The unit smells of sewerage, its disgusting, coming from the laundry area, you did not advertise the courtyard was not accessible, You had trades people trying to access the unit at 8.15 am the morning after I arrived. I had been flying for 30 hours prior to arriving in Sydney from Melbourne.
• Kristan (3/5): The owners lied about the property - Good size and location The property was not as advertised. The air conditioning didn't work. When I contacted the owners about it they acknowledged that they knew it wasn't working but didn't make any effort to notify me in advance or offer me any sort of compensation. In summer, the apartment is extremely hot without air con and I can not recommend staying there.
• Liz (8/5): Was great location for us to visit family in the area - It was a comfortable and guiet haven in a busy area Instructions could be more condensed as quite long or even betterw written in manuel in apartment so I didn't have to keep looking them up on my phone.

• Amr (3/5): Great location, no aircon, poor service. - The location adjacent to Enmore Theatre, which was the main attraction of the property. Security was also excellent with dual key fob doors. The apartment was quiet being positioned at the rear of the building, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning was not working, which made the trip quite miserable in the hot humid weather. The property management said they were working to fix the problem, but took no action, and offered no compensation except to provide 2 stand fans which were ineffective. The washing machine had a musty smell and did not complete the spin cycle, leaving our clothes saturated. And because of the stifling heat we couldn’t use the dryer. There is also too much “quirky” but useless clutter such as a vintage gramophone taking up kitchen bench space and an empty vending machine in the way of the balcony door. The dining table has grooves that were not clean. One towel per guest for a 4 night stay also seems quite stingy given the poor laundry facilities.
• Anna (9/5): Great location, plenty of space, felt at home - Super clean, amazing furniture and plenty of space. the late check in time at 5pm was a bit of a problem so we had to pay for early check in
• Billy (10/5): A very nice apartment would stay here again - Great location and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Host was easy to contact. Sometimes there was loud noises and bright lights from the hallway that interrupted sleep.

• Thomas (9/5): Newtown is great fun and this apartment puts you smack, bang in the middle of it. - Plenty of room and well appointed. Under airport flight path but that’s the inner West. Wasn’t too noisy.

I wasn’t impressed with the bombardment of emails with instr - The apartment was lovely and bright and in an excellent location. The toilet seat had a large crack in it. Normal tv could not be accessed on the television. only Netflix. The number of emails and correspondence was overwhelming. Some simple instructions in the place itself would have been more helpful. I was also contacted the next day because the cleaner couldn’t find the towels on the towel rack.
